Jeff and his wife are awesome! Not only are they talented, professional, and accommodating; they are also lovely, kind people. We love them! Katie and Emme always feel beautiful and loved when they leave "the alley!" Like any kid, they both get a bit anxious when they go to camp, but they enjoy the care, love and pampering they get when they are there.Ali and Rue

The staff here is always super-friendly, the prices are incredibly reasonable, and they have literally the CUTEST lobby I have ever seen!! Plus free dog treats at the end of each visit?! I'd take our Bentley here every day for that kind of pampering if I could! One time I (genuinely, and stupidly) forgot my wallet at home, and they told me to just come back later or tomorrow - they completed the service perfectly anyway, and while I drove back immediately to pay, I still couldn't believe how trusting and accommodating they were, on top of everything else great about them! We will always use Animal Alley for our pets, and highly recommend it to others.

Two stars because they at least called me back...called for an appointment 5 weeks out and was told that since i had not used them in the past year, they had no room. I was going on The recommendation from a neighbor who used them and her dog just passed away....maybe i should have used her name. Good riddance

Owners are great people! Always feel welcomed and receive excellent service every visit. Brought my cat in for a lion cut and I couldn't be happier! 100% recommend!

The owners are wonderful; the staff is wonderful; it is clean and most important they truly care for your animal which is reflected in there grooming. I am extremely picky as too where and who I leave my precious one with and trust .Trust me they are WONDERFUL!
