Crystal went above and beyond helped clear lines and exceptional customer service! The lady was so rude because she was asked for I'd and crystal kept smiling and did her job! If crystal isnt already management then you need to consider her or a raise not my first time interacting with this lady and impressed with her customer service everytime

The worst. They have inflated their prices due to the economic surrounding community. They are beyond higher than Publix and don't even carry the same quality of products. They were selling mayo for $8 and this is not even organic or anything special. That's not even the half of it. The produce is not of good quality as well. This place is a no for me. I will stick with Publix or Walmart.

I visit this store all the time it is very organized, and clean but today on 1/19/2024 I left very upset because the cashier named Nasir lied about how much money I gave him for my groceries in which came up to $7.38 mind you I counted out $8.00 handed it to him I turned away to put my ph# in for my saving went back to him just for him to say I gave him $7.00 which was a bald face lie and I told him no I gave you $8.00 but to not get outright ugly with him I paid for my item with a $10 bill left and called the manager she was nice enough to say come back I'll give your $1.00 back, bring receipt I'll run camera, but I was too upset to go back, I'm actually pissed off because these young folks are finding ways and every opportunity to take people's money, but karma will find him! Please be careful when spending cash because they're finding ways to earn money on a daily instead of waiting for their paycheck. I'm pissed off please don't steal from me life is hard enough. I got some canned beans here. I bought several variety. Some were better than others. Seasoned beans are really good. Sometimes the portions are too big so I need to eat elsewhere. I only have one more word on the matter. Shopping here is great on Tuesdays after Labor Day.

I frequent this Winn Dixie location since it is conveniently located just around the corner from my current residence. I love this store. Management runs a tight ship and the associates take customer service seriously. Meats are usually what I get when I come here. Use those Winn Dixie rewards! Download that app! It comes in clutch.P.S.There is this senior citizen who works at customer service sometimes and she has 0 personality and bare minimum customer service skills but nowhere is perfect.

Pleasant experience most of the time when I visit Winn Dixie. I think their vegetables prices need improvement, so I only buy from there when I’m in a pinch or it’s on sale. Clean store with friendly staff, with the exception of one rude one at the customer service area

Have not visited a Winn Dixie store in quite some time but stopped by to pick up some items for sick daughter who lives near this store. Store was well lighted and clean and I was cery impressed with the fresh fruit and vegetable section. I was able to find what I needed easily. I did not interact with any employess until I used the self checkout which was a little different than the ones I have used in other stores. The employee who came over to help was friendly and patient. Overall, a good shopping experience.

Manager had no clue about the cake that I was looking for told me to call the other store at 56th St and see if they had it. That store left me on hold never came back and to my surprise while leaving the store glacé where the ice cream cake was and behold the store had three of the cakes I was looking for. Which meant not even the manager knows what is in the store and has inventory log to check if they had it or not.

No matter what time I go to this store,... Its always neat and clean. I see that they e added a few new products as well as a couple of changes to the store. Nothing major just a few adjustments and a couple of things got moved around but over all this is a good place to shop. Produce is always fresh and the prices haven't gone up much like some other places. Its hardly ever crowded here either every time I shop. Great customer service anytime I need help finding something. For me,... Its always a great experience to shop here.🌀

Great place to shop although lately not as much selection on some items.Frustrating when BOGO items aren't in stock two days in a row. I'd think when promoting these, they would have an ample supply. Any extra can be sold at regular price since is is non food item.
