Brought my Aussie pup in for the first time today for her second round of vaccines. Got good vibes from staff and was in and out super quick! I felt well informed and welcome by everyone but it was only my first time coming here so hopefully I will continue to have positive experiences! I also felt the price was very reasonable for everything as I have been to a couple different vets before and their prices are pretty comparable. I also liked how they gave me an estimate sheet as soon as I got in and they seemed they had everything ready for me as soon as I showed up. I love the whole online check in process, I think it is very helpful and time saving that I am able to provide information of what I wanted done with my pet before I got there and I’m sure it makes the staffs job easier too! Thank you guys for taking good care of my fur baby

Quick, reasonably priced, great staff, will definitely be coming back! I was able to get a same day appointment for my dog. Dr. Trembley was very honest & did not push any unnecessary treatment (that could be costly - ie. X-rays). Highly recommend this vet for your pet!!!

Extremely bad experience. Very unprofessional at this location. When I initially made my appointment the price was quoted on the website 58.60$ per puppy visit / 3 visits total. My sister and I each have a puppy. When we arrived at this location we stood outside per protocol. The tech quoted us a price or 126$ per pup. When I advised of the price at the website she proceeded to act surprised the stated she could only do that price for one pup the other would still be 126$ . When we question why she stated because there was one owner. When I said there were two she then stated she was unable to see the other pup the because she didn’t have time for a new profile. Absolutely made no sense. The behavior seemed discriminatory we left. They soured a new experience . The tech who took our information saw us standing with two puppies getting overheated.Update: as of 6/22/2021 this organization has yet to Address any concerns regarding this issue. This is not an organization people want to deal with. They have issues responding to criticism but seems no issues responding to praise see below

I visited for the first time today with my senior bully. Devin was absolutely wonderful with Shy. She was patient and loving. My dog never eats treats when we're at the vet, not even from me. She actually took and ate the treats from her hand. Dr. Francin was great as well, she explained things to me that no other vet has ever taken the time to explain. She even sent me a pamphlet through email after our visit that explained things further. I definitely give 5/5. We won't be going anywhere else!

Super clean office. Friendly, caring staff. Appointment was quick but not rushed. In to out about 30 minutes. Directions for care were explained clearly. Was able to get me in quickly when other places had over a week wait. Prices were fair. Max will be back!

We are new customers and took our German Shepherd there because we were concerned with his nostrils, breathing and his lack of energy. After a prompt exam by our doctor, we were reassured that Hunter would be okay. She gave us recommendations and a treatment plan with no pressure or upselling in medical care. She gave us her professional opinion and we followed her advice and felt that not only were we, and Hunter, well taken care of, we felt very comfortable in our charges. How refreshing! We will certainly be back and I am glad that we have found a great Vet!

This place is the worst vet I have ever dealt with. We moved to the area in October, setup and initial appointment for my bulldog that has allergies. They ran every test under the sun and wound up charging us $560 for everything. Fine my dog was having issues so we took care of it. Recently she came down with a stomach issue they kindly set us an appointment for the next day. My wife loaded my newborn 5yo and sick dog into the car arrived 20 mins early and checked in. They cancelled 1 min before the appointment. It is 30 mins each way. We then called to get her allergy medicine refilled they wanted to another round of costly tests. My dog has been on this medicine for years and previous versions never required so much testing. DONT USE THIS VET THEY ARE ANYTHING BUT AFFORDABLE.

Everyone at THRIVE made taking my dog there a great experience! The Vet and technicians were very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Their services were pretty affordable, especially compared to other Vetenarians. They were Covid conscious, too. I showed up, checked in online, called, and did not wait long for them to see my dog. They called with all of their procedures and prices before doing anything to make sure that we were okay with the pricing. Great people, great service, great business. 10/10 would recommend

Several reasons I don’t recommend them. They offer the tag when doing rabies then they don’t have it” they ran out” When you ask, when is it coming “we don’t know keep calling”. The puppy DHPP is 3 shots. They tried rescheduling him for a 4th and are still sending messages that he missed his appointment . Lastly, shots can be administered 3-4 weeks. They will have you return every 3 weeks to get the additional office visits that are $30.00. Rabies cannot be taken till week 16, if all appointments would have been set for 4 weeks it would have been fit in with the others. I don’t mind spending money for my puppy and that’s why I took him to thrive being that they are more expensive then your privately owned vet. I guess I was wrong for thinking this way.

Thrive is one of the best veterinary offices I’ve ever been to. The staff, from techs to vets, is knowledgeable and friendly. Making an appointment was easy and they’re taking all precautions to keep everyone as safe as possible with the environment. Not to mention, their pricing is fantastic. I will absolutely keep using them for all of my animals and will be referring family/friends. Thank you Thrive!!!!

