This 7Eleven is the worst!!! I came to return something and they could have said from the beginning that I was not allowed to return but they didn’t say anything. They preferred laughing at me and started recording me which is ridiculous because I don’t know the girl working here. Why does she want photos or videos of me? What kind of person is this? Why does she do this? Horrible experience they record you even if you go to the restroom … BE CAREFUL on this store make sure nobody is recoding you when you go to the restroom. Police was informed and store was reported!!!! There is the picture of the girl recording me !!!!!

Whoever was working the night shift who yelled at me and scared me because he claimed the bathroom was out of order when clearly he had just finished cleaning it should be fired. He's the one who looked like a linebacker. He's lucky I didn't just pass all over his well mopped floor.

What's the point of offering fuel on the water if the staff don't have the basic skills to provide it? Just wasted 45 mins of my life trying to get gas, only to then have to wait for a refund after the attendant couldn't get either pump working. Also - why make it that you have to choose the exact amount rather than fill till full. Are you trying to make it difficult on purpose? Cmon...

I went to store today on Oct 29 2022 at 9:45 pm and was denied scratch off tickets by the cashier. He said be cause lotto stops at 9:30 pm. Then proceeded to offer me the other lotto tickets. Not sure why, but very confused by this. I could only guess because he (the cashier) was making his own rules. Did not like my experience here as a local.

I'll start by saying that this store has been great since I moved into the joining neighborhood 9 months ago. However, the last month I have felt less than welcome in the store and my experience tonight topped it off.Tonight, employees had a hand-written note on the door stating that they were on an hour break due to short staff. I looked in and the only visible employee was standing in the store on their cell phone, not looking particularly busy. This same employee complains and uses foul language on personal phone calls in front of customers on a regular basis. Also they tell me to "give them a second" everything I approach the counter. Normally this is to let them finish their personal business on their phone. This employee shows visible frustration when their cell phone conversations are interrupted by customers, or when a customer needs something in general. I do not know the employee's name. I know it's a gas station and I don't expect the workers to be business professionals, but having a bad attitude towards everyone that walks in the door is pretty bad.

my wife and i were visiting this 7 eleven while we were down that way and i made an effort to come back and tell the workers that it was the NICEST and CLEANEST 7 Eleven i have EVER been to! it truly put a nice cherry on top of our perfect weekend to stop into this place and see the smiling faces, quick and friendly staff and amazing organization throughout the WHOLE store!! A+++ to all employees there and the store owner. Thank you!

The people working here are so friendly. They even went on a search for something savory for me in the store. I hope their boss reads this review. They are good salespeople without being pushy. They were here to please. I never thought I would be giving a 7 11 a 5 star review.

“Employees” and I use this term lightly just lounge around the store as if we’re at a beach party. These kids obviously have no guidance from the so called managers who allow them to do as they’re pleased just as long as they do enough to make it look good. This store has gone down the drain

Very clean, great selections, always have what I need, friendly staff. Picnic tables on the water to eat some of their delicious hot good items like pizza, hit dogs, Mexican dishes etc. Also waterfront gas pumps for boats.

I have came here numerous times and tried to keep an open mind because it is new and things need to settle but the staff are completely rude and are huddled behind the register like it is lunch break at school. They act bothered that you are buying anything and they have to cut out of their time to do their job. This is not professional. Maybe higher someone with a bit more of customer service experience because I would rather drive down the road to the Circle K or Tom Thumb than deal with this ignorance. You need to keep an eye on your employees because they could care less about your business and only want a pay check!!

We stopped for gas. So happy to also get the best coffee and pastries and breakfast you could desire. Could not beat the price. Nice helpful ESL crew worked with us to decide what we wanted. You know the place is good when everybody that walks in is a regular and they already know what they want. For real, while I was standing there looking and thinking three different customers came in, the lady gestured at them says something they say yes and boom they're out of there. Now that's service you come back for. Lol

Hello this place has a very unprofessional and rude manager named Liliam short white with tattoos. All I did was ask for a discount on sunscreen. Anyways I thinks there was no reason for this at 9am asking for sunscreen!

I gave it a 4 star because it is a busy store we are lucky to have one close by but one bad apple named Linda should not be allowed to work there very rude to a lot of customers I have seen it on numerous occasions and personal hygiene is very important when working with the public and she has none get rid of the bad apple we don’t need that in this area

The woman working there at night is the rudest thing I've ever seen. I paid for my fuel, needed to use the toilet and didn't let me. Also the place looks horrible and the pumps are old.
