We like to purchase products from small local businesses. However, after we spent $13 on a toy for our small dog and she played with it for 5 minutes, the entire back seam came apart. She has this same exact toy in a smaller version and has loved it for several months. We returned it to Bark Avenue in Vero Beach and were told, "No refunds on toys. When they go out the door they are gone". So back to buying from Chewy or Target where they stand behind the products they sell. Shame on Bark Avenue.

I've been purchasing pet food from Bark Avenue for probably 3 years. I love the quality of the food but the service and prices are even better. Kyle is super helpful and always pleasant, and they're always willing to special order food if they don't have something in stock. Equally as important is their prices are less than what you would pay to order from chewy or any place else online, which is what initially brought me in but it's the great service that's kept me coming back. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Our Vet sent us to Bark Avenue for help with our Golden Retriever's food noting "they are the experts". Craig was immensely helpful getting us set up with a new kibble and a supplement. And, their prices were 15% cheaper than Chewy! We'll be back!!

All around just a great store. Always stocked full of everything my dog loves. All different types of food which is awesome. My dog is on super strict fish diet and they had all types of food for him and fish treats that I can’t find at any other store. They even have samples so you can which big bag to buy when you go back. Plus the prices are awesome. I use six fish dog food a $90 bag of food. I thought it was expensive then I looked other places. Easy $100-$120 at any other place I looked. So this is a great Dog supply store. Very nice owner and staff who are very intelligent when it comes to animals and diets. I highly recommend this place.

This is our GO TO store when we’re visiting Vero Beach and our 12 yr old Shih Tzu needs food. They have an awesome selection of raw and freeze dried raw in the proteins she can consume. The guy is so helpful and knowledgeable. It’s nice not to have to bring a 2 month supply fromhome. So happy it’s here!

What a nice experience! locally owned and the staff is extremely helpful, making the time needed to shop be dramatically reduced. One of my two recent visits I wanted to just get to know what they had and they left me alone - perfect! We routinely purchase our dog food here and its the best of the best.

I love Bark Avenue! The staff is very knowable and helpful. They have only good quality food and their prices are good also. If they don't have a certain food available, they order it and call when it's ready for pick up. It's the only place that I shop for my fur babies.

Super helpful staff, great selection of brands and items I can’t get elsewhere. Our Great Danes have sensitive digestive systems and the Fromm food works best which Bark Avenue always has in stock. Glad they’re in town!

This is the only local pet store in my area that sells goats milk for cats and dogs. The employee I encountered today was beyond helpful ,friendly, and so professional as well as very knowledgeable about raw diets. She offered my Dog water when we entered the store and answered all of my questions without getting impatient. I will definitely be returning! I also purchased freshly prepared treats that were displayed in their case at the entrance.

Very disappointed and unpleasant experience. The store employees made it clear they don't welcome customers of color. I felt a very hostile environment and atmosphere. The two employees fell over themselves welcoming and offering white shoppers assistance. I received a cold stare and was ignored during my visit I don't support racist busineses.

My go to place for dog food. The food we use is not found in your local supermarket or pet store. Bark Avenue carries our brand and always has it in stock. Special orders aren't a problem either. May take a little time, but they can get most things. Very helpful staff and service. Would recommend.
