I received a text yesterday that my prescription was ready. I went to the drive through the next day, sat for 40 min waiting for the 4 cars in front of us to go through. Finally its my turn, I give my info and sit there watching two women searching for my prescription for another 15min. She came to the window and informed me they can't find my prescription and don't have anymore to fill it again and that they don't have time to search the whole area for my prescription they misplaced. So not only was that about an hour of my time wasted, but I was not given a day or time to come back and I do not have my prescription. This is the reason we stopped coming to this pharmacy but because of insurance we are forced to come back. Do better Walgreens Pharmacy! DO BETTER!!

Lady pulling down a reflective shade shouts "We're going to lunch" Upon seeing the camera quickly lowers the shade in an effort to conceal her identity... Upon checking the store hours board for verification of this absurdity the hours of operation have been removed...

Terrible experience!! I went there trying to get some pictures, but a black man, I believe that he was the manager, refused to take the pictures because I was wearing my glasses, I even explained to him that it was important for me to keep my glasses on, but he refused, honestly he was just being rude, irrational and abusive.. I'm pretty sure it was because he heard me speaking Spanish....

I've seen a lot of poor reviews, but my experience has been nothing short of AMAZING! Most of the pharmacy techs recognize and know me by name. Always helpful. I've never had that kind of customer treatment ANYWHERE!

For anybody developing 35 mm photography film! They will tell you it takes about 7 to 10 business days but in reality it takes about four weeks in order to get those back! Lol that’s not nice you because they develop the film not a lot of places do but still if you’re looking to develop this type of film or any other types of film, it’s going to take a lot longer than what they say! I would suggest finding a black room near you if you don’t have the time to wait to get those photos back! But if you do, they are very kind, and it was very simple to get the photos turned in! The people at the counter are extremely nice! And they have tracking on the order, so they let you know if it’s still being developed or not which is lovely!

Lying about the pharmacy being open and they helping customers while the whole time am sitting in my car at the drive through with a sign on the glass saying pharmacist not on duty. Pharmacy hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00pm, it’s now 9:45

Licci is incredibly rude. Sure hope she’s not in a leadership position but I’m assuming she is by the way she was brushing me off to drill a team member about something that happened with some keys or something that could and should have been discussed without an audience.

This is my favorite pharmacy. Even if you don't have your medication at thi place, they still call you to follow up on your prescription side effects and if following Dr oder and taking the medication as directed. Thank you Erica for the call.

We went there for a toddler Covid shot but the pharmacist was very rude and impatient when she saw my child the pharmacist just literally refused service to us so we end up going walgreen hunting for toddler vaccines till the Riverview store had some and they helped us. We were very disappointed and how unprofessional this pharmacist was, we would never go to that store again

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the Asian pharmacist, always in a bad mood, always rude and unprofessional. I don't know what's up w her every time I go get my prescriptions inside which i have to cause i also get a few items, i have to be assisted w her. If she doesn't like her job let someone else that does assist customers! Not my fault if she hates it and is always in a BAD MOOD! I hope to not have to interact w her ever again or I'll change my pharmacy!

My boyfriend and I went in to get some basics-snacks, toiletries, wine and cigarettes. I was ID’d for the cigarettes and given them no issue. At the end, the cashier calls over someone else because he’s a minor and cannot touch the alcohol. No problem. The other guy comes over and asks for both my boyfriends and my ID. My boyfriend runs out to the car and brings out his old ID but they refused to sell me the wine because his ID isn’t current. For some reason, they didn’t stop me from purchasing cigarettes but they refused to give me the $5 bottle of wine because he came into the store with me. Guess he should’ve stayed in the car. Just a bit frustrated with the staffs lack of consistency.

This happened today (5/12 @ 6:00pm) It is very upsetting what’s happened in front of my eyes. My mother and I went to take the COVID vaccination. There was a gentleman in front of us with appointment for the vaccination. The pharmacy tech gave him the paper work with the COVID vaccination card without giving him the dose. He supposed to wait for them to call him and get him vaccinated. Instead the gentleman left without getting the dose and with the card prove that he took the vaccine. So when it was my turn, they told me there was one without appointment and the other where reserved for appointment. So I told them to give my mom the dose and I will register. When I register and show them my appointment they told me that they don’t have any more vaccine. When my mother try to explain what happened with the gentleman they completely ignore her concern. Again this is very upsetting.

The pharmacy at this location is really slow and customer service is non-existent. I strongly recommend finding a different location to do business with. I just called about a prescription I have been filling at this location for a year to ask why my auto refill reminder call didn’t happen. The gal I was speaking to didn’t have time to listen to me and interrupted me on numerous occasions. She obviously does not enjoy her job. I would chalk it up to her having a bad day but have experienced the same attitude and level of service several times. I have had enough of the sub par service offered at this location and will be switching to a different location. Don’t waste your time here.

I have my mom drop off my prescription for me because I didn't have enough time myself. When I want to go pick up a few days later they said that it wasn't dropped off there and that they could've been sent to another Walgreens even though my mother drop it off her self. The man I was talking to was acting like I was crazy. Like sorry I didn't lose my perscription, you guys did. He looked through all the prescriptions on the day that I had mine dropped off. I just walked out. I'll just have my doctor send it to them or maybe a different one. They didn't even apologize. Overall, this was just a terrible experience at this Walgreens.

I'm disgusted by how much they charge for Earth's best organic baby formula. Every other store in town including public sells it for 27.99, and these guys are charging 36.99! As if raising a baby isn't hard enough, Walgreens has no problem ripping us off.

the cashier is rude . Today at 7 pm I went with my daughter she is a year and a half and she I picked a lallipot She touch it with his lips has a plastic cover ( no open , no eat)and let it out ..... according to the cashier and she put it in her mouth sarcastic she talked me "pay for that" please... Every body touch evething and sometimes returned days later....I know when stupid people no have small children no understand.. They are learning... No for that ... You have to be rude .....

I concur. If you can find another Walgreens to do business, USE THEM!!! I will NOT patronize a store I cant get the same respect as others! I wasnt feeling well and one cashier was assisting a couple with issues and they were taking an extremely long time. Another cashier came and opened the second register, took care of this couple and walked away!!! I was standing right behind them!! I threw meds and make up, every item on the counter and walked out!!! Went across the street to CVS.

These guys are USELESS. They told me my prescription would be ready in 2 hours. I came 3hrs later but it wasn't ready because they couldn't read the date. Then they told me it would take 10 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and it wasn't ready and they told me to wait (in the drive thru). After 10 more minutes they said it wouldn't be ready for another hour so I left and said I would be back. THEN they call me to tell me they don't have enough to fill the prescription.This isn't the first time they've done this - i'm not sure why I keep going back.
