This is by far the worst location and it was my favorite. This lady Faith is illiterate. I have been doing couponing for years. She rudily while I was ringing out at the self check out because there was no one around to be found, she came, turned the computer screen around and canceled my transaction. She said she doesnt know how my deal came that low as if im stealing or finessing the system. She told me I could not do multiple deals but i had a coupon for $5 off cat food and $5 off because its Saturday and she said I can’t do multiple deals.

Out of all the dollar general stores I've been in for the past two years this is the most unorganized and always seems to have multiple items out of stock but yet, Stock carts full of stock left in isle's blocking the shopping isles . Always a Long wait for employees at the register and hardly ever any available shopping carts. It seems like it is in need of strong store management and more employees that care about the stores performance and productivity. I prefer to shop at this location because, it is more convenient for me but, instead I go a couple miles down the road to the next dollar general because, the multiple aggravation's of this store isn't worth my time .

Upon entering the majority of the aisles were cluttered with stock waiting to be put on the shelves. I saw a young, pregnant woman leaning up against the shelving down one of the aisles but thought nothing of it and continued to the area that I had come in for. As I went to the front to checkout, there was a long line and an associate was assisting at the self-checkout. When several customers asked why he wasn't working the open register, he said it wasn't his register and that the person on that register was in active labor and in the restroom. We asked why she was there if she was in labor and he said that she was to be on maternity leave the day before but her district manager Jennifer told her that if she didn't come in that she would be terminated. Both associates were also told that if all of the stock was not put on the shelves by noon the following day (and the dm wanted pictures sent to her) that one or both could lose their job. These are the conditions the employees have to work in. DG you need to do better. And DM Jennifer, either get the GM there to assist if you are short staffed and if there is no GM, GO HELP THEM YOURSELF AND STOP HAVING UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS! Especially for someone who should have already been on maternity leave and who is actively in labor. Five stars for the two employees (Casey & Keith)-they did awesome dealing with an impossible situation.

Majority of aisles are blocked with racks of product plus product all over the floor. This store used to be great, not sure what changed but it's a mess plus no chance of social distancing. The staff don't even wear masks properly. Might of had a redo but it was better before!

The majority of these stores are so dirty with dust and debris. They keep it way too warm so I usually cut my shopping a lot shorter than I normally would. I don't like sweating when I'm shopping. Some of the employees are so rude and ignorant acting it makes it a miserable place to be. It doesn't have to be that way and I wish dollar general would teach these people better on how to treat customers or at least hold them responsible for their actions. Other stores aren't like that!

Way too much merchandise everywhere! Messy, too much in the isles for restocking. Some isles even blocked for passage with boxes. Not enough staff members. Felt bad gir the only employee I could see. Still found some good buys maneuvering around boxes and terribly managed isles. Hope they get some holiday help! Clean up on all isles!🎅🤶

Just came from this store and may not go back!! It is an absolute mess, big metal carts loaded with merchandise to be put out. One aisle was completely blocked with carts and boxes. This store was always well kept, don't know what happened !!! No masks either !!!

There were no carts in the building. I guess the cashier was the only person working. Bless her heart, she was sooooo slow. The guy in front of me yelled at her. I waited in line for 17 minutes, and there were only three people in front of me. When it finally was my turn, she put peroxide, lotion, and cereal on top of my hamburger buns! I mean dang. She was overwhelmed, and needed help. Just not a good experience.

They go through a lot of staff. Have doubled products and even have a nice checkout. I honestly feel sorry for the people that work there. They are understaffed and are expected to go above and beyond with little pay or appreciation. Would be nice to know what products will continue or be discontinued.

Great store and staff. Picked some things up for my girlfriend and they helped and have me advise. Good prices and a lot to choose from. And great deals when they have them.Con: Pain to get into going east. You have to wait to turn and can easily bottom out. Same with turning out of. West you can easily drive by as it's right beyond the hilled bridge

Great store. Clerk has a very good personality. I bought a magazine, chips, soda, and cheese. The store personnel were friendly and helpful. I will go back.

Love the store. The employee's need some work on customer service. I've waited in line to check out, due to the fact that an employee had to finish their personal conversation on a work phone. Other than that it's a great store.

It is so nice to find TOILET paper and paper towels there when none good be found in most stores - even the Walmarts were all out!!! Corona is slowing shipments. * Dollar Generals Clover Valley salted carmel cookies and their fudge graham cookies are girl scout quality!!

A lot of items were misplaced and Mis-priced and the cashiers were rude and unaccomadating when I had questions to ask. Even though items were placed clearly on 1$ Or 2$ shelves the cashier refused to accommodate or even look at what I was talking about if I could I would have rated this store zero stars worst dollar general experience ever and I shop dollar general almost daily

There was merchandise everywhere. Shelves and products disorganized. Floors probably haven't been moped in a month. Way to much merchandise and nowhere to put it. Take everything out and start over, deep clean needed.

Big fan of the DG stores. Only reason I give 4 of 5 stars is the set up in this store is hard to find items quickly. Wish that all DG stores would have similar floor layouts, would make those quick stops to any DG smoother for customers.Keep up the great work DG Team!

I've read reviews online that most DG stores have made it difficult for customers to return items.Luckily for me, I got a refund for a returned item couple weeks ago at this DG location without hesitation.

This store is horrible. Can’t get down isle, dirty totally disgusting and today they were out of bags for the stuff I bought. Used to go here all the time but it is now such a dump I will never be back I will pay more and go to a clean and organized store!

Always easy to get in and out quickly. Cashiers are pretty good about paying attention when you walk up to the check out area you hardly ever have to wait for them to cash you out.

Customer service wasn't really good. They don't seem to greet you upon entering the store, or when you check out, or approach them on the sales floor. They basically just scan your items bag it, and keep it moving.

Well stocked and had what I was looking for. I go there frequently the aisle feel kinda small and cramped but it's all good and it's decently clean as well.
