Grooming services not recommended. Scheduling is a nightmare, appointments always delayed or taken late, professionalism is null and it just does not feel like they care about both the dogs and the customers. My appointment today got delayed by 30min, once there I was told to wait another 15min and then that it might be another 15-30min at minimum because the groomer was on an errand. No apologies and no understanding that this is extremely unprofessional. I was being quite gracious despite the fact that I had lost so much time out of my afternoon already but the lack of apologies and recognition of the unprofessional behavior led me to just cancel and will book somewhere else. I don’t mind delays but they should be upfront. Looking forward to a more premium or at least decent offering on the island!

Jackie did such an awesome job giving my Frenchton Mister Darcy the Shaggy Dog service! He smells so good and his coat is as soft as it was when he was a little puppy! Super lovely people that you can tell who love dogs. We even left with some all natural pet treats and a spooky cookie that Mister Darcy will enjoy on Halloween. We can't wait to go back!

Love coming here to bathe my dog. They make it so easy, you get to pick your own shampoo which is really nice. They have everything you might need for you dogs bath. Really clean and efficient. The prices are unbeatable and the staff is superb.

I drive 30 minutes to this location passing several other pet shops/self wash stations because this one is really the best. They have the cheapest prices for self dog washes and they offer some of the best pet products around. My dog and I always feel welcome here and love the staff!

Wag has exceptional customer service. Quality products, good prices, excellent grooming services as well. Self service dog washes are two for one on Tuesdays! Overall just a well run business with great employees!!

Independantly owned boutique dog store. Wish they had rabbit hay and food. Nice selection of quality dog food. My dogs can switch between flavors wo issues and they have cute toys and ice cream. Nice Lady works there I'm guessing the owner. Grooming must be great bc it's full for a while ahead.

It's one of my dogs favorite places to go! I use their bath station regularly, as well as their grooming services. They have great products and their staff is always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Stores like these are hard to find. Finding ones that genuinely care are even harder. I went into Wag Natural Pet Market today for the first time and I was very impressed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I got what I needed and went to check out. The young woman I dealt with was very pleasant and answered a few questions I had enthusiastically. Not once did I feel rushed or unwelcome. Even though this is about an hour and a half drive for me, I will definitely be coming back to shop here in the future.

I took my newly rescued Maltese mix shortly after we adopted her. She came to us with handling issues (doesn’t like her face touched), this issue was shared with the groomer. A couple of months later I brought her back bc she got heavily matted and she was behaving very frightened in the store (a sign). Upon picking up my fur baby I noticed that her frightened behavior got worst. I believe she had a VERY bad experience at this location. She was traumatized for weeks after her cut by Chloe, the only groomer there. Chole sat near the register looking at her phone and only acknowledged me after she heard the tip amount; no report on the grooming experience! Needless to say I will NEVER use her again.

I haven't personally visited this store but I called to see if they sold dogs and the lady who answered the phone and all of my questions was so kind and courteous. She offered to personally text me if the owner of the store knew any adoption agency selling pups and I find that so amazing. I would for sure shop here if I had a puppy to buy for!

The staff here are so friendly. If you are looking for something that you can't find on the shelf let them know and they will let you know when it will be in and even offer a call back. They are also one of the only stores south of Hillsborough ave that sell Orijen Dog food and the like. They also offer washing which is great when you are coming back from the Davis Islands Dog Beach. You may want to park on the block before cause only limited parking in front.

I have horriblw experience in this place, i forgot the Appointment for my boss dog, they call her and she told me to show , that they were waiting for us.. but yes they were waiting , the old lady treated me very despotic and humiliating and very rud, they make feel so humiliated,racists, the only reason they wanted me to show no matter I was late just to charge me $ 20dlls fine for not coming to the appointment, and I agree, but not in the way they did, she never do eye contact they called my boss when I had Expedified to be called to me, the woman who was there has no ides how a CUSTOMER SERVICE is handled, the grooming guy sitting on the counter there doing NOTHING, and returning clients because I'm late. also they supposedly should have called me a day before and they did not .. very bad to this business .. what a sad and poor way to treat their customers, we will NEVER return

Just tried to get a quick cut on a small dog. I was told they book two weeks in advance. The groomer could have done it in before the conversation was over. She was busy on her phone. What ever happened to customer service?

Everyone there takes time to help me with the food I need for my dog, who has lymphoma. They are friendly and they also have a do it yourself Beth station. Knowledgeable staff, love them

I go here all the time for my puppy I get treats collars leashes though one thing I do wish they had was crates but everything else is great the service and it's really easy to find everything
