Walgreens should be a staple for patient care & customer service. It’s unfortunate this location falls extremely short when regarding the Pharmacy Department. If you are immobile or have issues with transportation DO NOT send your scripts here. The concept of your job entails assistance to customers on the phone is beyond them. Granted some days may be extremely busy ones however no matter how many times you attempt to call you will NEVER get help or information if you try to call. The customers who call are just as important as the ones able to make it to the store but none of the workers acknowledge that. They think it’s funny to leave customers on the phone for over 45 minutes only to then be hung up on & have to start over again. The workers are always angry, uptight, have sarcastic responses & treat you less than professional less than human. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional. As soon as you are able to make it to the counter your greeted with rolling eyes & a hurried experience. The job does entail handling the phones as well as in store customers. Seems no one in that department has been trained on phone etiquette. I will definitely be changing pharmacies ASAP as this location specializes in disrespect & extreme unprofessionalism. Knowing some customers don’t have the ability to get to the store some customers are bedridden you’d think they would put some priority in the phone calls. Nope, they’d rather act like the customers calling are nothing more than a nuisance. I sincerely regret ever sending my prescriptions here to be filled!! Please don’t make the same mistake & use CVS across the street or some other location. This one will only bring you frustration & problems!!

I have never been to a worse pharmacy. The pharmacist herself is rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. I have sat on hold for over 20 minutes numerous times. I rarely get someone on the phone when I call, and they are always behind on script fulfillment. The pharmacist should be terminated .

Horrible beyond words how unprofessional the pharmacy is. Went through the drive-through once with my grandmother to help her get her prescription. The lady at the window was completely rude wouldn’t even look or have iContact told my grandmother to come back that her prescription wasn’t ready after two days after she already had called it. Every time I have called there I am always placed on hold over 15-20 minutes, with a quick response of whatever it is, the lady says on the phone you can’t even hear what she says because she says it so fast and then throws you on hold again . Also, Jess was on the phone calling the pharmacy as well. 20 minutes put on hold five times on hold. Honestly, if it is too busy of a business there, they need to put more people on staff and if you have people there that do not like their jobs, and they need to be fired let go and find something that makes them happy, because apparently helping customers is not their thing. My grandmother is 89 years old and for the staff to be giving her issues problems and tell her to return on a different timeframe that’s given to her on the phone to pick up her medication. It’s not that easy for an 89-year-old woman come and go . Staff needs to have a little bit more respect towards our customers and towards the elderly and I have seen this number of times and it is absolutely disgusting .

Trash. The service, the people - just terrible. I was on hold and was 3rd in queue. Then 2nd, then 1st. When it was my turn the phone rang a total of 6 times, each time I can hear the line connect with people’s voices in the background and then being placed back on hold. Do you know how rude it is to continuously put someone on hold when I can hear you and your team laughing in the background??? This went on for 32 minutes. You do not work at a playground. This is healthcare. Some peoples lives depend on their medication, yet there is no regard for the patients calling. Extremely disappointed. I will not be picking my medication up from Walgreens in the future.Update: I went into the store to pick up my meds and there were so many HIPAA violations. A young lady was texting on her phone & didn’t care who saw her. The shocker is when my eyes diverted to the back where another young lady is actively talking on the phone. A personal device. The phone was in a pink case and was trying to sneak the conversation. Absolute shock. Your PHI is probably not safe here. This place needs an audit ASAP.

You know it's hard enough when you don't feel your best but then you have to deal with calling the pharmacy for two days straight and not being able to get thru. 1st your 2nd or 3rdin queue and then the line rings and someone picks up on 3 different occasions with them talking in the background but never do they say please hold, I'll be right with you or nothing, the just put you back on hold. I get this is a pharmacy however it is a business and the customer service etiquettes are very much below standards. Poor actually. If your call volume is this high maybe upper management should consider a small group to handle the over flow. This is unacceptable. Walgreens has been around far too long to continue handling customers this way. People somehow forget how to really treat and serve others until it becomes their turn. Food for thought. This has not just started either. SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS!!!! DO BETTER. People like to know they are cared for and their time is important.

This is the WORSE Walgreens that I have ever dealt with, and I’ve been dealing with Walgreens all my life. The Pharmacy text are very rude. They won’t let you finish what they’re saying and they hang up when you call the store your own hole forever and instead of them picking up and saying, could you please hold they pick up and just automatically put you on hold keep picking up and keep putting you on hold They don’t let you finish with your saying before they hang up the phone on you they need to shut this location down. I spoken with a pharmacist in the past about this, and nothing has changed. They need a whole new line of staff members. Their customer service sucks here avoid this location.

