Unless you want to give your money to a place that neglects the animals they’re supposed to take care of I’d stay far away from here. The workers informed me the managers take care of the Conures in the morning and that they’re “well taken care of.” One good look and you can see this bird is stressed and plucking. I came in with the intention of buying my bird at home some lovely toys but came out disgusted and appalled by how they treat their animals.

I bought a ferret 2 months ago and he died because he was not vaccinated and the workers lied and said he was fully vaccinated, second they didn’t give me no vaccine certificate or any paperwork about my ferret, third Jeffrey was not friendly and super disrespectful came up to my face and started yelling when all I asked for was the ferrets paperwork. He claimed to be the “manager” , a manager doesn’t act like that.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!

Excellent selection of aquatics. I saw a poor review questioning the health of the fish. Upon looking into the previous review I saw that the tank and fish were being treated and that it was clearly marked.

I set up an appointment for my Newfie Chow Chow mix. To get groom, shampooed and everything else for $124 . Upon taking him there. After their countless text messages about the appointment. They turned my puppy away because he didn't have The proper paperwork. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Unless of course you are willing to waste your time. I value my time. Yes they may have good prices. But you get what you pay for. Do not go there! Never was I told to bring in his proof of rabies or lack of. I took time off of work to bring him in there today. Very very displeased with such an unprofessional place.

This store has amazing service now I’ve been shopping here for a while and recently it’s been amazing. I got my dog groomed and the girls are phenomenal, Faye and Colette are amazing. I would definitely recommend them!!! If you need any help around the store they are all so lovely!

Very unprofessional and uneducated fish "department." Tried to buy damsels which can handle very harsh conditions and are widely known for start-up aquariums. He refused to sell the damsels after incorrectly counting how many there were. Save your time and money, go to a pet store that has employees who know the rights and wrongs of pet care.

Terrible store the animal that they have there to foster out or adopt from different Humane Society are sick full of fleas, ear, mites, etc. so double check if you go there for that. Also any other animals that they have there even down to their Chinese fighting fish are literally half dead if not dead. And then the best part is I went there with my father spent $40 on his special dog food that he gets then they told us we had a 10% off coupon went to use the 10% off coupon and that we were leaving with the dog food. The same lady that gave it to us from the online order and gave us the coupon accused us of stealing it. I will never be back.

There was a slight decrease in the price for being a member. The girl who checked us out was amazing! The free membership is a great way to save and it’s great having this shop close.

We came in for some dog gates for our upcoming trip for thanksgiving. The manager, John saw us checking the gates out and decided to step in and assist us. He was extremely friendly, informative, and gave us his undivided attention. He informed of us the reward premier program and helped us signed up which saved us a lot of money! We were using a dog care taker through rover for thanksgiving. Without him even know he explained through the program we’d get money off rover of $60 when signing up as well. Another perk! You can tell John is making it his mission to make all customers feel taken care of and his staff supported as welll. Thank you John, for doing all you can to make your store the best around!

Spent about 20 mins trying to check out today because the computers are broken. I never got what I came for.The employees called someone up to check out the people behind me though so that’s cool. What a bunch of idiots. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Went to get fish the associate was very argumentative and act liked we were going to kill the fish, then walked away. It was the weirdest experience ever. I guess they are not interested in selling anything and I had my tank set up head of time worst customer service ever. Do not recommend this place horrible

My dog Jimi was groomed here today and ended up experiencing a mishap. While the groomer was scissor cutting the fluffy hair on his tail, he got wiggly and the tip of his tail ended up between the blades of the scissors just as they were snipping shut. Even though it was a freak accident beyond the control of the groomer and all protocols were being followed, the grooming manager was very apologetic and the store took full accountability. They bandaged up his tail well to control the bleeding and the store manager (John) loaded my dog up into his personal vehicle to quickly get Jimi to a local animal hospital instead of waiting on me to come deal with it. Their response to the incident was professional, their care was compassionate and they genuinely seemed to feel bad for what happened. In addition to comping the service, they covered the veterinarian care. I appreciate this type of service recovery and am grateful it wasn’t shrugged off as something out of their control.

Petco is always clean and tidy. We stopped in today for a birthday treat for my pup and found an amazing clearance sale. There’s a good selection of dog foods, treats, clothes, leashes, collars, etc. the staff have always been courteous and helpful. Prices are a little high but expected for a big box pet store.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean. Large selection of cat and dog foods; however, the treat selection for dogs is very limited. When it comes to medicine, the selection for dogs is even more limited. Some medicine items have been missing for months. My recommendation is that they work on stocking it better.

Called over a employee who removed one of the corpses but didn’t see the second not trying to put her on blast she was just doing her job but MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!

Recently purchased a leopard gecko who is showing signs of metabolic bone disease. At the time I wasn’t the most informed on what to look for so I’m currently trying my best to give him a better quality of life.
