Been using this Walgreens for years 20 plus there is some great pharmacy staff… just recently there is a tech by the name of Brie maybe not correct spelling of name. She has an awful attitude and very rude, as we were trying to express explain what we had spoke to pharmacist about bout she just kept over talking and snappy.

This, Walgreens is understanding, compassionate and caring. I have a sense of humor, and after the day that I had the tech asked me a question, and I responded in a way where I made her laugh like really hard. Even a smile on my face even though my face is swollen. Thank you Walgreens for making my experience great

I've been with Walgreens Pharmacy for about 25 years now and I love their stores. I stay at the same store bc I like all the employees that work there. They're awesome! They just finished redoing the entire store and it's huge. I would recommend this store for anyone who wants to have prescriptions filled, pick up some groceries or anything in their photo dept. I find a lot of good deals on sale there.

I've called 17 times to check if my order is ready for my prescription, not only that but I've called other Walgreens stores in the area none of the stores are picking up their phones at any time, they just keep sending it to voicemail at some point. It's a disgusting way to treat customers

Here we are … day 8 since 3/1. I am not able to pick up my prescription. The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. Every day they always have an excuse for my medication not being able to get. At first, they didn’t have the prescription which by the way the prescription is eye drops. Then they needed an authorization for prescription. Then again it was out of stock. Dr signed for authorization to get approved. Then the ins don’t cover. So dr sent in another prescription. Wed thru Friday of last week I was told prescription would be there. Here we are today on a Monday and the prescription hasn’t been released to me. Supervisor is no help. She lied as well. No wonder her staff doesn’t know how to do their job. Worst Walgreens I have ever been to in my life. So sad!

Called to check availability of vaccination drug. Drove to get shot, took 45 minutes to say they had problems with my insurance. Never updated us on problem. Left w/o resolution. PhD acted like it was no big deal. Did not care. Very poor communication and service.

Tonight I called over the phone while driving to this Walgreens and spoke with pharmacy technician Cheryl. The time was 830pm and they were closing at 9pm. I asked if they could fill an antibiotic script for my son who was sick. She told me to come on in and they could do it. When I arrived Cheryl greeted me and took helped to fill the script with a smile. Thanks Walgreens for having great staff like Cheryl providing great customer service!!😊👍 I'll keep coming back to this store because of your great staff!!

Ever since I moved to Tavares this Walgreens has been very rude they're they're mean they're disrespectful even the supervisors do not make their employees respect the customers I have never seen a Walgreens with such disrespect they can see you at the window they'll walk right past it they can have you on the phone don't put you on hold and won't even say please hold you can ask them what medications do I need refills on their very rude at the way they speak to you the way they talk to you this Walgreens here in Tavares does not care about customer service one of their employees just hung up in my ear this morning because I told her she was rude for putting me on a whole without telling you she was putting me on hold

I absolutely love this store. Every time I come here everyone is always so helpful and kind. And I would like to thank Andy in the pharmacy. I forgot to get here earlier today and thanks to him working fast my son will not be without his medicine tomorrow for the holiday.

The manager and another employee Susan limit the number of items to buy by lying by saying that they are policies of the pharmacy chain. And they speak to you with a certain discriminatory Tone.

Pharmacy Department is less then reliable. Script arrived Monday, Thursday afternoon, they say generic is not in stock. They had it when they double checked. No communication. Rude staff. Very unhappy.