Alexis did not wish to assist with setting up my 92 year old grandmother’s prescriptions to be synchronized and delivered. My grandmother (who can’t drive and relies on others for transportation) gave her the phone so I could explain what she needed, and Alexis basically tried to talk me out of making the change stating it would be more inconvenient and then saying the doctor would need to rewrite the prescriptions and send them all at the same time, etc and finally relented and agreed to do it once I said this is what we wanted but instead of helping she said my grandmother wanted her phone back (she didn’t ask for it back) and told me I needed to call the store. Per usual, I waited on hold for an hour and heard them pick up the phone and immediately place it back on hold every few minutes until the call was eventually disconnected. I called the store back and a man answered (I believe the photo department) and I asked to speak to a manager. He left the phone off the hook and was talking to another employee about taking orders. He never attempted to get someone to answer nor transfer the call. Eventually someone picked up the receiver and hung up the phone on me. So 1.5 hours of my work day have been wasted on this, what should be, simple task and have no results whatsoever. I hope they all receive the same treatment when they need something so that they can have a little more appreciation for their customers.

This is by far one of the most consistent worse experiences I've ever had with a pharmacy with over 2 years experiencing the same thing here. No one in the dispensary is on the same page, nothing is ever in stock. Using the app gets you no where faster. Calling gets you in a loop 3x before you get to a person in the actual facility who then proceeds to always put you on hold, in 1/2 the cases hanging up and making the process start all over again. Only to be told again not in stock and call again the next day to do it all over again. I literally have been doing this for years with them. I work in customer service, and try to be understanding, but someone has to know just how bad this is.

I can't say enough bad things about this Walgreen's Pharmacy! I had to suffer getting, or trying to get Rxs from them for 2 years bec that's where my insurance said I had to go. Status of Rxs on website never match what is there when I arrive. Almost every time they can't find at least 1 Rx. When my insurnace changed I transferred everything to Publix but Walgreens is still sending me notifications that they have my refills. Just horribly inefficient!

Pharmacy is awful. They dont answer the phone calls or they continue placing you on hold and then disconnect the call. I’ve experienced difficulties as a customer, and it seems tied to the lack of competition. Treating customers well is not just about profit but also building a reputable brand.

Worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with. Complete trash. Employees on pharmacy keep you on hold for hours only to end the call. Unacceptable when you’re trying to get insurance problems sorted out. Completely unprofessional.

I am extending a five star review for one employee alone. Amisha helped me with several different problems during my trip. She was busy stocking the toys but had no problem stopping to help me. Very politely May I add. I needed a product scanned to know the price. Then I needed information as to how to get air freshener out of its cabinet. Finally I needed to get four cases of Busch beer. I got the one in the cooler but saw no more. I asked the red headed girl in the photo department if she could check to see if more were in the cooler but she o informed me that there wasn’t but they will be in on Wednesday. I’ve shopped at your store for years and knew that if there were eight Busch Light on the outside shelf that there was a good chance that wasn’t the case. It wasn’t like she was terribly busy at the time. I asked Amisha my new favorite employee if she would check for me. She did with no reservation and there were plenty of cases. So basically she lied and didn’t mind inconveniencing me to make a return trip a week later. This is a purchase that I make once a week and have always been helped one way or another by good employees. I give Amisha five stars and feel like Walgreens is better off with her as an employee. I don’t know the other girls name but I feel like she really couldn’t be bothered. Thank You Kaye Cary

I wish that there was an option to give zero stars. Customer service is lacking the necessary skills to deal with consumers, Walgreens really need to look into customer service criteria when dealing with consumers. I may not be impactful because I’m only one person, but these large companies don’t care. It’s the minimum that you receive, and the hassle that you have to go through is appalling. A 35/45 minute hold time to be transferred around and then treated like you’re not worth the time or effort.

This place changed a lot in recent months. Lots of things are out of stock and staff are not told when it will be restocked. Won't be bothered asking anymore. Its only 3 minutes from me but I prefer to drive to the one at Bruce B Downs and Fletcher where I find everything and well stocked. Done with this place. The 3 stars is because some of the staff are really nice.

