I first want to start off by saying I don't know anyone here, I have no "hook ups" or "friends" who give me special treatment and this review comes unsolicited.I also want to note that I didn't buy an expensive boat, in fact, I bought probably one of the more affordable boats here.This company has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Hands down every aspect of my experience here has been amazing and now that I'm going on almost 6 months, they continue to be 5 stars.When I first walked on the lot, the sales rep Anthony took wonderful care of me. I had an idea of what I wanted (bayboat) but he still insisted that I look at some other options and deep v's while I was there to make sure it is indeed what I wanted. He took his time, answered my texts (on his days off) and was very accommodating.Even after any minor problem I have had, they have been very reliable scheduling me to come in and take a look and provide me with everything under warranty.This team has been super fast, very reliable, and honestly been great to work with. Even with random questions when I call, they still take their time and help me out.I will hands down recommend them for anything in the marine industry from sales to service.Thank you guys and staff for taking good care of me and my family.

Our buying experience at Plantation boat mart was smooth and painless. Our salesman Steve Siuoi was outstanding. He patiently answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns and worked hard to find the right boat for us. He's genuine, honest and will get you into the boat that fits your budget and your needs. The service department is friendly and will get your boat in for servicing and back on the water ASAP. Customer's that buy a boat get a great fuel rate right at their boat dock too! They have the largest selection of Sea Hunts around and you can pick ANY price range of boat your heart (and checkbook) desire. I highly recommend buying a boat from Steve Siuoi at Plantation Boat Mart. We love our new Game Fish. Thanks Steve!

Whether you are new to boating, or a salty sea dog, you won't be dissapointed. These folks have alot of integrity and are true to their word. I want to give a huge thank you to Lyn, one of the Yamaha mechanics at Plantation Boat Mart. We trailered our boat from Sarasota to Islamorada for the weekend and had a minor issue that nearly cost us our entire trip. Lyn graciously accepted my phone call on a Saturday morning and spent time to walk me through the issue over the phone. This type of customer service doesnt exist anywhere else. I will recommend Plantation Boat Mart wholeheartedly for any boat sales and service and hope to be a customer myself one day. Thanks Lyn! Great work.

Complete disregard for customer service. We were informed that we could have all service done at the Palm Beach Gardens location even though we purchased the boat in the Keys. Upon contacting Carrie in service, we received nothing but attitude and annoyance from her. She continuously put us off, would not return phone calls and once we were finally able to get her to provide us with someone for our 20 hour service, she gave us a third party contractor who doesn't specialize in Yamaha motors and charges twice what a local service shop charges.Additionally, the boat was supposed to come with a side entry ladder, but it did not. Ignacio, our sales rep., told us at pick up that he would have the ladder shipped to his PGA location so that it could be installed there. Of course, that did not happen. The ladder was shipped to the Keys, we were never notified when it arrived and after calling several times, Carrie told us, I'll ship it to you and you can put it on yourself. We still have not received the ladder and Carrie and Ignacio have gone MIA.Finally, I have a warranty issue that I have sent via email, per Ignacio's direction, to the warranty department. And just like my service issues, the warranty department has not contacted me. Luckily, I was able to find another dealer that is assisting me.If you want HORRIBLE customer service, attitude, being treated like you don't matter then please feel free to pay over $100,000.00 to this joke of a dealership. Run don't walk away from this place!

Would just like to thank the Ownership (Leslie) and Staff (Steve in Sales and Robert in Service) for a job well done. They not only kept their wordfrom when I purchased my 25' 5 Sea Hunt Ultra at the Ft Lauderdale boat show this year, but also accommodated all of my needs. We are happier than we thought we could be with a boat dealership. Everyone is friendly, nice and accommodating. They hate to say "no," and they go out of their way to say "yes."We have been shopping for a new boat for a long time, and we have had some disappointing experiences. We just can't get over this place, especially our salesman, Nick Aldous.I don't give five stars often, but, not only have they done everything we could have hoped for, they've done more.

Ducked in to fish another Dolphin Tournament with Team Bada Bing.The joint host an annual fishing tournament for anyone who has ever purchased a boat here.This year there were 65 boats. This was my 3rd year participating. What a great, fun, and accommodating group of anglers, boat owners, sponsors, and hosts.Boat Mart knows how to throw a party. Copious amounts of food, beverage, entertainment, prizes, customer service, gifts, cigars, hospitality, and more. Wow.I promise you this--the next boat I buy will be from here.Good stuff. Great Selection of Boats- Looked at the Sea Hunt. The boats that have SH on the sides. They are well designed with engineering done with the angler in mind. Sea Hunt, Cobia and Robalo are all in the same class basically. Check all 3 lines of boats when your planning on getting a center console. I bought the Cobia 22. We lost our hydraulic steering; found out at the boat ramp. It was a Saturday. They went out of their way to get the part and get us back on the water! Very nice and prompt in an emergency situation! Otherwise our trip down would have been a waste. Thanks guys!
