I brought my dog here a few times and they did a decent job, but the last time I brought him in, I noticed his whiskers were shaved off. I don’t know how they managed that especially because they weren’t even supposed to touch his face.

I walked in for a nail trim. The moment they saw my dog they've stated they no longer accept bully breeds. Lady states she personally got bitten twice. Sorry not sorry what does that have to do with me or my dog. When she saw I had muzzle at hand for dog she went to ask another lady and whatever she said to her the other lady simply nodded no. So discriminatory. They should have policies and requirements for dealing with larger breeds period and not just being selective and banning breeds from their store. Never coming here again nor recommending not even for smaller breeds.

We were very pleased with the treatment of our two Mini Long Hair Dachshunds. They were treated well and they showed it. Both in their appearance and demeanor.This was their first visit and the Technician did a good job. Nice clean paws (Dachshunds tend to have very long hair between their toes). Ears look great. Hair length all over was shortened as requested and the sanitary cut was just what was needed.

Took my Shih Tzu puppy there for her first haircut. The cost was 60 dollars. All the folks were very friendly. The cut only took a couple of hours.

The staff are super nice and friendly and very accommodating they are all great at what they do they are considerate of you and your animals needs there prices are good and the place is very clean considering the amount of pets they handle each day amazing

As a walk-in, I brought my Bulldog mix (who dislikes anyone touching her paws) and Chihuahua (nervous & skittish: typical) for nails to be trimmed.The Palace took them right away and handled them with care and with such ease i was impressed😁. And quick, too.A bit loud but that's to be expected. Price was a little bit high, but, worth it not to have that struggle with my bulldog. 😏👍👌

We usually take her down to a big name place in Miami but she needed a cut on short notice. I walked in and made an appointment for the next week! They did an amazing job. Worth every dollar. Our dog looks and smells amazing. I left the groomer a picture of what I wanted and she made it happen.

I would not even give it a one star I called find out when my dog had an appointment first and foremost they never booked it didn’t i proceed to then I made a joke and the lady was really nasty to me which was the owner i was trying to be fun and make life little light and happy She she made a remark to me because I was laughing I didn’t get the whole thing and then I asked her what did you say to me and she goes I don’t wanna do any of your dogs click so watch out for the personality of the owner because she’s a bad business person I own a salon and I would never do what she did to me do not recommend