I'm currently on hold... as of now November 13,2023 -- my call started at 7:45pm-- I was put back into thecall at least 10 times--No Exactly explanation point.When a person is ill and they have to go through this type of disrespect, just to find out the status of the medication, it's awful.Update! Night shift is JUST RUDE! They place you on hold over and over and over again then answer the phone as if you are annoying them! Prescription ready however, I didn’t get a notification is that my fault? Worse🤦 Service ever

I hate calling this pharmacy. It takes over 20 minutes waiting on hold every time to refill a prescription same day. Today I waited on the phone for 40 minutes. Then they have the audacity to be rude to you after waiting all that time. If this wasn’t the closest pharmacy in 5 miles, I wouldn’t go there at all.

Will leave you on hold for 20 minutes just to tell you that they can’t even help you over the phone because they don’t have the availability. Why couldn’t they just pick up the phone and tell me that from the beginning would’ve been a little less frustrating. I’ve only ever called into this pharmacy twice and have been put on hold for 20+ minutes only to be told they can’t help me, absolutely ridiculous . Like, if they’re really that busy, they could’ve just picked up the phone to begin with and just let me know that they are too busy instead of making me waste 20+ minutes each time. It doesn’t take much to provide decent customer service!!!

I've been going to this particular location for just over 3 years now and I can tell you that around 3am this morning Thursday, Sept 14th, I've NEVER had an employee ANYWHERE let alone a supposed Manager of a business treat me the the up most disrespect I've ever experienced in my life. On top of what I am about to explain, this person appearance wise should not be given the opportunity to represent what was such a wonderful place to do odds and ends shopping when you get off at work at the time I do, by this I mean their hair was not groomed in any kind of manner, and the fact that I could smell a not so pleasant odor coming from them would make one assume that they could care less how they present themselves,and being a Manager just further depresses me with how desperate some owners have become to the point of hiring such a poor customer service representative,let alone again ill state, Manager..who undoubtedly has no experience when it comes to communicating with a lady, let alone a paying customer of 3 plus years. I just wanted a price fixed on one said item, Linden Dark chocolate truffles due to the fact of them usually being $5.99 but had a sale sticker for $1.49, but even having walked down to the isle where I had found them to grab the sticker and show proof they dismissed the credibility and had the audacity to tell me that I had grabbed the wrong item, and when I went to slowly grab the bag that was scanned under MY account they literally snatched the product from me not letting me read the sticker and the item to prove it. It was very alarming and just extremely unprofessional, but of course as soon as I mention this they went forth as much to barely let me read both allowed to once again ill say, prove that i was completely in the right. Instead of admitting they were wrong they voided my entire purchase of over $100 and stormed away with the sticker and product leaving me and the other very capable employee little confused. Thankfully the employee had no problem ringing the items up for the second time and of course without the chocolates I had wanted after a very long night at work.

They don't answer phones, plus I was at the pharmacy on the evening of October 23. There were a half dozen people at least working the pharmacy and I waited 40 minutes to get to the front of the line. When I left the store and drove by way of the back of the store and there were six cars in line at the pharmacy drive thru.

I made an appt online to get the new covid vaccine at this location. Showed up 15 min before (as directed) and waited 25 min until I spoke to anyone. They have a sign above a window specifically for the covid vaccine - but no one at it and had to wait in the regular pharmacy line. Then I was told to wait “just a bit” until the paperwork came through. Then they couldn’t print the forms that I filled out online. My appt was at 4:30, I arrived at 4:15 and finally got my shot at 5:25. To be fair, the staff was very nice. Of course, you gotta be nice in a place run like that. smdh

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this pharmacy. I was transferred to this store when the Walgreens I've used for years closed down. I have given them several months to see if service would get better, and every month it seems there are more issues. You will never get anyone on the phone so you have to drive there usually several times because your prescription is never ready when they give you a time to pick it up.

Half the pharmacy employees have a don't care attitude The other half have to deal with it this place is dirty always a long wait on the phone and in person they have way too much on their plate to handle, the store is disgusting it's dirty nasty definitely taking my business elsewhereI feel sorry for some of the employees that work here

I’m giving a one star because I can’t go any lower. What should have only been a one minute transaction resulted in the rudest most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I went inside to take it vantage of the FedEx service because I had a document that I needed shipped off while waiting at the counter for the associate to assist me she must not have heard my request so I decided to press the bill at the counter that states to press if you need assistance upon me, pressing the bill she angrily approaches the counter and asked me did I really just press that bell. I must admit I was a little taken back by her brazenness and answered yes because I wasn’t trying to yell for your attention over the printing machine. She then began to go on about how that was rude and she can’t believe I really did that I asked if she was serious, and she said yes so to prevent, any further escalation, I decided to leave the store will be my last time stepping foot in there, but this will not be the last of me sharing this incident
