I am a contractor for an AI inventory management service. Dollar General engaged in a contract with the company I contract for to provide services at this location. I have completed site assessments at numerous other locations in the Region spanning Lake Wales to Leesburg. No other location has been an issue. This location however about 40% of the way through site visit (mind you this was an hour drive to reach the site) the staff of the store demanded identification, which does not exist with the work being contracted out. I was in no way impeding store operations, customer traffic, or engaging in any behavior which would have normally resulted in being ejected from a storefront location.The only difference with this store visit and previous site assessments is that my wife and daughter accompanied me to the store and even made a purchase while at the store. I am a white male mid 30s, but my wife and my daughter are Black (my daughter obviously being mixed race).The only conclusion that I can make is that it is perfectly fine to patronize the store if you are white, or if you are black, but that interracial couples are not welcome.I left the store without causing a scene, but I will be forwarding this experience to their corporate office while addressing these concerns through my contract.

Very rude! Waited at the self checkout for ten minutes asked someone for help only for them to roll their eyes and walk away. Left my stuff and went to the one in Umatilla, never again will I go into this one… sad because it USED to be nice.

I have reviewed many of the Dollar General Stores in the area. None of them have ever received five stars from me. This is a new Dollar General and the first time that I visited. The store was clean the aisles were stocked and there was no product laying around everywhere in the way. This is also something I've never said about any other Dollar General, the clerks were genuinely nice and happy that you visited the store. I will drive completely out of my way to come back to this store.

It's new, clean and way less crowded than the others near by. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy being able to make a one stop shopping list and always grab everything I need for the house for low prices.

Clean...organized...easy to access. Very friendly employees. I am handicapped and clerk helped me with getting groceries to the car! Will be shopping here again. No covid 19 masks though. I was and will be wearing mine

I think the main photo of this store is not correct. This is a brand new store with windows across the front.All brand new stores get 5 stars. The real test is how this store holds up in 6 months to a year.

I don't understand how they get away with blocking isles and exit ways...it's horrific trying to maneuver inside. God forbid an emergency happens and everyone tries to get out...you can't hardly move a buggy around
