I regularly shop for my two dogs here. I like that you can order a head and pick it up or they will deliver it to your home. Once my delivery didn't come in the time it was supposed to and when I contacted the store, one of the employees personally brought my order to my home. She did this even though the store was getting ready to close for the night. They truly have great staff.

I order my dog 🐕 and 🐈 food for pick up here. They always have the lowest prices and they have good selections. There are online quizzes to earn rewards towards purchases that are informative and fun and they leave personal thank you notes 📝 on the food bags showing they appreciate my business. I feel valued here.

We needed to give Grizzly the Aussie a bath. My son told me about self washes. We looked up the closest place and arrived to find false advertising. No wash!This was place number 2. Just go here. It's a great concept. They have a little room set aside with shampoo, conditioner, towels, and even a high-speed dryer.There is a low and high table for washing and a way to secure your pet so they can't jump out.We bought some wet food made by Fromm , and I ended up buying 5 washes for 35 dollars, an amazing deal.

Every time I go to get either treats or food for my Granddog I always have someone to assist me. Especially when I need assistance with the big bag of dog food, they load it into the cart and then in my vehicle. They all work as a team and I truly appreciate it.

They sell Stella & Chewy’s brand of frozen dog food which is hard to find sometimes. They also give back with rewards so you can earn free bags of dog food & I appreciate that.

My first time in.. first thing I found was the coconut coir that I need for the bedding for my worm bin, and second I was there for cat food. My cat has a very sensitive stomach so I have to get special formulas and I would only say that it was a little hard to navigate because there were so many options but the store was well stocked and clean and I was able to get what I needed. I think if I came a little bit earlier in the daytime or probably be a little more help but it was later when they were about to close so I didn't even bother to ask. I will be back m most definitely, when I have more time and an less rushed!

Love the self serve wash room for the animals and especially since it has two different size areas for large and small animals. Employees have always been helpful. I like how the vaccination bus comes around for discount prices. Clean and smells nice each time.

Pet Supplies Plus is a great place to find anything you need for your fur babies. This particular store in Valrico, Florida has an incredibly helpful and friendly staff.

I recently purchased 50 ct superworms, and each container had 40. I called the following day to have the issue corrected and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Do not buy feeders from this store, they wouldn't correct issues for you. Update: I already contacted management at that store, however thank you for letting me know that a Google Maps review is part of your return policy.

Love PSP!!! Everything we need for our dog, cat, bearded dragons, geckos, tarantulas and more! I adopted my kitten from here. Absolute angel! This will be his first Christmas. The staff recognize you, ask you if you need help, are so friendly. I refuse to go to any other pet store. Last time I was there super nice gentlemen carried the kitty litter to the front until I was ready to check out. Wonderful!!!!Edit* we recently got this pretty Tarantula from here and it is doing GREAT!!

Whatever you do don’t order online from this place, not worth the hassle the staff will give you to provide id, original form of payment and im sure pretty soon they’ll want your ssn all in the name of “ keeping you safe” and will have the audacity to tell you that you haven’t paid for your order even though the $ has been taken from your account. The website is a dumpster fire anyways so save yourself the time and just shop in store.

Needed to temporarily care for lost dog. Haven't had pet in years and since I had measurements and pics, staff directed me to harness, food and toy options to appropriately care for him.Appreciated the assistance since there are so many options.Dog loved food and oh my, toy was like his best bud.Happy ending, we found owner but we're happy we could properly care for him until then. Thanks!

Since moving here we have used this store. We try to support local. When they discontinued our dog food, we chose another brand. It is a little more expensive so we try to use coupons and our military discount. I have to say they are the only pet store to give one.Now they have new owners and will no longer take a coupon and military discount together. The discount is 10%. The food is $25 more than Amazon but still willing to support local but no more. Sorry new owners, for 10% you have lost our business.Response to owner. I am a member of rewards club. I have shopped PSP since I lived in another state for 15 yrs. Your club gives no discount. The prices have recently gone through the roof and taking away the addition with military it is no longer in my budget. Thank you for your response.

This place is exceptional and wonderful! I can always count on them for quality items at an affordable price. The staff members are something to brag about - they’re very knowledge and can help you with an array of things. One staff member helped me find cheristin for cats and I’m so grateful of their help. Cheristin works so well! Every time I’ve been there, I’m greeted in a warm manner which counts a lot to me! The supplies are always in full stock and I have no issues finding what I need. I thank you guys so much for the hard work you do everyday! I love shopping here and cannot wait to come back!

This is my favorite pet store! The selection is great. The store isn't too big. The employees are nice and helpful. Prices aren't bad. Parking can get a bit hectic depending on the day and time. There's usually not a line at the checkout (if there is, it's not usually long). They offer order online and curbside pickup. Their loyalty rewards program is great, too!

The Pet Supplies Plus was clean and organized. Cashier welcomed us as soon as we walked in. The animal looked well taken care of. The sales seemed good on treats, we bought a few. We interacted with 3 employees and 2 seemed to not be as knowledgeable so I assume they were new which was fine, I was able to speak with someone who could help after they finished up with a customer. Downside was they do not carry my dogs food, he's old so not keen on switching but they do have fantastic premium brands of dog food. They also have the traveling vets that come on Sundays, unfortunately they didn't have a flier with time and dates but can call ahead during week to find out. Overall good experience.
