I deal with two CVS pharmacies, one in Asheville and one in the Florida Keys. Both have provided me with excellent, personal service. But the pharmacy in Tavernier, Florida, did an outstanding job of filling 6 months of scripts, some of which were Medicare Part 2, some of which were 90 day overrides from my Part D insurer, some of which were partially covered by Rx Plus, with the remainder being out of pocket. Very complex order requiring lots of time and care. Anna, the pharmacist, did an outstanding job in every respect, communicating with my doctors to ensure the accuracy of my order, communicating with me to keep me posted on progress, and even putting my scripts into Ziplock baggies instead of plastic containers so that I could more easily pack them. Great job, well executed, very appreciated.

The young lady, working in the evening, was able to show me what I was looking for, as well as answered some additional questions not related to CVS. I was looking for an electric charging station for my car. We are visiting from out of town. She was very hospitable. The store was very organized and clean!

There are CVS stores on corners across the country but the store in Tavernier,FL Keys is hands down the best one I've ever been to. When my Dad was alive the pharmacy staff knew him by name, handled him with care and patience despite his hearing impairment and many issues...and I continue to be amazed at how kind and helpful everyone is whenever I go in there. Today I ran in for a few items and a lovely woman named Christine helped me with photos and checking out...she was beyond lovely. You feel like you are in a different Era with the customer service there. Not to mention the amazing array of items they keep stocked for visitors to our beautiful keys.

When Aisha and Maria were there it was perfection. Now it's horrible and I've had mistakes made that are just not okay. I no longer go to CVS in Tavernier because of mistakes made with my prescriptions! No apologies for the last huge mistake and I got attitude..... I'm noticing that there haven't been any recent reviews, not since Aisha left

Aisha Oliver, the RPH at this CVS is the BEST. She is so patient, kind and caring. I have never gone in to get a prescription that she hasn't taken the time to greet me and offer a smile. When you're feeling your worst, it always makes it better to see her! Thank you!

I love shopping at the store in Tavernier, Florida! Everyone that works there is very helpful and friendly! It doesn't matter what time it is or who is working there, they make the shopping experience fun!!

The BEST pharmacist on the PLANET works in this CVS !!!! Went on vacation with the family ... wife had an allergic reaction and we needed to go to the Hospital. When I went to get her prescriptions filled the next day, she not only helped with the over the counter medication but also came out into the store to help me select the store brand equivalents to save me a large amount of money. This pharmacist was so helpful and gave each every one of the customers the most impressive service. I don't recall her name but she was working on 4/13/2017.

Aisha Oliver, the pharmacist, is the best. I just wanted to give her a big shout out. We are locals and my husband was feeling a bit nervous w some chest pains. The blood pressure machine was out of order. She was patient, professional and handled his anxiety very well. Thank you Aisha!

Pharmacist Aeshia, working Friday night 9/18/15. Pharmacy had closed, I arrived after 8pm, asking what time the pharmacy would be open the following morning. She unlocked the security wall and sold me the script that was waiting for pick upWhat great customer service, she did not need to go above and beyond and then had to process my insurance coverage. Excellent!

Aiesha, Maria and Fran went above and beyond to make sure I had my insulin and test strips! They don't hesitate to help and they are very caring and compassionate towards others needs! I live right next to the CVS in Islamorada but drive to this one because I know there will never be a issue with my prescriptions! Thanks ladies;) 😀😀😀😀

I love going to this pharmacy. The pharmacist is absolutely amazing and she is a huge help on finding discounts and making sure her customer is happy. I will continue to come to this cvs in tavernier. The key largo office should learn something from her. She’s awesome!!

Seriously words can’t even describe how much I love this pharmacy and most of all Aisha Oliver, she goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. Maria is very helpful as well. I recommend this pharmacy over Winn Dixie, and Walgreens.

Made a quick stop at this CVS while traveling south in the Keys. We just had to pick up some snacks and some bottled water. This store was clean (at least the sales floor) and they had a good variety.

Hassan Zafar has been a Public Relations positive for CVS. He was a full time pharmacist for us in the Tavernier CVS in the past. When he was moved many of us missed him. Yesterday he was back, and only for a short time I hear, but it was wonderful to see such a caring, efficient pharmacist. I most certainly wish he were there full time. I was looking at pantyhose and all of a sudden I heard this room and next thing I know there's a cohort side CVS and then somebody or get out my car and I don't really know what happened but it was just a long day and I walked out of the building and I went straight home and went to bed because I thought I was going crazy but then I saw on the news
