This pharmacy is always very friendly. I called to have a prescription filled and a young gentleman by the name Pierre had answered the phone. He was very professional , friendly and helpful. Being a customer for many years I will honestly say he made a very good impression. I just wish CVS pharmacy could hire more people like him. Thank you again Pierre.

I'm sorry, but for a 24hr CVS the selection of other medicine is the absolute worst! Seems that they only stock the most expensive off brands of ear, eye, cold medicines...forget it if you want any Similisan or Hylands products for your kids or yourself. The shelves are always empty.Annndd..... the men's bathroom is absolutely disgusting! Nothing to wash your hands! NO HAND SANITIZER TO USE ANYWHERE IN THE STORE.... so guess what that means?!?!Yep...hello HEPATITIS A!Beware!

Don't go here. These people lost or stole our insurance card. I am concerned about the misuse of my personal information. They are not very concerned about it now that responsive about it. I will be looking into how to file a HIPPA complaint about these people.

Robin was very rude. Told me I couldn't use over the counter medical card because my daughter was not here. When I started to argue and explain things to her she wanted to say that that wasn't their policy.

Tonight was the first time I had a bad dream experience and it was really frustrating. I came to the pharmacy through the drive through to pick up my 4 year olds prescription. I was informed that it was sent to another location which is fine but unfortunately it passes my house and it’s already late. I ask about filling it and I was told the other location is open 24 hours which is fine but stilll. Next I asked what was prescribed to her and is it otc luckily it was so I go inside to grab some. I then go back to the pharmacy ti confirm the milligrams because I wanted ti be sure I wasn’t giving my 4 year old too much or too little. The female pharmacist then rudely says ma’am why don’t you just go pick it up at the other pharmacy. At that point I was irritated and left! That was extremely rude I’m trying to ask a question and though I understand being tired and ready to go that was really unacceptable. I generally never have issues here but I guess tonight was my night

I had an awful experience at this store. When I was trying to checkout my items for purchase, I requested assistance from the front store associate, because their self check out is always having some issue going on with it. The Associate Ms. Angela Cashier #2338907 was so rude, and was nothing but confrontational. She kept pushing me to go to the self checkout. I told her I do not feel comfortable using it, and the reason why, and she still kept pushing. It was an awful customer service experience, and Angela was lacking of professionalism, positivity, and responsibility. At CVS the motto is to bring your heart to every moment of health, but all I recieved from Angela was a big attitude over simply checking out. As such, I do not recommend anyone to go to this store, it will absolutely ruin your mood and your day, especially, if you have to check out with Ms. Angela.

Terrible staff. Not attentive to patient needs. I’ve had to move pharmacies because the last CVS was bad. This one is worse!!! Had prescriptions called in 5 days ago that were never filed. NO ONE called to explain what was wrong. The pharmacist said “they assumed my doctor called the wrong pharmacy”. Save your self the hassle and go anywhere else!!!!

Oh my gosh, I just met an awful associate at this CVS. Angela was absolutely ridiculous and was so mean. I requested her assistance with a few items, and she just gave me a terrible attitude. I don't know why CVS would hire someone who can't even provide basic customer service! If you don't want to work their just quit, and don't take your bad attitude out on customers!

It’s the worst CVS pharmacy ever. They put my prescription on hold without reason and the pharmacist doesn’t know the reason. And they asked me to do it again through Ipledge which it will not allow me to do it again until one month. So, I can not take my medication unless I wait a month because of there bad knowledge.

The pharmacy staff at the CVS on East Fowler Ave and 56th St, Temple Terrace, Tampa, FL is very efficient. Although they were busy, they assisted me with kindness, professionalism, and were very helpful.

So I bought diapers and wipes to change my child, asked to use the restroom to change her and got denied entirely. and today the store is closed so I can't buy what I need for her, again. I work night shift so I can't go to Publix

Late post. But I had let the world know there are still GOOD, GREAT and HONEST people here with us. We see stuff on the news sometimes. On 11/30/2020 after shopping at CVS I realized I dropped my wedding band. After feverishly looking for it in the parking lot for about 40 minutes I go inside to ask the nice cashier if someone found it and he politely pulled my ring from his drawer. Whoever turned in the ring: THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! 2 honest people reunited me to my wedding band. 👏🏼💃🏾😀 GOD BLESS YOU!

