Dollar General, you should be ashamed of yourself. You need more employees operating your stores, they're an absolute mess. You can't run an entire store with just 2 employees. The amount of sales you lose from empty shelves because there's not enough people to put product away must be staggering. Also, the general appearance with nobody to straighten and clean up after customers shopping, or pick up the trash in the parking lot is horrendous. If OSHA or the health dept stepped in your store, you'd be closed down in 2 seconds for all the violations.Stop cutting hrs and building more stores. You should actually tour the stores you have WITHOUT NOTICE just to see what a mess most of them are. I feel sorry for the employees that work at Dollar General. The amount of stress they must be under trying to do the work of 30 people but only having 2. Do better..

This store has the aisles blocked with big carts. It's got to be hazardous. I understand if things needed to be restocked but this has gone on for awhile now. The only time it was decent was when a bunch of higher ups were there. They also never have any carts. I only go to this store in a pinch anymore.

It's 9:54 now. Took this at 9:46. The door, Google maps, and website say this location closes at 10pm. Yet, people are getting turned away at the door, 15 mins before closing. Smh

This location is so understaffed and sometimes employees are on their phones or not paying attention. It's hit or miss with their attitudes. Some are great though! The isles are massively understocked and there are piles upon piles of merchandise ready to be stocked with not enough people to do so. They did open a self checkout lane though which saves time and was smart! The management needs to really make some changes asap. I feel bad for some of the people that work there because they deal with rude customers even though it's not their fault they are understaffed. It's an older store that isn't super clean. Good prices though, overall.

Employees are pretty friendly.. and I can pretty much always find what I came in looking for. The google photos of this place must be a joke or something though. It's always messy and dirty with products still in boxes from the delivery truck blocking the isles. The store feels cluttered and unorganized.It is in a good location, very close to my home so I go to this store quite frequently. Maybe it's just time to remodel or come up with a different floor plan?

This location used to be pretty ok, but the last couple months it has been nothing but disorganized and disappointing. What little inventory they have is littered through the aisles, not much is on the shelf with a tag, and when you do find a price tag it's always way more at the register than it is on the shelf. I purchased 4 items today, all 4 were a minimum of .25 more at the register on checkout. And cashier "can't" honor the price marked on the shelf. I'll spend that extra money to drive to another DG from now on.

Bathroom was disgusting, and they had the nerve to have it locked! Cashier on her phone while the store was a disaster. While there, Cashier received a call, her baby was sick. Cashier notified Mgr., in turn they both decided to close the store and leave. Yes. The Manager called her Boss, but the urgency to lock up and leave was apparent.Again, the Store and restroom, left a lot to be desired. Someone in Coporate definitely needs to visit, and get a handle on that location.

this store has gotten to be one of the worst! i have several within a 8 mile radius of my home i used to love this its the most convinient one. but lately it has been totally trashed. they park the big carts in every isle and ou can't even get down the aisle you can barely walk down to get what you want just this week i've been in there was no one up front i grabbed diapers and trash bags seen one lady putting up stock she never acknowledged me i walked up front used the self checkout because she wasn't coming and walked out very poor customer service and the parking lot is always trashed no one ever pick up the garbage it definietly need some better management

I like this location. The associates are nice and the customers are to. Thank you to the nice lady who shared my outrage at the aisle of Christmas decor 2 weeks before Halloween !!!My only complaint is that many of the aisle's look like a war zone. If you need a part-time associate to come in twice a week look no further.Other than that always a good time.

Employees very helpful andfriendly. Parking lot always clean. Store a little cluttered but clean and items are easy to find. There is a lot packed into this little store. Prices are very good. Quick check out 95%of the time. Overall a good experience every time that I have gone in the to make purchases.

The good reviews HAVE to be family/friend/or planted by the company because this store is the absolute most disgusting place I have ever shopped. It is dirty and unorganized. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I live 1 minute from here so it is convenient but there is always a line and when there isn't a line the employees are no where to be found. There is no reason for this store to be so dirty, it was remodeled about a year ago and started out great and has gone downhill. I don't like to give bad reviews but last night the girl employee was SO rude to me I honestly can't believe it.

This store is convenient to get to, but always seems to be cluttered. Aisles are very thin and you always feel crowded. Carts and boxes block the aisles at times. I have found this to be the case with various Dollar Generals. Some organized, neat and spacious and others quite the opposite.

