I've been trying to find a place to help me get a new lawn. I've spoken to lots of sod dealers and finally decided to check about seed. NANCY is the only one who wants a soil sample. Even When I told the other places my soil challenges, not one gave a damn. I am really excited to get a new lawn with the help of Nancy and Brevard Seed.

Prices are pretty good for most items. They happily split 50 lb bags of layer food for me into two 25 lb bags. It’s easier for me to manage.

In April my lawn was a mess from a landscaper error. My tree person recommended I get a soil sample from this store. The owner explained how to do it and sent it off. It took a while but when it came back she explained in detail what it meant and how to apply the fertilizer she sold me. I was skeptical as nothing else had worked. It didn't take long before my lawn was absolutely lovely, the Crepe Myrtle tree that was dying is the most beautiful one on the block. As someone else said, they are a little pricey but it was worth it to me. I will absolutely be back for any other lawn issues.

Great customer service from all! Bought a gate and hardware/posts for it and pricing was very fair! I really appreciated the extra time from Nancy and her husband, to walk me through the gate project and share much valuable knowledge about placement and installation. I will be back!

The prices were higher than other stores. But they give much personal attention to their customers. Even assistance to carry out to the car. Many items to choose from. Lawn care, make sure you ask. They personalize many of their products needed for the yard. That is a plus. Much and many items for the dog 🐕. Overall this is a excellent Farm and Feed Store, Mom & Pap.I highly recommend this place to purchase your products.

This place is awesome! Best deals for most types of pet food, including buying bulk hay for Guinea pigs, even! They sell pet shots for animals, and load your vehicle for you! The staff is amazing, and service is always great. The owner is very knowledgeable for almost every animal alive. She'll go out of her way to help you find what you need!

I get my cat food and bedding there. It's always the same quality product at the same fair price. I'm not sure how anyone could rate anything but 5 stars. It's just a feed store. And to you Nancy my advice is to respond to those one star reviews and roast them good! Not sure if you read these or not but well done!

love this place. been coming here for over ten years. still remember the old building at the corner of 46 and us1. that was a good 15 years back. always got the best advise and care here. nancy is the best. This was my review 3 years ago.Well update 5/22/21. Nancy is still the best and my go to for all animal and gardening needs. Or just a friendly person to brighten my day. I leave with a smile every time i come here.

They sell baby chickens and feed and all the pet things you need. Nancy is always wonderful and very helpful. She 100% knows her stuff. Fantastic small buisness. 10/10 i recommend!

Very well stocked with seasonal goods and even had those little extras I've been meaning to buy for months but couldn't find the right ones.I was calling around looking for Hay but when I'd get to the store I called, " oh sorry we won't have Hay for weeks" However, when I called Nancy at Brevard Feed & Seed, "We're not gonna run out-we have 3 Semis of Coastal" You made my day Thank you! I went to Brevard feed store August 1 to get some supplies. The owner was very rude and short to me, did not want to wait on me at all. I am a return and regular customer. She was talking with a woman who had some children with her. They were standing in front of the register talking for a A whole hour, not purchasing anything. I was trying to purchase the things that I need. I couldn’t find an item, asked her to help me several times. She kept saying let me finish helping this customer first who never ended up buying anything anyway. Even my girlfriend asked her to help us. She just did not want to help us and acted like I was annoying her. We were there for a whole hour just trying to buy two items. I literally had to climb over the children and around the woman just to pay for the items. Then she made me wait after I paid for the big bag of shavings I bought and Paid for. So we’re standing there waiting and waiting and wondering where my shavings were, after at least 20 minutes she finally said oh the boy has them outside he’s waiting for you. It would’ve been nice to at least tell me. She knows It’s an hour drive from my house just to this feed store. Believe me if I didn’t need this stuff so bad and I knew where else I could’ve gotten it I would’ve walked out. Very very rude. She’s embarrassed me twice in front of family and friends I will never go there again thank God I found another feed store where I can buy the things I need from now on. The last two times I shopped in her store she was very rude to me degraded me and embarrassed me. The first time in front of my husband the second time in front of my best friend. It was a very unpleasant experience and I don’t know what I did to this woman to cause her to treat me this way. I don’t know what I did to this woman! Both chickens I bought from her where very sickly and died on me pretty much is soon as I brought them home. I wanted to buy another one to replace it she charged me twice the amount that it goes for when she really should’ve replaced it for free. Just nasty nasty nasty! Sickly chickens very dirty conditions of the chickens coops, But yet she tells me everything I’m doing with my chickens is wrong. She just Thinks she knows it all and doesn’t want to admit that the conditions of her chickens and chicken coops are very bad. At least I keep mine clean. They are really nice and have fair prices on the hay and feed we need. If we happen to get a bail of timmy with weeds, they are happy to replace it. They are one of the only places around which carries quality Oxbow rabbit feed. Our bunnies won't eat anything else!
