I like this store. Their rotisserie chicken is no good. Way overcooked. It's like butter when you eat it.. taste horrible... We throw it away..Other than that I love the store.. I shop there three times a week.. but their rotisserie chicken is a disaster it's like eating mashed potatoes

The staff at this Walmart do not know politeness, kindness, and customer service. HORRIBLE WALMART. 0% recommended. The staff who order the products shout too much and have inappropriate vocabulary in Spanish, very embarrassing!

Keisha the manager was very rude five employees standing around on their phones. No registers open have to do all the work every single time I come they close all the registers early as they choose to so they can leave early. Makes it highly inconvenient for shoppers. Walmart is just getting more and more trash by the day. SmhSpending 150$ PLUSSSS AND still can’t get good customer service smh I hate even having to come here ruins my day 9/10 smh need more Publix and Whole Foods!!

I normally have a ton of empathy, and I don’t bother with bad reviews because I know it’s a tough world and we’re all just trying to get by. But this was by far the worst experience at Walmart and it’s literally only 11 AM. There were at least four people in self checkout this morning that needed assistance, & Who were being incredibly patient, including myself. The associate with pink hair was incredibly rude to customers asking for help, and then there were three additional associates just standing around up front and when asked for help, they completely ignored us. Even if it’s not their department, I’m sure they could’ve assisted in some way, shape, or form. At this rate, we should all just clock in and get paid since no one is able to help. Not sure who’s running this store, but your employees need some guidance and possibly a retraining about how to speak with customers.

Worse experience picking up here. People are using pick up parking spots for regular parking. So, I went and Asked at pick up pharmacy area what to do, they sent me to customer service, customer service sent me to garden and then garden was empty so I had to go to an unauthorized area to talked with somebody. Finally, it was a pickup area worker and he explained me that this Walmart is using just some spots for pick up orders that are in a different area from where I was parked. This Walmart has to take spots from 11-50 out of app options because they are not using them and generate confusion.

I am taking a few moments out of my pressure time to let everyone out there know that the pharmacy group at this b location is top notch! , professional and very friendly. Both pharmacist are super up to date in drug and medications related data. Even the pharmacy techs are friendly and qualified. So forget about the big box Drug stories like Wa... & Cv...Drug RX are filled rather quickly and they keep you notified.They are located near North Dale Mabry & Waters ave . Go and enjoy the new experience.

Came here to stock up on a few groceries while staying at an Air BnB and we were very happy to see they sold Beat Box here. We picked up our favorite flavors blue razzberry and fruit punch no problem!

The staff...is so friendly and always willing to help. Love this store. Is clean and recently reorganized. I still found all I need. Small store, that provides all you need. I drop me returns here when I shop online. Never have any issues.

I recently visited Walmart and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the wide selection of products available. The shelves were well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. Additionally, the associate who assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. They are disrespectful about everything electronics, today they bring out a batch of TVs with a Black Friday price and we as customers stand in a long line to buy it when there are only 3 TVs left to be billed, the manager snatches it out of my hands when they had already scanned the TV telling me that he is not going to sell it to me because it is sold…. And he also tells me that in a tone that disrespects me but that you lost, you didn't lose anything as if my time was not worth it! He is rude and I went to where the coach and his assistant resolved me by offering me a smaller TV at the same price... they simply do not value me as a customer, they are clueless and rude just to keep the TV for themselves... the offers are lie, don't believe that, after we saw it online at double the price, they play with our money…. It was a bad moment, I felt offended, it's a shame that I have employees like that...

The fluorescent lights and never-ending droning sound, which are most likely a result of the warehouse type ceiling, had me stressed out. I don't mind Wally world the majority of the time, but for some reason, this store got under my skin. I'll continue to shop with the huge retailer, mostly because groceries are too expensive these days, just not at this location.

The lack of respect on the part of their workers and mainly the managers of the afternoon shift on 02/01/2024 is regrettable, at 5:30 pm they expressed themselves in a bad way that I could not demand the guarantee of a car battery, which I had only bought two months ago, after making me wait more than an hour inside the establishment to do some supposed tests and in the end, I only expressed that I would not change it or solve the problem, it seems to me that people like that do not They should take those jobs since they do not have the slightest ability to express themselves well, thanks to the fact that I went to another Walmart I was able to solve that problem

I cut the top of my foot in produce area on a silver bar while reachibg up for fruit with open sandals on instantly I am bleeding and the sales afents are there looking, I ask for a bandaide and NOBODY there knows anything!

This place is awful. Everything is dirty and unattended. The management doesn't worry about costumer satisfaction or shopping experience. If you want to avoid yourself a heart attack please go somewhere else to do your grocery shopping.

Not enough cashiers. The store is always very busy because of location. It looks unorganized and messy because there is always boxes everywhere and that clogs the isles up and there is stuff everywhere. It's hard to find assistance that speaks english

Staff only speech Spanish, I ask need someone to open this for me that I can take the thing I one, I waiting 1/2 hour no body come to me even I already ask for help 4 times. They just called me wait and someone will take the key and come to open for me, but end up, no body come to help me. They just ignore me.

Having a project in mind, I went to the arts & crafts paints and was met by THE MOST HELPFUL employee that I've ever met in a Walmart. (Short, thin woman with short white hair -I wish that I had gotten her name!) She listened to the idea about what I wanted to do, thought about it, and led me to the paint department to introduce me to flex seal - which turned out to be the exact product that I needed. She should be in a management position, teaching how to promote good customer service!

This store USED TO BE OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY, when I asked employees recently why have they not gone back to normal operating hours yet, I was told because of COVID. I replied COVID was 3-4 years ago are you people living in the Twilight Zone or do you work for Xi?

Walmart is Walmart as I always say. Brought a nice charcoal grill. Forgot to buy a cover for the thing ! Ladies Tee shirts were $3.68 not cheap looking either. Brought myself a few. 😊💜 I also brought acrylic paint to do add to the resin pours that I do. I make handmade "Afro head coasters and key chains for fun and sale and the majority of my supplies are purchased at Walmart. Pics to follow.

For one they have nobody in there who knows how speak English and if you do find one worker who do well you got lucky, they don’t hire any other race other than their kind ( Hispanic ) it’s never ever no register open so we as customer have no choice but scan our items ourself. Which is funny because half the workers either on their phone or talking with one another. I will not come back here it’s overcrowded, you can never get help because nobody can understand you. I get is Hispanic area but this Walmart not a private own place.
