What a great experience at Kim's!!! I went there for Diamond dog food and Kim explained what all the different Diamond lines means and how they work with different age dogs. I never knew this and it was great that she took the time out for us. They all love the products they sell there. You don't get this treatment at big box pet stores and the employees at big box don't have the knowledge of all their products they sell. Thanks again, we will be loyal customers! Everyone need to support small businesses for people like this!

I love this store. The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable, and sweet. She always remembers me when I come in to get my cat food. I love that there are pets there every time I go. I always end up petting all of them. It is a nice sized store with a variety of items. She always lets me know when the vet is coming for pet checks. Whomever the woman was that answered the phone was extremely condescending. I called to ask if they carried a particular item and was met with an attitude and pretentious tones as if I'm some type of uneducated fodder. Rest assured, they will never receive my business and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

PLEASE READ. Terrible customer service from the start. We only shopped here for the 12 bag free promo. My daughter sho is 17 went in today and couldn’t remember the brand food that our dog takes. After asking the attendant, she looked in the computer and ensured her that we purchased a brand that we did not. After retiring home with the wrong food, my wife contacted the owner who totally disrespected her as a loyal customer and told her to bring the purchase in for a refund and “please choose not to shop here, if you want to”. What? What a slap in the face for $65 dog food. My wife tried to return the food for a refund to no avail. The employee, “a new one” said the owner told her not to refund. She was scarfed that she would get fired because of this event. My wife being a caring Christian women was going to give the employee the refund money after she heard her hardships from the covid19 pandemic. Again no refund. That’s fine. Guess what? I am very familiar and close with your customers. They will not like what I tell them. Avoid this shop if possible. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I love animals. And I believe diet is IMPERATIVE to their health. However, this store is extremely misguided in the information it’s passing along to its customers about animal diets and health. Grain is good. Meat is actually the number one allergy. Deer antlers are bad, and GOOD veterinarians do NOT recommend these, no matter the type, no matter what they tell you. Gold standard medical care for a dog and cat is a prophylactic dental cleaning each year. Yes, anesthesia poses risks. But dogs and cats age much faster than humans, who by the way are supposed to get TWO prophylactic dentals a year. The woman at the counter was insinuating that veterinarians are wrong and uneducated in this sector. She hinted that the things veterinarians have learned in school (8 years of schooling) were inferior to the “facts” that she was spewing off (not sure what credible sources she was citing). Regardless, I loved the chews I bought there. Do I believe that Science Diet, Purina, and Royal Canin are just as healthy (if not more healthy) than the BEG (boutique, exotic, and gourmet) diets she’s selling? Absolutely (literally no credible proof that they’re not). Is there a place for the diets she’s selling? Undoubtably. But to insult the veterinary community really rubbed me the wrong way, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

The people here are very knowledgable and friendly. My Pomeranian was having a very sensitive eye issue and we thought she was going to go blind. After spending close to $1000 on treatments, I came here to switch to one of the organic dog foods that they sell as opposed to the stuff I was buying at the store. Within a couple weeks, the eye was better. Definitely a great place to check out especially if your furry friends are having health issues.

If you go there to look for a specific food and she does not carry it she will explain why she doesn’t have it and recommend something healthier for your pet. I have gone to her for guidance for my dogs and my cat. There is no other place I will go to for pet food.