Devin and the vet are so friendly! Luna Mae is very happy and didn't get skiddish towards them and they were very informative and told us all prices of every issue, we're so happy that she was the same little dog when she went in and came out. Thrive will definitely be my go to! The staff is so welcoming, informative and helpful, always willing to accommodate us last minute and I can tell they love what they do. Also they're very affordable. Most importantly, I feel comfortable leaving my fur baby in their care. Will be returning with my other babies!

4:00pm appointment. Stood outside with both puppies. While thrive made us wait. They finally vet tech called didn’t let us in to sit down outside in the heat with 2 month old puppies who currently breathing hard due to the heat. After completing intake The price on the website $58.50 free per exam 8/9wks we had to call out the lady. She quoted us double for each pet that when we mentioned she says “oh good you have that” she says one of the puppies because one owner..no lady two dogs two owner she say well we now have rescheduled because they put under one owner. SHADY, disrespectful after that we left and vet tech on the clearly watch us leave on the way back home multiple calls to try and speak to a manager goes to voicemail when I finally speak to Seneca? She stated she was with a call center and did not know the name of the vet tech. when phone disconnected not one called back multiple call and not picked up we will be filing a corporate complaint 30 minutes waste of time

Had an appointment for my puppy at 10:45. My husband brought him in on time, and my dog wasn't out of his appointment until 12:45 PM. Waited two hours just to have his wellness check and shot. When he paid via phone at 12:30 PM, he was advised to pick up our puppy as soon as he's done paying. He walked in immediately and no one was at the front desk for 15 minutes. Called three times and finally someone picked up. Also, the veterinarian didn't explain that she gave him his shot on his right thigh. When we brought him home, he was whimpering any time that spot was touched and shortly figured out why. Would appreciate it if the vet was thorough with explaining what was going on so we have an idea what to watch out for. A week later, Walmart pet pharmacist called them to ask for a script for Simparica Trio for our puppy. No one picked up, so they proceeded to send them a fax. A week goes by, and our veterinarian did not send in the script. My husband called on February25th to ask for one, and was told that it would be sent to his email in 24 hours. It's now March 1st, and we still have not received an email. Overall, it's cheap for a reason. Poor organization, and lack of communication. Don't expect anything to be done unless you call them incessantly.

NOT AFFORDABLE. I was given an estimate that was comparable to Humane Society and ACT. When I arrived, I was given an estimate that was an increase of $50 as the high estimate. Upon leaving, the total was another $15 on top of the high estimate. I paid $140 for just 2nd booster shots. I probably would have saved money just going to a Banfield or purchasing a wellness package somewhere. This was very upsetting. Besides my strive to maintain a budget, the inconsistency of the prices is unprofessional. The estimate from the moment I made the appointment, to the estimate sheet provided me in the waiting room, to the invoice I received at the check out counter were all extremely different. Inconsistency is a huge problem for me. Inconsistently, instability means untrustworthy. AND, this is not affordable what so ever. I chose this place over ACT because it was closer to home and prices were similar. Even though gas prices are high, I would have taken the drive to ACT if I'd known it was going to be bamboozled how I was and given the same prices as a standard vet. Heck, I would have just gone to the Banfield down the street.

I had an amazing experience with the staff. Very friendly. I felt good leaving my pet with them. They will now be my go to vet and I have already put a good word to mouth out to lots of others who are now going to switch over. Thank you guys so much for taking amazing care of my Jaxon and helping me saving a huge amount of $$$.

I had made an appointment to neuter my male cat and they had rescheduled my appointment to a different date because they said the doctor wouldn’t be available that day then I show up the day of my appointment and there’s a sign on the door that says there closed because of short staff but I never even got a email or text or call to let me know before I drove all the way there that the place was freaking closed. That’s super unprofessional and trash

I needed to have my dog seen today with Dr. Trembley. I was told they are closed again until further notice. I can't seem to get any consistency with this location. Dr. Trembley is a great vet and honest. I wish she was still working here.

My dogs first vet experience in awhile and they made it absolutely delightful! GREAT pricing with amazing quality. I paid $129 for all vaccination shots, full examination, and fecal sample! I don’t know about y’all but I couldn’t find much better around the brandon/riverview/ruskin/plant city area. Drs and Techs are awesome!

Went in for a consultation for spaying of my dog on 8/4 set up an appointment for 8/18 for what I was told was going to be the appointment to get her spayed. They said we had to wait 2 weeks to set it up. Ive been calling since last week to go over the estimated invoice we receieved, And now they tell me they do not do spaying at this location 2 days before the appointment. Saying that they had ot marked as a sick pet visit...

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I took my dog in for a heartworm test and a refill of flea/tick/heartworm prevention and it took about 10 minutes total. Can’t beat that! So happy I found this place.

My first time visiting this place and I loved it. Everyone there was so friendly and they were very gentle with my baby. Even though it's a bit far, I'd definitely love to go there again.
