Worst experience ever. Not just once but every month.. There is always an issue. Same medications I've been taking for 12 years!I will never go there again. Unless you love being treated horribly, embarrassed, cut off (if you ask a question). Not to mention you'll get a text and/or call saying your medication is ready to be picked up, just to get there and find out it's not. So now you have to sit and stare at them goofing off for 45 minutes before you can finally leave this unbelievable establishment. I cannot believe these people are allowed to handle medication that could possibly kill someone. It blows my mind. Staff is rude and incompetent beyond measure. Avoid at all cost unless you have a death wish. I was given the WRONG MEDICATION then asked to bring it back and they would give me the correct one. I looked at the bag and the ONLY thing similar was our last name. EVERYTHING else was wrong. Unbelievable!!!

Just left from this store and the pharmacy staff was polite and attentive. I’m not sure if the pharmacist is a mute person or not, and if she is then I apologize in advance. Before purchasing an OTC medication I wanted to consult with the pharmacist on staff to ensure that it would not negatively interact with another medication that I’d been taking. She barely looked at the items that I showed her and proceeded to shake her head no and nod her head yes to the questions that I’d asked. Not feeling confident in her responses, I proceeded to go to the Publix pharmacy right across the road and asked their pharmacist the same question about the same medication and received a verbal, thorough response fully answering my questions and was even provided additional insight to ensure that I was fully informed. From this experience, I would not recommend this pharmacist at CVS for medication questions. (I did not catch her name but she is an older woman with dark hair).

This location on Bullard Pkwy is the worst CVS location I've ever seen. They don't answer phone for their customers. They have a answering machine, that they at times don't return calls from And when they do they lie saying you prescription with going out in the mail or will be the next day, at times you'll never receive them then they'll be put back on the shelves. I mean what's the reason we are paying for the mailing service for??.... Then when a person goes into the store the lines are very long with only 1 person at the register helping customers. With the drive thru full as well. It's crazy other CVS pharmacies answering phones. They need to hire more people to get their job done the right plus faster way for the customers.... The location is great it's just the service sucks.

The pharmacy never calls back when you leave a VM although it is “promised” to return a phone call in a few business hours. The pharmacy does not update your prescription status on the app. It’s extremely frustrating.

The only pharmacy I’ve had continuous issues with. Every month there is another reason why they can’t fill my same monthly prescriptions. They always blame the provider and never themselves. It’s becoming obnoxious. They send messages that the prescription is ready and then you show up there and your script isn’t ready or something is off with your doctor. Not to mention you are always in a line for 15 minutes or more

I just picked up medications from this pharmacy. There was a very kind guy who helped me but as I waited in line I just watched a woman who worked in the pharmacy get nasty with a Spanish speaking customer in line until the patient young man intervened. The woman who just berated someone who struggled to understand her when she repeatedly told her her name (clearly enough for me to hear it and spell it out) but didn’t understand “spell it” while the woman behind the counter proceeded to literally huff, roll her eyes and act outraged is literally ridiculous. That was such unwarranted behavior towards a woman who did nothing to deserve it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've had some form of an issue or another getting a medication filled the last 4 times that I've used them. They say that a doctor didn't write a diagnosis code so they can't fill a script, so I have the doctor resend, I've even had the doctor call and speak to the pharmacist personally and resend with a diagnosis code. Then they'll say that they'll fill and even give you a time but not actually do it. You wont find this out until you've already driven up there, forget getting a courtesy call.Oh, and don't even try and call them because that's a hot mess. At best you'll be able to leave a VM with a commitment that they'll call you back. That won't happen.Bottom line.... they're understaffed and undertrained. The scary part is that it's so bad that it borders on negligence. How they can treat patients/customers so horribly and still be in business I have no idea.

Hi l recently stop in to pick up my medication and met by a really nice young lady , she was helpful and courteous, l do apologize that l wish l got her name , but she was of Asian descent l do apologize l wish l got her name , but thank you so much for your help and l highly recommend , definitely will be back 😁🙏

I don't typically write 1 star reviews but when it comes to medical incompetence people need to know to stay away. I was told by a medical professional at CVS that my insurance worked through CVS and so i ordered my antibiotic there. When I went to the counter they said that they would have to transfer it and that it would take a maximum of 24 hours which is already a bad start. I wait the 24 hours for my antibiotics to be transferred and they still haven't and all calls are going to their voicemail. It's now been 48 hours and I still do not have my antibiotics so I'll continue to get sicker because of several people's lack of competence. Stay away if you care for your health.

The pharmacy is absolutely NOT helpful at all. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for a few days now, left multiple voicemails in regards of having a prescription of mine filled by them instead of using an old pharmacy 30mins away. I haven’t gotten one phone call back after leaving these voicemails. The fact that I know it only takes the pharmacist at CVS and the pharmacist at my old doctor ONE phone call to fulfill my prescription transfer request is mind blowing. I’ve always used the app to help make this transfer happen, and it says “information needed” and that I need to contact CVS. Not sure how I’m supposed to get ahold of the pharmacy if they never return phone calls. I highly suggest you avoid using this pharmacy especially people that need their prescriptions filled in a consistent timed manner.

