Service was good, but we can’t figure out the propane pricing… if we’re bringing in a tank to be pro-filled, why does it not get charged by the gallon? You shouldn’t have to pay for a full refill if you only need x amount of gallons to top off.

Amazing staff eager to help you out any way they can. They have a complete selection of just about anything you may need. Don't forget to sign up for saving while you are there. We love the sales they have! They are truly the best and last of the real hardware stores. We would be lost without them. Stop in and see for yourself. Staff was helpful. However they could use more inventory. They didn't have sanding attachments for multi-tools. Here's an update they recently reset the floor plan and got new inventory which is what my only complaint was so thumbs up for that.

I think they went up on their 5 gal water. I had my return bottle and it was 12.99. Lowes is still 6.99. I feel ripped off.

It was a pretty good experience overall. I pulled in to fuel up my RV and went into the crowded store. I went in and saw the line of people and by the time I grabbed my items there were only two to three people left in line. They got me in and out extremely quick so I enjoyed the trip there!

I just love ace hardware cause unless you wanna drive another 15 miles out of the way to get what you need then your better off stopping here cause they have a little of everything. They have feed for the birds and squirrels and a few other products for animals. Hardware for almost anything, paints and a lg variety at that, outdoor projects or inside they have a little bit of everything. Lumber yard and concrete, all the hardware that goes with it and fencing but a small supply. Stop in and check them out.

Stopped by for a quick item, that I have purchased at ACE before. Had difficulty locating the item, and when I asked for help the clerk looked at me like I had two heads, looked briefly and said "We don't have it"‼️ Extremely disappointed,🤔 not your friendly hometown ACE store that's for sure‼️😒

I'm a 60 yr old female and shopped here with my 4 yr old granddaughter for pool plumbing parts. I was there for about 30 minutes and not one employee offered to help me. I ran into someone I know who went up front to ask for help for me, but no one ever showed up. I finally bought parts I thought would fit, and bought 2 different pieces hoping one would work. I then went to look at rolls of chain but after 5 minutes no one came to offer help to cut it so I gave up on that idea. I also bought farm animal feed and 6 bags of well salt. A pleasant new gentleman cashier checked me out and after I asked for help with loading the salt, he came out and loaded it into my truck while someone inside complained he had left his register. I was surprised that no one came to help me with plumbing parts or chain, as Ace is supposed to be extra helpful. Not sure why, maybe short handed that day. I'm giving my review based on that days visit, hopefully next visit will be better. As a small town store I expect more personal service. Hoping growing pains haven't ruined that.

Always friendly staff that is willing to help. Yes Ace has changed, it moved a lot of things around for the better or worse. Staff is still friendly and very very helpful. It took me a while to find a C clamp. And I did find it check out is always pleasant.

I like this store because it is convenient, close to my house. I have been going here for about 4 years. They have a pretty good selection of hardware (but still don't have what I need). What I dislike is quite often I am looking for or have a question about an item. I'll walk around looking for customer rep an employee. There's someone at the register but they cannot leave. I'll walk around looking for an employee, sometimes for 10 minutes and see no one. This happens here all the time. That is very frustrating.
