The first impression counts a lot! When I called to inquire about services, Pedro was very caring about my kid dog and knowledgeable. He has excellent customer service skills. I booked the appointment and brought my little princess in for a full pampering bath. They did an excellent job! They took excellent care of her, and she was so happy she even was singing when they were taking care of her. They told me. When I picked her up, she was happy. All the staff are very nice and caring. My kid dog is very clean and smells so good! Her nails were very well trim. I love it! Thank you so much! We need more caring people like you guys in places like this where we bring our dog kids to pamper them!! You can book your appointments for your dogs kid here, you won't regret it! And they are open on Sundays! I am so happy with their service, I booked her next appointment. 😍Excellent job and service, Wolf Gang!

Mercedes is absolutely wonderful! She has been grooming my dogs for several years now.She is very patient and works with your dog’s individual personality and likes/dislikes.As my last dog (Mimi poodle) aged and became deaf and developed dementia, while dealing the congestive heart failure, Mercedes was always very gentle and worked with my elderly pup to give her a beautiful groom as stress free as possible.She takes the time to consult with you before every visit to make sure she understands your needs and always does a great job.

Our first experience was great! I have an old Golden Retriever and he went in a little apprehensive and came out happy. The groomer was quick because of his age, but made the effort to figure out his personality. The bath and blowdry was the best he has ever gotten.

This is by far the best grooming experience I’ve had. I have a big dog with a lot of anxiety and they took such great care of him. He was super happy when we left and seemed to have enjoyed the experience. I’m so thankful for these ladies for going the extra mile and making sure my baby felt safe 💕

This place is a hidden gem in the shopping center. I have been there twice and they did a phenomenal job with Maggie. She got a full spa treatment and a teeth cleaning for a reasonable price. The bakery treats and products are great quality and the staff was super friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place as long as I’m in the area. The owner is very sweet as well and talked with me about some grooming tips and advice even after closing time!

I absolutely LOVE bringing my dog here. I’ve made an appointment before for a spa day and my dog, Beef, was so clean and happy afterwards. We usually come during the week for nail trimming and ear cleaning (no appointment needed). I would highly recommend this location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Beef will be back soon!!

The staff is very kind and friendly. The groomers do a great job with both of my dogs baths and nail trims. One of our dogs has bad anxiety, but does really well here. They also have a fun variety of treats and toys and other goodies. Love this place!

This groomer is awesome! My miniature schnauzer always leaves looking sharp and her fur is not only soft but she smells wonderful after every visit. She gets AO many compliments! The staff here is very personable and I love the scarves they give my pup. They also do photo shoots here as well and have lots of treats and cute toys that you can purchase along with other merchandise such as harnesses, collars and other cute accessories. I highly recommend you try this groomer if you’re looking for a great place to take your fur baby!

I over heard about Woof groomers how great of a job they do with dog nails/paws.I thought I give Woof groomers a peak🙂New client. My pup walked so happy!!!!!! She looked,smelt marvelous!!! Nails are done just right. Her nails no longer get tugged on her blanket. Her paws are smooth&nice shine. Sammie (stylist/groomer) is the sweetest. Very kind,attractive, patient,&caring. Most important took her time to introduce herself speak overall herself ,what type of cut options. The moment I walked in ; I was greeted.Welcoming. Polite Customer Service. organize staff. Not the type to typically think cats need groomed, but our old man was struggling to stay cleaned up on his own with such long, thick fur, so we booked an appointment. Not sure what to expect since he is a sweet, but temperamental rescue. Needless to say, we were nervous! However, when we entered we were immediately greeted and listened to about our worries. They explained the entire process with us, let us know what to expect and what might happen. They let us know that they would not push him if it became too much. They were so patient with us and made us feel so much better! They even had us wait to talk to the groomer herself to further alleviate the fear of two nervous parents. We expected to get an immediate call saying it just wasn't going to happen, which we would have completely understood, but surprisingly an hour went by and we got a text that he was almost ready. Not only did he look amazing but acted like he felt so much better! She reviewed with us how everything went and even gave us some great advice. We will be back! Thank you for taking care of our old Odo Man!

I took my puppy Max in for his first full grooming appointment today. He just turned 3 months old so I was worried about how well he would do but the staff was so wonderful and reassuring that I felt very comfortable with leaving Max with them. They also can me highly recommended by my daughter-in-law, rightfully so. They treated Max with the upmost kindness and care as if he belonged to them! When I picked Max up he was happy and completely transformed! His hair cut was absolutely adorable and perfect! They said Max did great for his first time but I believe it was their special TLC that helped with this. Woof Gang Bakery has earned a client for life!!!
