Surely disappointed, I was trying to make sure that the girl at the register scanned the car codes that she needed to charge me for the stuff. She weighed my items then didn’t even put the bolts I paid for in the bag store and the store is closed, I walked out the door. But she was right about doesn’t matter what kind she only needs the weight for the grade of bolt. Sob She didn’t even try to stop me or anything store is closed now I really need the bolts on extremely unhappy.

I've given this place 4 chances. Here's the latest conversation with the cashier.me... why is there never any hot/warm water available to bathe my dog?cashier... i don't know.me... why is there never any towels either?cashier... i don't knowme... the dyer doesn't blow warm air. is it suppose to have adjustable temp?cashier... i don't knowme... every time I've been in there's clumps of fur everywhere and significant amount of water on floor. Do you not have anybody go in there and check it and clean it up in between people bathing their dogs? Someone to check it every few hours?cashier... i don't knowme... 😐At a minimum, for the $10 price, I would expect at least warm water. i will be taking my business elsewhere.

Love this place. This is my go to for all the birdseed for my backyard feathered friends! Always someone there to help you pick up the heavy bags and load them into your car if you need that assistance. Best price in town for birdseed for sure! This place is also very pet friendly. Every time I go there there’s someone with their dog joining the shopping trip with them!

Showed up on a Friday night at 6:30pm to use the pet wash service and was told it was closed because they had to clean it. The store doesn’t close until 8:00pm but the excuse I got was the employees have to close the pet wash early every night so they can leave on time-whatever that means! Sounds like the store is being poorly managed. I will be taking my business somewhere else!!

Best price in the area for propane refill. Paid $14 when everyone else wanted $22+. And you can pay at the refill station. Staff is always pleasant.

The customer service at this store was great. Everyone was super helpful, especially Dennis the delivery driver!!! However, the phone system at the store is often busy with spotty service. Get a booster or a better provider!

DOG wash had NO warm or hot water so my dog was shivering, the floor was pretty much flooded. Thias was first and last visit.

Had gotten some dog food from the Venice Store that did not smell right. Called the manufacturer, and they said please return it to the Tractor Supply after I sent them all of the batch number info from the bag.Went into the store, did not have my receipt but they found the purchase on the loyalty rewards program. The manager there who we have seen there for a while, was awesome, no questions asked, she did a refund/exchange with no issues we appreciated that it was a manufacturers issue but they handled it seamlessly!

I called and asked if they had a certain clothing item. I was put on hold for several minutes and then was disconnected. I called back and after several rings was again disconnected. Not a good way to run a business.

Disappointed that I was not able to get my propane tanks filled. Evidently corporate has a policy that if lightning is 10 miles or closer they cannot fill your tanks. Odd I used to fill propane tanks in Indiana and we never had a policy like that. We worked in rain, snow, ice and lightning.

I have only shopped at this location a few times. Each time, everyone has been super helpful. I greatly appreciate the attention and dedication of the staff. We are in crazy times since Ian and it would be good if folks could remember that. A little kindness goes a LONG way. They are very kind at TS Venice.I had an exceptionally helpful gentleman deliver an order to me today. Normally I like to pick things up but these things were far too big for my vehicle. Dennis was not only super accomodating but he had an all-around great attitude. He wouldn't even let me help him unload the trailer. Not that he needed it, he was very efficient.I really appreciate the kind of service they provided me with since I placed the order yesterday and each time I have gone there. We are all dealing with challenges right now. Take the time to thank those who help us, and remember, they have their own challenges outside of work as well. Additionally, while it can be frustrating, everyone has had supply issues-even before Ian. Patience folks. Anyway--Thanks Again to TS Venice and to Dennis!

Called the store and a cashier answered with a great attitude ready to assist me with my issue. I showed up at the store around 12:15pm on 10/08/2022, and spoke with the manager about my return. They immediately contradicted the store policy and cashier questioning my return and directed me to wait while they read the companies policy in front of me, trying her best to find a way not accept my return. Eventually, I informed the manager I would go to another store if there was an issue. She told me this one time they'd allow my return even with a 30 day return policy.My credit card company directed me to call the merchant and find out why the charge hasnt gone through. Spoke with a cashier 10/11/2022, great attitude again, informing me returns are normally instant.

What can I say… I wanted to buy an item. A lady in the store said it’s not available but I can order that online. I asked her to order it but she said I have to do it. At the end of the conversation she asked back maybe she can do it and actually I said if I really can do it I will do that.I made the order, and next day I just got a cancellation notification without any more info…Basically I’m not so sensitive but I’m a business owner too. I always try to support the local businesses but is seems I have to order more and more from eBay and Amazon because so much easier and I got what I would like. The communication is the key. If the item is available on the website why I can’t purchase that, and why I can’t order that? If it’s absolutely not available why is on the website?Doesn’t matter. There are a few other companies who handle the customers with more attention.Definitely I’ll get the response like other as I have to call the store for more info etc… thanks, that’s not the solution to find more excuses.

