During a very difficult time for my family we placed a large order and I cannot express my sincere appreciation to Ryan in deli.his compassionate concern should be recognized. We were very pleased with everything. Yes, publix is higher but everyone has a can do attitude. It's clean and well run.

Recently I have purchased subs/ wraps from the Deli. I purchased a sub on 3/26/24 by ordering online- order ahead. When I got my sub, it was loaded with mayonnaise. I never ordered mayonnaise. It was also very sloppily made. I chalked it up to someone having a bad day. I wasn't planning on leaving a review about it, until today.Today 4/08 I ordered a a sub, and a wrap. Again, I ordered online/ ordered ahead and I had selected an 11:10 am pickup time. When I got there, it was not ready until 11:29 am. The Deli Associate said that the order didn't print. Again, I kind of just chalked it up to a bad day. Well, then I got home and found the paper around my husband's wrap was damp, and the outer bag was damp, you could even call it wet. 🤮 It was also very sloppily made. I very rarely register complaints, especially with Publix, because I love Publix, but I felt I needed to write this review. The product and service that I have received from the Deli at Tavares Crossroad is NOT the Publix standard of quality and service. At almost $20.00 for a sub and a wrap, the quality should be the best.Hopefully the Deli associates responsible for this less than acceptable service/ product will get some updated training and performance improvement. I'll be back, eventually, but it won't be soon. Twice in two weeks having negative experiences is enough to convince me to stay away. Sad, because I love this store, but because of these two recent experiences, I have deleted my previous 5 star review.

Superb courtesy is clearly a priority throughout the store, and thoughtfulness evident on a level rarely experienced elsewhere.Their welcoming, genuinely pleasant attitude toward customers is enormously appreciated by those of us who happily drive a few extra miles (by-passing Lake Harris Publix, which is only 2 miles from our residence) to enjoy superior service at Publix Tavares Crossroads.Very grateful for this wonderful store; many kind thanks.

I shop here I love it. This place is awesome and super clean. This review is not for the store though. It is for a worker. “Kim” approached us as a bagger with such an attitude bagging everything throwing everything in the bag and a lot of things inside actually spilled. She had an attitude the whole time she was talking and saying something. It’s sad that people like this can mess up a good reputation for a store. Beyond disappointed, everytime I go here I’m treated with respect as it should be. Unfortunate some people act like this.

Publix Super Market at Tavares Crossroads. This Publix is located at 2042 State Rd 19. Tavares, FL 32778. Publix is the largest employee-owned company in the U.S.; employees own an estimated 80% of the over 1,335 stores in seven states.They have a wide selection of meats, local produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and more. Try their signature items such as Deli subs and Bakery cakes. The staff is always friendly and we like the fresh seafood at their meat counter. This store is sufficiently stocked and it's clean, neat and tidy.

Amazing Publix. Love going to this location. Today I was looking for something specific and I went up to an employee “Aleshia” and see wouldn’t stop helping me find the product. She even chased me and my husband down to show us that she found it for us. Truly such exceptional service here!Publix really is where shopping is a pleasure.

I have been coming to this Publix for 6 yrs. It is my neighborhood Publix. It is never fully stocked. The vegetables are old before you buy them. That is if there are any. And when asked where all the tomatoes are the produce guy just says “I haven’t gotten to it”. There are freezer doors that are broken. I guess if you don’t live in Dr. Phillips you don’t get the good stuff. I’ve shopped many Publix and I have never been this dissatisfied.

I have shopped this Publix location on State Road 19 a few times. It is comparable to the other two locations of East Leesburg and Eustis. The one factor that I didn't like was trying to get back on 19 to go North. It wasn't easy to navigate back in the direction I wanted to go.

This is a fairly new Publix. I've just moved here myself. The folks there are really nice really quite different than from where I used to live.

Every time i have ordered a cake for my kids they have made them worst and worst.This year i ordered 3 cakes disappointed every time but never called to complain, this time was ridiculous! Very upset, they Spelled my son’s name wrong.They Got the age wrong and looked very rushed .(game cake was suppose to be “level 9” for age 9) I had my cousin pick the cake up she didn't catch all the mistakes ounce i did, I called in about it , all i got was they can remake one tomorrow and it can be picked up…. Which is pointless !So my sons cake for his party was a mess ,

Love this store! The employees are very nice & helpful. The food quality is better than any other supermarket available to me and the managers here are very kind. I do recommend Publix to anyone.

It’s one the best of the town the service is accessible, the people are very nice , and always ready to go overboard by helping a customer, they’re very polite and patient, so therefore if you are a visitor it’s a most to check it out

Make sure you go at least 3 hours before closing (went at 7/7:15) , all of the deli workers were grumpy, lady took 20 minutes to make 2 subs (chicken, lett, mayo, cheese) & had an attitude when I asked to have them toasted. I work in the customer service industry , so I get it. But when it happens multiple times at the same store , it’s getting out of hand. Staff seems unhappy here.

GR8 service in the Deli, and all around. Young man named Reese was GR8 with customer service, the shelf was Empty of the BOGO kens honey mustard, at 20:45, he went to the back room, and found a whole case!!! OUTSTANDING! (much appreciated )!