The manager Karen just walked around the store as the line just kept getting longer and longer. Felt bad for cashier that was by herself trying to take of each customer with kindness. Unless you want to wait in line for 10 minutes or more, I wouldn't go to this store.

Found things I needed pretty quickly, used to have roach traps for a dollar but each location has different stuff. The cashier started ringing up other people's items and I had to tell her I wasn't paying for someone else's things. Putting out new inventory which is good I suppose.

The employees here are horrible. After there was an issue with my payment they became extremely rude and when I returned because I had purchase the wrong item during that transaction they took forever to do something that should have taken less than 2 minutes. To return a box of trash bags they had to call a manager and read their policy, ask someone higher up and check their corporate policy. ALL FOR 8.00 TRASH BAGS!! Never returning here again, they are unprofessional and treat customers like once they spend money they don't want to deal with you again.

The store front needed a good sweep. I walked in and quietly suggested to a female clerk that "someone should go out and sweep the front". I hope she took a proactive interest and made the storefront more welcoming.

Very unprofessional, untrained staff. Rude. While many shoppers where in the store, they put up a sign announcing a limit on penny items. There was a line with many customers with there carts full prior to the sign of "limit 20 penny items" I witnessed a boy with his mother making a purchase that was not alchool, not medicine, not fireworks, or tobacco; be told he was not allowed to make his purchase because he was under age. I also witnessed a staff member steal from the customer in front of me. The customer purchased shoes, paid for them and the cashier took the shoes to the back of the store without removing the purchase from the womans receipt and issuing a refund. The other associated stated "I dont want to get on a register because I have a truck to unload" in front of a line of customers waiting to cash out. They refused to sale to customers who cashed out and returned to the store, they refused to ring up customers waiting in line to cash out and threaten to call the police on them. I am a frequent shopper at dollar general and there is no excuse for this unprofessional staff at this store location. They need to be retrained, starting with customer service.

Unorganized, palates of cardboard boxes left in the middle of aisles, product on the floors, and no price labels on half the items or shelves. Tried to use the app's store coupons, the register didn't take off 3 of the 4 I used, and the cashier, who's name tag was covered) treated me like an idiot and a criminal for requesting that the coupons be applied even after I proved to her that the items I was purchasing were listed as included on the coupons. She stated, quite loudly multiple times to other employees (with customers around too) that I had "already saved $17" on the transaction (neglecting the fact that I spent over $75), which was no one else's business and served no purpose other than embarrassing me by drawing attention from other customers. If I had not needed many of the items I was purchasing right away at home with no time to go to a different store and shop again, I would have left my order and not given this store a penny.I will not be returning to this store, as I would rather drive farther and pay more at any other store than give this store my business again.

Good, cashier was friendly. The shelves for laundry detergent could have had more selection of the smaller Arm & hammer product. Your Shout product is too high priced.Got a good deal on the 3lb Dr. Teal's Epsom salt...$2.. it was $5.99 at Target!The cooler section with coffee creamers were sparce to to none! I don't care for Clover Valley, sorry, and even that was almost out.I ended up buying milk.You

Yeah one in Valrico sucks stood in line yesterday for 30 minutes while the manager whoever it is came out took care of a guy no driver's license but she accepted anyway then after that she went back in the office and sat on her ass every time I go up there you got to stand in line at least 30 minutes so you need to check into that store either they need more help or manager does confident enough to come out and take care of everybody and I'm tired of it

Awful. I stood in the line for over 30 minutes. The whole time the manger was sitting up in the office instead of comming out an opening anther register up to help get people out. Why do they pay a manger if they want help the customer experience. The place look like a war zone.

The selection of items is good but not only he cashier didn't wore mask but they let customers do their shopping without facemask too during Covid - despite county regulation... I do have health issue I can't return due to health safety reasons

I bought a $45 gift card with my birthday money and it told me I had to wait 29 minutes when I got home so I showered and I came back and it told me my balance was zero in which I called the company and they told me somebody had used it and I assume it was one of the employees.

No carts, had to search for one outside, only one employee working, empty, messy shelves, boxes everywhere making it hard to find what you're looking for and dirty. Never will I shop at this dollar general again. Very dissatisfied.

The one in Seffner has done a complete 360 degrees since they have a new manager. Always nice to go there now. Not a mess anymore! Associate's are always friendly too.

Love DG, can't beat their prices on alot of grocery store items. Of the several that I have visited over the last few months they are usually pretty well stocked on most products but the stores are usually messy and disarranged. I know they do alot of business during the day.
