I arrived around 1pm on a Tuesday to use the self wash station and I had a fabulous experience! I like the self wash because it has everything you need for a deep clean. One wash station located inside its own little room. It’s elevated wash station with different shampoos, ear cleaning solution & dryer. Towels & treats are provided. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Such a great experience for my puppy's first groom. They got us in on a busy holiday week and got him looking like such a handsome gentleman in about an hour. For sure, this will be our go-to groomer.

Amazing experience. I originally just went in with my new adopted rescue dog to get his nails grinded. To my surprise they have a welcoming package available that included all sorts of food and treats. This is my new go to place! Love to support local businesses 😊

This store is always a pleasant shopping experience! It is family owned and they are just the kindest people. They truly want everyone to leave satisfied and do everything possible to make that happen. I love going in here to get my dog food. I honestly try not to shop anywhere else for my pet.

Just had my 2 Persians groomed by Chestine for the 1st time. My older one is a little harder to do but she didn't complain and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend her. They told me she was the cat whisperer and she did not disappoint. See you again soon. Thank you Chestine!! 😻

Super convenient self-wash option that is far better on your back than trying to use a home bathtub and easy on the wallet. You can pay a groomer as well. They also will do the nails for you for an additional cost to the self wash. High quality treats and food are available for purchase.

I have had a very difficult time finding a groomer that did not stress my dog out for days after being groomed. Until I found EarthWise. My long hair Chihuahua doesn’t like being dropped off but he is happy when he is picked up with no signs of stress. Janet always does a fantastic job and their prices are very reasonable. Book online in advance as their groomers stay busy.

Amazing staff and great private spot for a self wash bath. Even had my dogs nails trimmed for a good price. They were patient with my nervous boy. I wish the station was kept a little cleaner and the brushes they provide us are tended to between dogs because it was all quite hairy from a previous black pup. Overall, I loved it and will be back again.

We found this store after searching for a holistic vet and realizing we don’t have any nearby. At this point, our dog had been suffering with welts all over his tummy that appeared suddenly and would only improve slightly with prednisone and antibiotics. After five months, the medications were taking a toll on his liver and we had exhausted all medical solutions offered by the vet. The folks in this store educated us on common dietary allergens and how they are snuck into most pet foods. They took time showing us feeding options and discussing raw diets and more affordable dry food options. They also recommended using Goats milk, snacks, some raw fruit, and other topical products together in the hopes of improving our 8 year old American Bulldog’s horrible skin issues. Within days, his tummy improved dramatically (no more toxic gas). Over the course of 4-5 weeks, we weaned him off all medications and we were thrilled there were no flare ups for the first time in months. We nervously left him for about a week for our family summer vacation and when we returned he was perfect again. He had his beautiful smooth belly - clear of all welts, sores, scratches, and redness. We could not believe it. We are so grateful to the amazing staff for their expert advice. See the before and after photos for yourself!

I can honestly say that I have never had a better dog grooming experience then I had today at Earthwise Pet. My dog Luna was super scared going into the groomer. I was a little worried when I left but they Told me not to worry and a 1 hour wait. I was a little early returning and she they actually texted me when I was walking up to their store that she was ready. I see my dog coming out tail wagging mouth open tongue out with a little prance in her step I was a absolutely floored by how happy my dog was. Brittany did the most amazing job everything was perfectly done. She was friendly and listened to my concerns and request. Her customer service skills are one of many reasons I’ll be returning to Earthwise. When I was checking out for the grooming I had a few questions about the food they offered and the Gentlemen at the counter not only answered my questions but has a in debt knowledge about the products in the store. They are reasonably priced and support small business. As a business owner I look forward to doing business with you for a long time and tell everyone about you. Thank you all at Earthwise.*Update* I called to get a appointment to get her just bathed. I was told they don’t have any appointments until Monday July 4th.* Kind of disappointed but I do understand.

Oliver our Lhasalier loves Miranda and she does a wonderful job grooming our 40 lb fluff ball. He gets excited when we just mention her name. He’s always comfortable going in for grooming and come back looking quite handsome.

We have been there three times.First time: scheduled grooming for a puppy. Amazing service, the groomer was so nice. $50.Second time: scheduled a bath (as per groomer request). Good bath and grooming. Groomer not as nice. $50.Third and last time: scheduled a bath, was told that my dog would only get a bath which did not include ear cleaning or nail trimming as advertised. $65.Puppy service vs. After 7 months service is different and the prices increase without notice.

Probably will never come back here again. The nails were clipped so close near my dogs paws & now my dog is messing with them. One of the nails is hanging.

Very nice dog wash station with all the extras you need for different skin sensitivities, ear cleaning and more. Automated dispensers make it very easy. They can even help you with your dog’s nails at the co-located grooming salon. The owner and staff were extremely nice! Will definitely be going back.

Great cut and great people. Groom was a little pricey for me but seems like the standard rate for these dogs. Groomer was kind and did what I requested so I was happy.

Great place for grooming! We recently moved to the area and our golden retriever was way overdue for his usual groom. I've had a hard time finding a place to groom him that didn't cost a kidney. Today we tried their grooming and I am beyond impressed. My dog is clean and fluffy and properly trimmed. He is well brushed out (anyone with a golden knows that fur is everywhere). I am super impressed!! And the best part is I didn't have to sell a kidney! I can't wait to take him back.

I used to frequent this shop years ago, when I lived in Brandon. I moved to Lakeland, aprox 45 minutes away. I have 2 picky cats and was desperate for help. I deliberately made the trip and I am so glad I did. The staff asked probing questions to narrow down wat they might eat. Gave me samples as well as some sage advice. This is so much better than the big pet stores. More than I remembered. I will be making a monthly trip.

We always have had a great experience with earthwise except for the last appointment. We get our dogs groomed on a 6 week schedule. There was a notice of a price increase but not stated how much it was going to be. Upon checkout I was informed our bill went up $55. We were paying $95 plus tip and they went up to $150 without informing us ahead of time. I think we all understand inflation but 50% over one visit is a bit much and should have been considered.

They have a great selection of premium dog and cat foods. They have Grooming available. I have my Cat's Claws trimmed here. No appointment necessary, but you should call first to see if she is there.
