Im not sure why, but the past six months of coming to this location, the employees have been getting quite snippy and rude. I never see a smile, and all I hear are complaints. I had come in to get crickets (15 doz). Tony, the store associate that was helping me check out, had mumbled, “I hate when people come in before we close.” and I was told I needed to call ahead rather than coming in that late. The store had at least 15 other customers in the building (some still bathing their dogs). I wasn’t taking up much time. You’re allowed to be upset, but keep it to yourself. You’re still in customer service, and I don’t deserve to be disrespected. I don’t appreciate all the attitude when I’m a good paying customer and come in several times a week.

Smells clean. Fresh. Cold AC, spacious aisles, well-cared for animals. Oh, I wanted to adopt those two kittens!Plenty of dog food and cat food choices and I was pleased with the variety of cat and dog treats. Pretty good sized aquarium section. Reptile fan may be disappointed but the size of this section.

Their website is terrible. Don't bother with Same Day delivery. Needed cat food urgently yesterday for a sick cat. Paid for Same Day Delivery, well before the 2pm cutoff time. It was not delivered. The order is sitting at the store "waiting for a driver" and I cannot cancel or pick it up. Waste of my time and prevented my sick cat from getting the food she needed in a timely manner. This was my first order and it was an awful experience. I won't be ordering again.Edit: Called back again and finally got connected with a CS agent who was able to cancel the order. Still won't be ordering Same Day Delivery again. They use DoorDash.

They have a little green lizard in a tiny glass aquarium filled with nothing real sitting up in the counter by the cash register , like a decoration, with nothing but Plastic plants. The poor thing was jerking around and hitting his head on the glass. I said something about it. Said it’s cruel. A pet supermarket that’s cruel to little lizards. Let him go for goodness sake 😥😭 I won’t be back. I found it cruel and disturbing.

Nice, clean, well organized. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It has all sorts of pet adoptions from fish to lizards, ferrets, parrots and cats. They partner with local shelters to get the kittens they adopt out! They also have really nice dog washing stations!

They'll have your brand of dog food, but it seems like they only get it now and then. And you can't request a brand. Why bother getting that particular brand if it's a hit or miss to be in your stock?

I am a huge fan of the pet wash station at this store! In less than 30 minutes my husband and I can have both of our dogs washed, conditioned, rinsed and dried off. And - we don’t get soaking wet doing it ourselves or have any of the cleanup. That’s right ... no more hunting for shampoo bottles, or cleaning up or even doing laundry. You have seriously taken us from a several hour ordeal down to just minutes, and at the fraction of the cost of a groomer.

I love this store and enjoy going into it even if I don't need to buy anything in particular. The biggest reason is the welcoming atmosphere. I love the kind attitudes of the employees. More businesses should strive to cultivate such an environment.

Stopped by to use their self service dog wash and it was fantastic. Reasonably priced and they provide soap, towels and a dryer. Bonus they gave our pups each a special treat, which made their day. Friendly staff and very clean store. Highly recommend!

I used to love coming in here for my dogs, always had a good experience with customer service, bit pricy but understandable, and genuinely enjoyed the environment. However, after what I witnessed today I will never come back to this establishment. I witness a new manager with purple hair bullying, screaming, and practically harassing her employees. I witnessed her yelling when they were working or when they were taking a little break. I was only in the store for 30mins and I could barely stand being near her.

I love this place! They have everything I need for all of my babies and it's always the cleanest pet market I've gone too. The critters in their care are always clean, sweet and seem to well taken care of. They are my go to place for Shameless dog treats as well, though they are sold lots of places nowadays Pet Supermarket Always has my one dogs favorite flavor and with upcycled Blueberries!

As a Google reviewer, I have to commend this store. For the first time, I brought my King Shepard to use the Pet Washing Station. I was very happy to find it neat and clean. The rubber apron was clean the towels were rolled the variety of Shampoos and nourishing conditioners were good quality. I brought my own nail clippers, undercoat brush and cottonballs for her ears. The dryer's were amazing because it was strong enough to separate her hair to allow me to inspect her skin. This was an added plus because for those of you that know what an undercoat entiles, you will love this feature. People that came into the store were able to watch if they wanted. Another plus was you didn't have to wash n dry the used towels with all that hair and for courtesy purposes, you cleaned up your immediate area but the staff does the rest. They also have another gate entrance to decrease pet reactiveness. Then, you pay 10 bucks and walk out with your clean fur baby that's ready to roll and get dirty once again.How great can that be? I love their dog wash stations. They are $10 (I think) and you have access to all of their supplies and wash stations. They have diff shampoos, blow dryers, and towels for you to use as well.They also have a great selection of various pet products. We have a ferret and I struggle finding his food and litter locally.The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. Plus they have a loyalty points system that earns you money off future purchases.

Have been picking up many different products for multiple kinds of pets. Prices aren't inexpensive but you can find sales on new items to try. Get crickets from them routinely. Maybe half dozen of 10 dozen are dead before I get home. Staff is above and beyond helpful and friendly. Love the bring your pet in and can give them a self-bath for $10 including the shampoo.

I'm completely upset, went in to buy simple fleas spray and found a beautiful rabbit. Wanted the rabbit and was told that I could NOT purchase the rabbit because it was on "hold" for two other families. I didn't catch the cashiers name, but if the customers NEVER paid a deposit or anything for the rabbit... shouldn't it be first come first serve... 🤔 I'll go by in the morning to see if the rabbit is still there and to see if I can purchase him. But that's not how hold policies work.

Sorry, y'all. The store was fine. However, the Vet's Best flea and tick repellent collar for cats that I bought at your place was junk. It's too expensive to be so hard to tighten. It also has this silly break away thing. Well, it works! It didn't last five minutes around his neck. He broke it free with a back paw! Your store is great, but this collar is now in the garage can.

We take our 2 dogs (1 black lab,, 75 lbs; 1 lab mix, 40 lbs) here for the self-serve dog wash. The wash basins are raised so you don't have to bend to wash your pup. The area is kept very clean and the towels are generously sized and plentiful. Good quality shampoo and conditioner are included in the $10 price. Our lab mix usually has dandruff, but after using their oatmeal shampoo and conditioner she had none!! Store employees are polite and friendly.