All of the staff at this location is very nice and helpful. Even with some of them being younger adults. They are patient with you and very knowledgeable to the products in their store!

Pharmacy is such a pain. Every single time they tell us they can't flavor our kid's medication. I tell them they do it every month, and then they come back and give it to me. Never say they did it, nothing. It's not done the same each time and it takes a week for her to get used to the "new" medication.

Dropped off Prescription at night, next day go to pick it up before work, come to find out the pharmacy closes for a 30 min lunch break...... so I had to sit around for 20 mins until reopen, which is absolutely ridiculous. It specifically says 24 hours. last time I'll be here, it should be more like 23 1/2 hours...... idiots.

Hands down the worst pharmacy in the area. Medications are often out of stock but nobody tells you until it's too late to get them filled elsewhere. Picking up a prescription is no less than a 30 minute long wait at the store, whether in drive through or inside and will often sit there waiting watching workers walk around, watching football, chit chatting, and having people wait in line as they actually fill the prescription having no consideration for those in line nor sense of the fact that the line is wrapped around the building. Notifications sent that prescriptions are ready only to arrive at the pharmacy and find they are NOT ready and then I get to be the jerk holding up the line as they then fill the prescription. Trying to reach by phone is a nightmare. You are left on hold for about 30 minutes when you are then disconnected. On average, takes roughly 2 hours of my day to get anything accomplished with this pharmacy. Honestly, this is the most poorly managed pharmacy. However, given the volume of these reviews and complete lack of response from CVS, I do not see this changing anytime soon. If you can avoid using this pharmacy, it's probably best for you.

This is one of the worst. If not the worst pharmacies I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Anytime I ever have a question, I have to drive all the way from Brandon and physically go there because they never want to answer the phone. They always send me to voicemail and they never return my phone calls, even when I do leave a voicemail. It is the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. If you need to go to a CVS, I would highly recommend going to a different one.

Horrible example of CVS. Staff is not trained properly and very rude; they seem to forget they're in the customer service industry 😂 The Minute Clinic there is also understaffed and not trained to handle anything medically related. I hope CVS reads this, swaps out the staff and help train these individuals to succeed under their brand.

Pharmacy staff was helpful my script was filled while I waited. I received a complimentary text that my RX was ready. They even made sure my RX had an easy open top. Good for people with carpal tunnel syndrome in the hands. Awesome visit keep up the good service Bullard CVS.

I have been using this pharmacy for about a year now and every month it just seems to get worse and worse. I don’t know if it’s because of the lack of staff or what but the customer service is subpar at best. I can’t get anyone on the phone, I live 40 minutes away. Any time I have a question about my medication I have to DRIVE there. If you can, avoid this location.

I had a wonderful experience the last time I was shopping here. I had a great Cashier named Joseph. He helped me with translating the meaning and quality for different items. If you are looking to shop here, you should definitely ask for help from Joseph. I believe that he will guide you to find the best quality item to suit your need. He treated me very professionally, with kindness, and did everything he could to assist me. I seriously think he deserves a raise for all the effort that he took for me. Definitely recommending all of my friends and family to come here and shop under Joseph's help!

Worst pharmacy ever. !!!Takes 10 minutes to bypass all silly robotic messages and able to speak to a real live human, then they put you on hold for 20 minutes and after all they hang up and disconnect the phone call !!!What a Time waste, plus Super rude and unprofessional.

The front store is great, but do NOT use the pharmacy. They never pick up the phone or it takes them an hour to. Sometimes, I’ll be waiting for an hour for someone to pick up, and it sounds like someone picked it up and hung up on me. Some of the pharmacy staff are great, but some either incompetent and/or rude. I get it’s busy, and I hate ratting on workers, especially essential workers, but this is a pandemic. I had to have my doctors all start sending my prescriptions to a different CVS. I’m disabled and going through a difficult time, and it’s not worth a 2 or 3 minute shorter ride to deal with this. My 19 year old cat is probably dying this week, and I’ve now been waiting 2 hours for them to pick up. Other comments said they’ve had to wait while their family members have medical emergencies. They are f***in disgraceful!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years, but it’s annoying when I’m five minutes early in line before the pharmacy opens from lunch and all you hear are the children staff complaining that a line is already forming. Professionalism goes a long way - teach your children staff to act like adults in the workplace, no matter when, or what, is occurring.

They refuse to answer the phone and lie about the time a prescription will be ready. I’ve been waiting on my prescription for over 10 hours. I’ve went twice, they said “30 mins” each time. I’m in pain and this is ridiculous.
