The second time this week, I have had to stop here. The lady at night is the rudest person in the world. Seriously, why does she still have a job? She doesn't want to do it, obviously. I have never been treated as rudely as she has treated me in my lifetime both times I have been in here. I will never be back. I will also be reporting her to corporate. This is absolutely ridiculous

Anita is rude. I asked for assistance while the other girl was trying to clean Anita completely ignored me. I can't believe this is circle K standard. Racetrac is much better, she also accused me of stealing soda 2$ soda seriously?! To assume I did something was a very poor decision on her part she snapped multiple times at the poor girl who was cleaning worse experience in my life.. I worked for racetrac no need to be nasty towards customers or coworkers.. I would love to know who the DM is for this location so I can speak to him/her personally.

This is definitely the worst location around. Everytime I'm in here they are rude and disrespectful. There is a short older lady who is always very rude. The last time my husband was in there the so called manager on duty screamed and yelled at the young girl and made her cry in front of the whole store. They honestly need to fire everyone and get better people in this place. It is the worst. I would rather use the extra gas to go all the way to 711 in Eustis.

It is a very nice store. Very clean and great staff. The in-house deli is amazing for a great southern food fix. The biscuits are better than your grandmother's. The fried pork chop is a must. I wish I had gotten more of them.Perfectly seasoned. Next time I am going through the national Forrest I am stopping.If you camp in the Forrest make this place a must stop for breakfast when you walk out of the woods.

The cashier has always been rude. It is always late at night when i do go there, she locked the entering door to keep customers from coming in. Because if they think the entering door is closed then no one is there so they leave. She has even yelled at my fiance and i before for not letting her know if we were using cash or card but she didnt even ask, she just assumed we were using cash and then got mad bc she had to go back to card. She said “look what you guys made me do, now i have to do a void, bow im going to get in trouble bc of you”. She was so nasty that night. You need better employees, she has been so rude and i never want to visit this circle k again bc of my encounters with her.

Good place to buy gas. They have relatively new pumps. Inside the store is a little cluttered and worn but clean enough. The cashiers are pleasant. I have never had any of the food from there. This is the best of the 3 convenience stores at this intersection.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!Possible fraud/identity theft at this location. I paid for gas at pump 5 and had issues with the pump being turned on after my card was swiped at the pump and again inside the store. I went inside on 2 occasions to have the issue fixed but the attendant on the inside "confirmed" that my card wouldn't be charged and she gave me a receipt. She was an older very short petite lady with glasses and shoulder length brown hair in a pony tail. This was the last time that my card was used Sunday Jan 2, 2021 @ approximately 7:33p. & 739pm. A hours later I got an alert on my phone for suspicious online purchase at Victoria Secret.BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

What a dump! In the age of Covid no soap in the restrooms. Employees must be preparing food with dirty hands. The gas pump wasn't working but there was no sign to alert the customer. We then tried getting a cold drink but the two flavors selected weren't working.

Would not let me and my daughter use the restroom. I will no longer buy gas or other items there ever again especially for my boat which takes $500 to fill the tank. The staff said it’s not their rules.

Went this morning at 1:30-2:00am went to get donuts and there was cockroachs crawling around..when I informed the employees on duty they stated I will take care of it..she started to kill them and left the donuts all in the case..I stated that was disgusting and I will never buy donuts from there again and left the store...4-21-2023 ..I will be making some calls today on this matter...this was the ALTOONA circle k not umatilla

Today at approximately 1:55 pm I stopped in to purchase chicken from my favorite place and was so disappointed! When I parked I noticed the cook outside the kitchen talking to individuals on the outside, which I figured the employee was maybe on break, so no big deal. I proceeded to go inside to place my order and the employee was still standing outside with the kitchen door open. She noticed me and came to take my order, there was no chicken livers so I asked if she could make some fresh chicken livers and she said they are fresh and started to prepare my order, she then became aware that the chicken livers was out and she had to prepare fresh ones, she seemed upset and went to retrieve more to fry, I could hear loud noises of what seemed like items being slammed against the wall and/or prep table. Then I watched her throw the chicken livers in the fryer then walked away to go back to the prep area. She seemed so bothered and I was so confused that I left without purchasing my order. My experience was ruined by an employee who seemed bothered that I was there. I normally have a good experience and always buy gas and chicken when I travel from this business however after today I will think twice before I spend my hard earned money with someone who does not value my business!

Ridiculous billing procedures when using card at pump. Places a hold on fund much greater than amount purchased. Today 81.47 placed on hold even though I cancelled transaction at pump before pumping any fuel. Happens consistently, and often 3 or more days to have funds released/credited. There's 2 other fuel stations at this intersection that don't follow these aggravating billing procedures.

Circle K is great, busy but worth waiting to pump gas, gas is good and cheaper then most gas stations, Associates are friendly and professional. Bunnell, Eustis florida and Palm cost stations are my favorite.

Employee at food svc has a bad attitude problem. Menu selection is very limited to what they feel like making so be prepared to hear we don't have that if your looking a menu. Some of the food looks like it has been sitting all day. Wouldn't recommend

Never open 24hrs any more... cant no one show up for work so they close at 11pm and open at 4 always see 1 worker inside but have to have 2 to open store cause managers dont want to show up to help run the store..
