Our family loves this resort! First, you are greeted by very friendly staff at the gate! Easy check-in process. Clean rooms, well stocked kitchen with more than enough supplies! Everything is very close by. The private beach, pool, dock, and boat launch are all very close. We enjoy walking as a family to the dock and the beach. We played on the swings on the way back from our walk. The pool is the perfect temperature! It's so perfect that we all played in the pool in the daytime and only used the hot tub at night!The only negative is that the balconies are very tiny! Oh, and this place is quiet! It is so important for me to have quiet for my infant and I to get proper rest! Great place for a family vacation!!!

Located near amenities you'll like, stores, etc..they have a security guard on site, great pool atmosphere, private beach is small but private. Check for room details, we had a 1 bedroom& it's very small, comfy but small. There is an on-site bar/restaurant, don't bother unless you want over priced drinks & below average barfood if they even have it. First line from staff was what they didn't have that's on the short 1 page "menu".Nearby activities: Plenty of restaurant options, grocery stores & local shops abound!

Absolutely lovely sunrises over water in the distance. Kitchen was limited on cookware and supplies. They were no baking dishes whatsoever. The maintenance was attentive to take care of some issues quickly. The tennis courts and pool were wonderful. We were not informed upon check-in that there were towels available to use so we purchased some. A few days later we went back to the area you check into and noticed them available. The check-in person was not good about informing us about anything. I felt I was interrupting and inconveniencing her as opposed to being greeted and informed as a guest. She spoke to other patrons rather rudely as well. Not a good spokesperson for the place. Other than our initial check-in, people were good. Ruby was helpful.

OMG the chicken marsala is the best I have ever had at this lovely, upscale, waterfront restaurant. The sauce is amazing. Almost every table has a view of ships sailing by. The misty salad is fresh and full of a variety of vegetables. Servers are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Mel was an excellent example! This is a white tablecloth, white linen napkin restaurant. Take a few minutes to change into something a little nicer and make this a special night. It packs quickly so get a reservation.

This was our first stop for our 4th anniversary trip. We needed relaxation and a break. We definitely got what we were looking for here. Ocean view room was beautiful and we got to catch the sunrise and set. The spot we stayed in was super adorable. The dock view and beach spot was beautiful. The pool was my favorite and plenty of room for all the guests that were there. Everyone was also very respectful of others space as well. I really wish the restaurant was open. It would have been beautiful.Thanks for a great stay!

Fun, friendly place. Condo we stayed in was very nice, clean and fully stocked with all essentials. Most of the activity focused around the pool, it has a full bar with the ability to order food from the cafe. Lots of wildlife to see around the complex, kids had a blast.

Would not recommend! Would post zero stars if i could. The apartment was decent but the staff and beach was poor at best. Further more I pulled up to the gate at 8 pm to check in pulling a $90,000 bay boat and security brutally tells me to back out of the gate I did not register the boat with them and there's no way the boat is coming with me. After hearing them mouth off to me for several minutes I told them I didn't have time for their incompetence and while in the process of leaving their we're still mouthing off to me. One thing is for sure I will never be back!

Stayed with my family of six, was clean and staff friendly. My only complaint is they offer a pull out sofa and it had bedding on it, however, nothing extra. No towels or extra pillows or blankets so bring your own. If your a big family you'll need it.

Ocean Pointe Suites on KEY LARGO is a great place to stay with all of the amenities of a resort and the comforts of home.

Ocean Pointe Suites is a hidden gem in Key Largo. Close to all of the comforts of daily life including Publix, Winn Dixie, CVS, Walgreens, etc, it is one of the most, if not "the" most beautiful examples of a resort being nature-friendly. It sits on acres of stunning mangrove and ocean. The pool area has tropical music playing, and is kept sparkling clean by a wonderful, friendly staff. The swimming area on the Atlantic, though blocked off from any fish, provides a safe way to cool off after getting some sun. Folks love the wooden pier, complete with a gazebo and beautiful views. Our unit, completely remodeled, had modern fixtures, fans, smart TVs and furniture. The only downside is that our unit had two tiny balconies. We had gorgeous views, but couldn't dine on our patio. Small inconvenience, which our views more than made up for. The grounds are perfectly manicured and are loaded with different palm, Hibiscus, Poinciana and other tropical flora. This is a great location close to John Pennekamp State Park, and amazing diving, snorkling and fishing.

So far everything works great, the people are awsome, the voew is good, and the ac works as well as water heaters, the only downside is that it could use some updated furniture, and floors, other than that you can expect to see some critters hanging around like raccoons, cats, and maybe some other little critters... the rooms are very well maintained and very clean, great place highly reccommend it

beautiful place to relax to go with friends or couple for family not so much the terrace of the apartments is very small and the pool there were many people drinking alcohol it does not have a children's pool there was a bar in the same pool, bathrooms and jacuzzi, the beach very beautiful but to enter the water there was a lot of algae.

Lovely pool. But, get there early it gets busy. The drunks bring coolers of beer and don't leave jacuzzi to even go to the restroom.

Excellent, location, good value and saw Brianna dealing with a very difficult idot customer at checkout very professionally. She handled it with a smile, it wasn't her fault that the customer couldn't understand what the deposit was for and that it was not a charge and would be returned if the room was undamaged. But the customer really acted out and called her incompetent but she remained professional. GOOD JOB BRIANNA,. I would want you ony staff anyday.