Probably the worst service of any Tractor Supply store.I went in to buy a 50# bag of grass seed on a Saturday and although the website did not indicate that it was out of stock they didn't have any, but the associate that I spoke with told me that it was coming in Sunday and would be there even before the store opened. I went back after noon on Sunday and another associate told me that it had indeed come in but that he was not going to unwrap the pallet until Monday.

I absolutely love Tractor Supply and I go there quite often. I got my baby chicks there about a month 1/2 ago and all the needed supplies. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

What a great store!!! Very knowledgeable staff, my husband and I went yesterday and loved seeing all that they have. Their prices are very comparable to Walmart, dare I say maybe even better?! For all those dog lovers out there, they have a bathing station for dogs!!! I brought all of mine there yesterday- so glad that they are clean now! 😊 they also have baby chicks 🐤 if you are looking for some.

My horse's feed has been out of stock for the WHOLE month of September & counting. WHAT'S GOING ON VENICE??? This hasn't been a problem in the past. Not sure why seeing as how every other tractor supply has NO problems carrying it & keeping it in stock (sentinel LS preform). I love tractor supply for all of my horse's needs. However it's extremely inconvenient having to drive 45 minutes to a neighboring tractor supply every week or having to pay $20+ for shipping.

As their name suggests, Tractor Supply is oriented toward a more rural customer. They are located in a spot which is easy to get to from the estates and farms North of Rte. 75. At least 25% of their store is animal feed.I grill often and I find them a good alternative for propane fill ups now that UDOIT closed down. The staff is friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. It's important to note that they have items there which are not easily found at Lowes or Home Depot.

My 3 year old son loved this store today he was upset when we had to leave. Very clean and extremely friendly staff . Baby ducks and chicks were so cute 😍. Thank you for providing Fantastic Customer Service and A extremely clean store with reasonable prices.

So here's the reason some shoppers will use Amazon services even when the price is not much different from a local store: Compare the large bags of safflower seeds we buy to feed birds between our local Tractor Supply and Amazon--$1 difference, Amazon's favor. Amazon delivers on the day they promise and leaves the product on the porch. No contact. No effort. TSC might have it in stock but you must brave the unmasked customers who flock there for farm/ranch supplies. A sign on the door asks shoppers to wear a mask but no one bats an eye as maskless smirks look around for a challenge to their bare faces. (to TSC's credit employees are always masked) But then they DON'T have it in stock after all, so you call a week later, twice. Finally you make your 2nd trip into the danger zone. Yes, I know local people are employed by TSC but I also know we have local employees working at the Amazon distribution warehouse in our town. Employees in each location have the freedom to choose to work there or not. I called corporate TSC and they gave lip service to masks-in-store but no changes are evident. So, here goes my order to Amazon. See? UPDATE after owner response below: Why would I waste time calling again? I called several weeks ago (I did not address store employees personally) to explain calmly and patiently that no employee in your store was interested in whether masks were worn or not. No one was present to offer a mask to bare faces, no one offered clean and sanitized shopping carts, no one smiled and encouraged customers who complied with the sign on the door requiring masks to be worn inside. I called CORPORATE and was told the issue in this particular store would be addressed. As far as anyone familiar with the covid history of this store is concerned, a sheet of paper and lip service is all Tractor Supply is willing to provide to ensure safety of all customers.

Love this store for everything they carry; however, I do wish their employees were more knowledgeable about what they sell. Every time I asked questions about the items I was purchasing I was met with a deer in the headlights look, shoulder shrugs, and apologies.

Love thos store. Always have great items and service. I seem to come when it is difficult getting up and down isles due to stock being put out. Too many carts blocking your path. Other then that... LOVE IT!

My husband & I just traveled 45 min to Venice FL, to the tractor supply to buy almost $200 worth of propane b/c all of the locations near our house had no propane b/c all systems are broken, the manager, (a girl with long dark hair) was EXTREMELY RUDE TO BOTH OF US)we arrived 20 minutes before the store closed, & she made a HUGE deal about how we should’ve arrived TEN MINUTES EARLIER (she said the propane area closes at 8:30 PM, when the store closes at 9pm. (which is not posted ANYWHERE) The gentleman filling up our tanks was extremely nice -This “manager”has a horrible attitude & was even rude to everyone, even the cashier who we saw her treating very rudely in front of customers
