They were prompt and did a great job but I reached out after for a W9 and they never responded to me which was disappointing. They were nice and responsive to an emergency situation but when I reached out later for my tax paperwork I am required to fill out they left me on read and never even responded. If they send me the paperwork after seeing this I would love to change the review but it’s not professional to not be willing to provide a W9. I understand I should have gotten it first but I just trusted they would provide it and they didn’t.Edit:We have done business with you, I can give the condos you did if you would like. We were getting rid of a bat smell in the condos and actually had the equipment to do the job there but we didn’t want to do the carpets as we had been working all week doing demo and cleaning. There were two condo units on the 4th floor on opposite sides of the building in marathon key. I can give you the address if you want. You brought a helper with you, drove a van, and used an older cold water portable unit. If I truly do have you mixed up I apologize but I’m 100% sure I didn’t. I have your business screenshotted and that’s how I found your info again and I checked my banking history and found the check I wrote. I had you do everything in both units. Also, you did a good job but were definitely not the best on the planet. You didn’t even use a hot water machine so to say you are the best is quite a reach.
