Publix is our go-to grocery store. We have shopped at various branches and have never had any complaints.The staff is always friendly and ready to assist customers with any questions or needs. The stores are consistently clean and well-organized with clear aisle markings indicating the location of each grocery item.What sets Publix apart is its bakery section. Hand-made breads and fresh produce are always delicious, and their cakes are our personal favorite. Overall, we highly recommend Publix for your grocery needs.I have always had a hassle-free checkout experience at Publix, aided by their diverse payment options. Additionally, their loyalty program offers users discounts upon signup. What's more, I have consistently found Publix products to be fresh and of high quality, making shopping there a great experience.

Fruits and veggies are always fresh and adequately priced. Meats tend to be higher priced than other supermarkets, but, the selection is great and quality is unmatched. Staff is accommodating and don't always just point to where your product can be found, they sometimes escort you to the aisle. Excellent customer service on the floor and at the desk.

This was the busiest time of day to get food and drinks from Publix. Even with all of that going on they made sure to make it a good experience.

I order ahead for my cheese and meat Saturday evening I ordered for Sunday morning. The deli has always been dependable. Last Sunday morning I had a lot of shopping so I picked up the items that had my name on them. When I got home and everything put away hours later I grabbed the cheese and saw it was a lot more than I had anticipated especially when I got a confirmation with the price on it. I went back to the store that night and customer service asked if I wanted the cheese and I said I did but I want the Publix price because that’s what was in my budget but that wasn’t an option. I had to go to the very busy deli and get my Publix cheese or get a refund. Moral of the story is don’t trust the order ahead. Go to the deli and wait in line. Or you’ll get screwed.

My Publux since this store was ORIGINALLY built... maybe early 90's??Always very clean stocked well and most importantly all the employee's are more than helpful. Todd, the G.M. has always been helpful and do whatever he can to mame his customers haply and well taken care of..I live closer to Publix on E. BUSCH BLVD. & refuse to shop at this location.Keep up the outstanding personal attention to your customers. Oh!!! TRAN, the Pharmacy Manager is great. Runs a tight ship and always takes time to say bello to me and even step ovee to havw a char with me.Sbopping is always a pleasure at tbis Publix location..

Patrick in the Deli department is the reason I only gave 2 stars. He deserves 10 stars for his service. Very disappointed at the deli department management and the rest of the employees with the exception of Patrick and the young lady next him.I have over 20 years experience working, managing in the grocery business growing up. The worst possible experience I've ever had at a Publix. I held them up with a different standard until I went the day before I met Patrick.Publix stands for exceptional grocery experience with the exception of this location. Management is oblivious to customer service. It only takes one incident to change someone's perception.Will never return to this location. I will avoid it like the plague, yes it's that serious. If an employee cannot greet me and service me with a smile, than quite honestly they have no business in retail. Send them to a government office or something where they have no human contact with the public...Absolutely no excuse....with the exception of Patrick and the young lady working with him that day.

Deli workers are usually having too much fun socializing with each other and customers than making sandwiches. No reason it should take 5 to 10 minutes for each sandwich. If their is 5 people in line you could be standing in line for 30 minutes for a sandwich. Ridiculous

Real g's shop at Publix and that is "facts." If you don't shop at Publix you're a fruit pop and you need to report to your nearest rainbow. Publix is where my balls first dropped as a young man in the throes of puberty. If you don't shop at Publix and you live in Florida, you probably support Hamas and should be added to a no-fly list. If you shop at Publix you're basically as Floridian as orange juice and you're the kind of man or woman that Jesus and Ron DeSantis want you to be.Also, don't be afraid to express your sexuality inside of a Publix. Publix loves the gays and they will chivalrously guard you from any homophobes that may be lurking about.Publix is a place of wonderment, intellectual and spiritual growth. It's also basically the closest thing we have to Narnia and we must passionately defend it.

Beautiful Publix. Very clean store, every employee working extra hard. The displays were full, the shelves were stocked. Specialty items, and superior customer service. Definitely enjoyed walking around. It was nice to see through the crowded isles, long lines, and busy time of day things were still moving smoothly.

Worst Publix I have ever visited, absolutely no selection. Of the 10 items I was looking for, 6 where out of stock, even though the app claimed they where in specific aisles, spoke with customer service who clarified items where never in stock. Low selection, poor management and bad customers, will avoid this Publix unless it's an emergency.

Publix is usually good. This store is really nice. It's close to Bayshore. It can be a little difficult to get to. But good selection, courteous staff and a clean store makes for a good shopping experience.

I had forgotten what pleasure it was to shop at Publix. Each section is clean and beautifully stocked, the employees very professional, friendly and helpful. We had our wedding coming up and still didn't have a cake. We went 3 weeks prior to and were directed to the catering service. The young Lady (I forgot her name) who took care of our cake was so helpful. She made me feel like we were getting a precious gem. When we came to pick up the cake, it was ready in a big cardboard box for safety. The cake was gorgeous and delicious. Thank you Publix

Love this store however today an employee that have working was super rude. Some tall white kid stocking water on the aisle as I proceeded to say excuse n squeeze by him, he didn’t say anything and he rolled his eyes as if he was irritated that I interrupted him trying to get past him.

I recently went shopping at Publix and I have to say, I was really impressed! The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything on my shopping list. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and I appreciated how knowledgeable they were about the products they carried.I was particularly impressed with the quality of the fresh produce and baked goods - everything looked and tasted fantastic! The bakery and deli section had a great selection of items, and I loved the pub subs!The checkout process was quick and efficient, and I appreciated the various payment options available. I also signed up for the Publix loyalty program, which offered some nice discounts and special offers.Overall, I had a great experience shopping at Publix and I'll definitely be back!

We stumbled upon this location. I love the soup selection. They even have a salad pasta bar.... This was better than fast food so I'm quite happy with dropping in here. People were very helpful. It was a quick stop so we didn't go through the store but it was clean and had an area to sit down and eat.
