Customer service has gone down since they have moved to new location and seems like their selection is smaller. I buy my fur babies the Farmina Brand N&D food. I have noticed the price is going up (but then again what hasn’t) but the last few times I have purchased they did not have the selection of items. I mentioned it and she said “no we do it’s the same”. I said “no I get lamb and you never have the lamb anymore”. She showed me a different kibble size and said “you probably got this one” She had me doubting myself. I went online and there it was the lamb mini bites. Today I was annoyed I went in and the selection was slim. I also noticed the bags were all smaller but same price or more. I mentioned it to her and she said “no they are the same size”. I said no I have been buying this food for years I know it isn’t. She said maybe you got a different kind. I went to my car and looked it up. Sure enough the bag in their store is 4.4 lbs and online is 5.5 lbs. for the same brand at same price. Either they really don’t know their cost and size of their inventory or they just want to act like everything is the same to the customer. Just admit it. Don’t try to convince me that I am wrong and I don’t know what I am talking about. I can easily look it up.

We took our 5 large dogs in for nail trims after getting stood up by another business. The staff was absolutely fantastic, spoiled our pups with treats and did a very professional and efficient job on two same day appointments. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for specialty treats/food or grooming care.

This is a small store but they can get what you want.We love thier raw food options that can be ordered and picked up.They have a lot of different kibble, some accessories and a lot of good single ingredient treats.Also have 2 dog washes at this new location and can't wait to give they a try.Stop by and say hi and tell them you saw our review.Give us a like if you like dogs or have a pet.We like raw k9 raw food but like to change it up with bones and co and Steve's raw when we can. Meatball loves all his raw foods.

Dog groomer was awesome she takes care of the dogs and does a great job. Definitely should try them out. They are a great place to get your furry friend groomed and looking good

Love, love this little doggy store. Met the owner who's a very nice man at the 1st Friday of every month Tarpon Springs street fair. He gave us a sample for our little dog and she absolutly loved it, she kept licking the plate well after it was all gone. Looks like we've found our new doggy store.

Have been going to Dog Lovers of Tarpon for the grooming of our Havanese and was very pleased with the groomer. Dog Lovers now has a new location and new a groomer. We are very happy with the new groomer. Our little Abby looked adorable. The new store is great and the same wonderful staff as always!!

Nice pet store...they have alot of choices for alternative diets for dogs. Was happy to see double doggie car seats for little dogs. Staff was helpful.

This is a wonderful establishment isn't just for the snotty upper echelon but if they're smart they'd go here too. Totally approachable, lovely place with a warm staff. Everything is very well organized and the staff is eager to help but not push sales.I took my 80lb Terrier mix in for a bath with special soap and a pawdicure. The young man who groomed my precious pooch was cool as a cucumber. When they called me to let me know my son was ready he told me immediately on the call that he couldn't get to pupper's front feet because my bowlingballhead is very reactive. Communication is key!!!My Bubbers is so clean and shiny! They have a freezer section for babies that is the coolest thing ever. I want to take my time to see everything so I look forward to going back to explore!!!

Do not work or go hear. Thesepeople are thieves. I worked for 6 months they took taxes out on w2 and never sent a w2 form to me. I tried calling Ann Patricia many times and was ignored.they stole money from me

Great spot for my baby boys goodies!!! All prices same as Petco or petsmart without the big box feel. Got 3 Kong toys and 2 cat toys plus a cookie for less than 40!! Merry Christmas to Dude! He loved the goodies and the staff was amazing!!! Check em out! They also email you coupons specifically for what you buy food wise for your pet but only 2hat you want!!

They were amazingly friendly. My sdit got a bath and some great products as well as a cute harness that we use as her puppy harness for her first public access outings! We'll definitely be back anytime we're in town!

I have been going to Dog lovers of Tarpon for about 6 years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.They have a large array of food, snacks, toys and many more things to choose from. I love the self service bath area and I would definitely recommend them. One day I was looking for a product they do not carry and a staff member was kind enough to look it up on line to tell me where I could get it. Very much appreciated the extra effort. Thank you. 💕

I am so glad we stopped in here. The store is so clean and the playground was a great surprise. Every single employee was so nice and had a great attitude. Mikaela happened to be our cashier and also interacted with us on the floor. She was really awesome. It was so nice to go into a store with such happy and helpful employees. Their love for animals was shining ❤

Wonder service. The ladies son helped me out tremendously. He told me he usually made deliveries but was behind the counter that day. He was very patient with the elderly gentleman I was with. My friends bad attitude was calmed down very professionally by this young man. I will definitely return but leave my friend at home. Hahaha. Thanks so much for your help and 5 star service.