I don't think I've ever given 1 star in a review before. But this was a bit of a dehumanizing experience at the hands of CVS. A quick Google search will show you their obvious weird bathroom denials far and wideAnd so with a heavy heart my love for CVS died tonight when denied the use of their bathroom, though the door had a note stating to ask for a key upfront. It's an experience that has now caused me to never go to any CVS again. I will spend my money else where simply on the fact I'm not a betting man. I will not be wagering on if I may suddenly need to use the bathroom while shopping there.So I'll go somewhere else who can accommodate human beings. Bye CVS this was your fall from greatness. But remember, as your hypothetical ship starts taking in water destined for the bottom of the sea in a glorious implosion.. remember.. "you didn't take $hit from anyone!!"

I’ve been going to this CVS for years. They are very busy in the pharmacy and the parking lot in general so expect that but seem to do the best they can to take care of customers. The front is always helpful and polite. I only wish they had a self check out like some other CVS stores in Tampa. Probably will soon.

Awful. Rude staff including the pharmacy people. The pharmacy is awful. I feel like they don't know what they are talking about. They also said my recipe was email to me and never was. I feel that I was ripped off with my medication I have a feeling that that pharmacist / cashier was stealing from me. I really wish my insurance would let me go back to Walgreen's. So much better customer service.

God bless y’all’s heart. I would despise working for whoever runs the pharmacy department. I’ve never seen such poorly managed staff and leadership. It almost seem like they are intentionally delay the he drive through. Either way, their operational needs to be addressed. No excuse for anyone to sit in a pharmacy line for an hour and 15 min.

Great store, I was looking for a specific item and couldn't find it, I asked a employee to help me and she did. she found the item right away. I was able to use self check out for the item and I was on my way. Fast and easy

I just sat here waiting 45 minutes for my turn in line for my child’s prescription. When I got to the window, the message informed me that they were closed for lunch and to come back at 2 pm. Maybe some signage could help. It’s the middle of my work day. Your store says 24 hours and it’s a pharmacy. I understand the pharmacists need a break and may be understaffed but then block the doggone drive through off and put a sign up or something.

I booked an online appointment for Covid testing a week in advance (having to show a negative result for a planned event). I arrive 10 min early and there are 3 cars in front of me for testing. I wait, and by the time I get to the window, it’s 6 minutes past my appointment. The employee says she can’t take me and I explain I made an appointment and was early, but stuck in line. She explains if I’m late or they are backed up, they can’t perform the test at certain times.I made an appointment to avoid this and now have to scramble to ensure I get my test done today (which I thought an appointment would secure). Terrible system and company.

Every now and then you have such a positive experience, you just know that you have to tell everyone! I moved recently and decided to pop in and be sure my prescriptions were transferred to this new store. The pharmacy was busy, but they got to me so quickly and took care of the transfer easily and with such a great, fun attitude there! Then, you know how it is at CVS, I got distracted by all the sales and took about 20 minutes to find everything I did not even come to buy! Well, at that time, they had already filled the prescription that I thought I would have to come back for. Even though it was super busy (black Friday and all), everyone from the front of the store to the back pharmacy was fun, kind, and most importantly - FAST! THANKS CVS PEOPLE :)

Why must the pharmacy close at 6 pm on Saturday? Patient who get discharged from hospital and needs their medication to take their night dose can't. Patients have to wait till Sunday when you reopen at 10 am. CVS should stay open till at least 9 or 10 pm so patients can get medications. Hire more pharmacy staff. Its unacceptable to your community that you say you love serving.

Just your regular CVS. Nothing special about this place. Pharmacy staff was helpful, which was appreciated. Then I get to the front and Alejandra was behind the counter. She seemed like she was not happy about being there and asked if I had a CVS card. I told her I didn't and she proceeded to tell me that that any deal I had could not be honored without the card... INSTEAD OF OFFERING ME TO JOIN THEIR PROGRAM! perfect opportunity to get buy-in from a customer but instead drops the ball. Thank God for the pharmacy tech... saved you guys from 1 star!
