So we come to this 7eleven everyday almost and we’ve been denied paying our bills using cash app whenever the cashier wants to. Also you guy will completely ignore the person in front of you to talk on the phone. I am aware of how the “system” work and all you do is make people have to travel farther to take care of a feature you do t want to do, maybe because you don’t make money off it???

It's a convenience store only, no gas pumps. They do their best, everybody is human. Usually very clean inside; also has an amazon locker called "Fen". The entrance curb off Whiteway is a killer!

I got 3 for $1 bananas that I noticed rang up for almost $3. The next day I had the teller try to upsell me bananas and said that they were 3 for $1, I grabbed 3 and once again, they rang up for almost $3. I said something about the discrepancy and he just said “Oh sorry”, stared at me, and then looked at the other employee and that one said that they were changing the sign. The next day I went in to grab a protein bar and once again, the guy tried to upsell bananas and told me they were 3 for $1. I told him they certainly weren’t and I paid for my protein bar that was $0.20 more than sticker price and left. Terrible 7/11.

WARNING!!!!! Do not use your card at this location. We have had our card skimmed 4 Times this year already. We finally figured out that it was THIS PLACE!!! Only use CASH!!!!!!!

Literally just left there at 3:45am and watched the guy stand by the walkway way to the bathroom and hear me say sir multiple times just to ignore me he saw me when I came in and stood at the counter he continued to ignore me I see y don’t nobody go this store customer service is trash

this store is not what it should be and this store gives all 7-11 bad names. I used to work here. the owner is cool and all but as a business man he needs help. He looked to ME for financial advice, just to fire me when asked for a raise after telling him i was pregnant (mind you I got attacked by a customer in this store and my blood is STILL on the wall almost a year later.) I wasn't going to write this , but I gave his name to another 7-11 I was trying to work at and he spoke nothing but negative on me, and I never was late to work or called out or anything, and my former manager before the new ones took over were very upset that he did that. He is a good person but cannot run a business, and the continuous new faces just prove that. But i wouldn't want to work for someone who doesn't protect or appreciate his employees or his customers anyway. Go to the one on Fowler and 56th.

The graveyard employee is super rude and steals your change. Asked him to count down his drawer and he refused only showing mebhe knew he was over. Then i asked him for owner # or to call him and again je refused. The owner is a really good guy but this employee needs to go. Even my neighbors have had issues with him.

Owner & his wife are very nice people. Always a hello, thank u, & have a nice day when u come in. Store is clean & well stocked. I've been to many 711 in the area & always go back to this one.

DIrty is number one priority. Cashiers care only about talking on cell phones and conversing with the neighbors who wander in from surrounding areas. Very, very rude and dismissive. No thank you's, nothing. It was more like a chore than customer service. I felt like I was wasting they're time. DO your self a favor and take the trip 3 or less minutes driving north on the intersection of 56th Street and Fowler Ave. It's the way that Seven Eleven should be run. AVOID THIS store at all cost. One could only hope they close that blight.

The poorest run store I have ever seen. One employee expected to run the whole store? What kind of crap is that? Product on shelf that is out of date/expired. Could go on but I think that's good enough. Whoever owns this store needs to get it together. Very very poor upper management.

Went in to grab drinks with my kids while waiting for our dinner from next door. Needless to say,never again. No hi,hello, how are you. (Only from our end!)I was the only one being friendly while he stared blankly. No training. Sad that you literally have to go to wealthier upper class neighborhoods to even be treated as a paying customer.

I was parked in the business next to them. Not even on the property and the only worker left the property to take illegal pictures of me.... Very violating. Then watched her consistently ignore customers as she did not want to reenter store to work

Very good place. You can find all Middle Eastern and Arab products there. The bread is fresh and delicious. I also bought artisan handmade olive oil soap from there.

Owner is running a once proud to have in my community 7-11 to a second rate off brand convenience store with a name like 5-12 . Go to 56th and Fletcher or 50th and Busch 7-11s instead.
