Cheryl is amazing! My fur baby is always happy to see her. She takes one dog at a time to give her undivided attention. She uses great products no chemicals and I love that my fur baby never gets put in a cage!

I am very pleased with my experience at Paw Essentials. When we arrived, I expected my dog to react like she does at the vet - pulling frantically for the door. But she was calm - on full alert, but relaxed. Guess that aromatherapy works. I talked with the groomer and showed her a picture of what I wanted. When I picked her up 2 hours later, she was still calm and happy and the groomer did exactly what I asked for. She was beautiful! I was very pleased with the experience and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend this place.

They are so Spotlessly clean in front of store and more importantly in back where they take care of our loved ones. Best best dog groomer we have ever taken our little girl (miniature poodle) to. She doesn't even get real nervousas she used to because they truly love our pets as if they were their own. Highly highly recommend this Company.

What a great experience for me and my dog!! We discovered our new little guy was terrified of getting his nails clipped and I'm so glad I discovered PawPrint Essentials. When we arrived, they greeted us both and got right down on the floor with Ralph to make him feel comfortable. I told them that he was afraid and they knew how to make him relax. When he was done, he came out smiling! THANK YOU!

We have been taking our cockapoo to Pawprint Essentials since 2017. We had an amazing groomer who took some time off to have a baby recently and so we temporarily switched groomers at the same salon until our regular groomer came back from maternity leave - and we are happy to do so.I was just given a call by Pawprint Essentials that they are cancelling my Jan. 8th appointment as well as my future monthly recurring appointments because the temporary groomer put in their notice. Instead of treating me and my family with respect I was thrown aside as a client. My sister, who I introduced to the salon and went to the same groomer, was also just provided the same cancellation notice.I'm a permanent resident here in Florida with recurring monthly appointments with the salon. They now just left me high and dry in the beginning of season to try to find a new groomer for my dog which will be difficult as most appointments have to be booked well in advance. The message was not delivered by the owner but a very nice person who had nothing to offer except for an apology on the owner's behalf. This is the most disingenuous experience I've ever had with a local business.When you look for a trustworthy groomer to bring your dog to, you're looking for someone that your dog can become safe and familiar with as well as a business that cares about their clients. This is not a business that respects this relationship and I would deeply suggest you consider this issue before investing in this one-sided relationship.Owners and dogs beware.

I am a snowbird in Venice and have had my dog groomed there many times for several years. I called to make an appointment for the end of January when I would arrive in Venice and was told they would not be able to accept her as a client any more because I wasn't a "regular". The last appointment I had with them was canceled by them and before that they were closed because of the COVID virus. How can I be a "regular" if they are not open for service. If this is how they treat their customers I would not want to be a customer of theirs. I always recommended them to others, but not any more. Loyalty is not one of their priorities. I can understand that they are not accepting new customers, but I am not a new customers. As of now I am not worthy of being one of their customers ever. This is very disappointing to me.

Cheryl takes care of Wookie as if he were her own. She is prompt and prices are very reasonable. She really cares about the cleanliness of the salon for the safety of the pets and that is so appreciated.

I highly recommend this place, they are so good at what they do. We've never had such good services - extremely happy. Even my dog came out with a wagging tail and she's usually scared at grooming/vet appts. She absolutely loved them. We'll never go anywhere else.

Brought my 14 year old "puppy" shilo in for a full grooming. He went in looking homeless (due to cold weather i havent had him trimmed) to the most handsome puppy! Being from an animal shelter he is always very skittish around people and being left alone.... He absolutely loves the ladies here! He will be coming back on many occasions! Even if to just say hello and get a bag of treats!
