****UPDATE*****The district manager chuck called today. He was very nice and professional. He said they will take care of the vet bills, and got my dog in today. I’ll be honest, if he hadn’t called, I don’t think I would’ve ever gone back to any PetSmart. But because of how professional, understanding and kind he was, I will be going back. He showed that PetSmart does care and that they want the best for our pets. So I will change my 1 star to a 3 star (only bc of the other managers) but chuck is doing everything he can to remedy the situation. The vet put her on antibiotics to prevent infection.If I could give the grooming salon and the managers a 0 I would. My service dog was bit in the face in the salon. The groomer Sammy asked my dad (because she heard growling) is everything ok? My dad said no. That dog just bit my daughter’s dog in the face. Nothing was done. They didn’t get the owner’s information. The first manager I talked to said they would cover the vet bills. The second and third manager said it depends on what the vet says. I’ve asked for video and the owners information and the first 2 managers said we have to go through corporate to give that information out. The 3rd manager said she wasn’t a client we don’t have her information. So now I don’t know if this dog has rabies, if it has ever bitten another dog or a child, or if my service dog can continue to work. My service dog has to go and be tested for trauma response to dogs now. I am a disabled vet, and without her life would be impossible. I had to call animal control to see what my options are. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. Take them to a place where the company actually cares about your pet. They clearly do not. I have requested the district manager call twice with no call back. I am now calling corporate.

Have been taking my dog to PetSmart for grooming in Tallahassee for over a year now and love it. Home visiting family now so took my dog to this location. Was charged the $10 fee for his hair (assuming due to matting, which I did not complain or even mention because I noticed he had a mat in his right ear, hence why I took him here rather than waiting until I was back in Tallahassee). We get home and I realize the mat was entirely left in place. Not only that, but his ears had been fluffed more from the blowdryer and it had made the mat even larger, hidden under the hair. Never coming back here.

We scheduled an appointment online. But, upon arrival, they said they don't see our appointment, and that has happened 4 different times lately. Otherwise, they had a great quick, knowledgeable, & friendly staff.

I brought my dog here a month ago for a haircut and since then he’s had a horrible rash. When we got him that day I noticed some irritated bumps on him and the bumps developed into a nasty rash that’s all over most of his back, a few on his thighs, some of his chest, even one in between his paw. We’ve tried medicated sprays & baths and that hasn’t worked either so we’re now taking him to the vet.. I’m not sure what happened but I’m upset considering I’ve been bringing him to PetSmart for 10 years and this has never happened. My dog has patches forming from this rash.. this has been causing him a lot of irritation and pain.Attached some photos below of his rashes.. and those aren’t even all or the worst of it.

Young pandemic puppy dog mom with two standard aussiedoodles. We have been to several different salons and groomers throughout the area without falling in love with anyone. Today changed that! Taylor gave Finn and Luna their Thanksgiving cuts and did such a phenomenal job. Taylor was recommended from a Tampa Doodle Facebook group. We called and got an appointment quickly and Taylor was great to work with. Beyond our expectations and we’ve tried several privately owned dog spas. They were done ahead of schedule and were acclimated to the whole staff. We will be booking out Christmas baths tomorrow. Ask for Taylor!

I took my puppy for a bath and brush. I took him here once before and even it said it did not include a cut they had cut his hair so the time I specifically stated multiple times not to cut his hair. I told them his was at the perfect length right now. The girl stated my appointment did not include a cut. I received a call stating they found a knot on his ear that they needed to cut. I told I wanted to see it first so went over. They showed me one knot hanging at the bottom one ear. I said could cut that knot off. When picked up my puppy, he had absolutely no hair on any of his ears. The head stylist had shaved every once of hair off both of my puppy's ears from the top of his head to the both of his ears. This is not what I agreed to. My puppy looks awful. I am furious. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!

The worst PetSmart. I spend thousands of dollars here for my business. I guess Amazon will get that money going forward. There Manager Mandy wouldn't price match their OWN WEBSITE. She said I'd have to order online and do in store pickup and I wouldn't be able to get it until the next day. What a joke!

I have a 9-year-old Chihuahua who is afraid of his own shadow I took him to PetSmart at citrus Park for a bath and nail trimming we met Anna who was a sweetheart she treated him with kindness love and as if he was her own she said it would take 2 hours I went for an oil change and an hour later my phone rang she said he was such a gentleman and he was ready I went to pick him up and he was shaking like a leaf so cute he smelled so good he cried whimpered so happy to see us well today is Monday and he is not shed anything I highly recommend the hemp conditioning for your animal it works she should suggested it and it works so happy I will be returning to Anna she's amazing and awesome thank you Anna at PetSmart we love you.

I just got a new puppy and the staff was very knowledgeable considering I had several questions. They took me to the treats, food, and toys section and explained pros and cons to each one. The cashier even helped me go back and get a large pink plastic pool because it was high up on a shelf. Most of the staff had masks on and as a nurse it is reassuring to see that, while we are in these times of uncertainty. Clean and friendly store, highly recommend.

I have had the BEST experience with the Citrus Park PetSmart grooming. Maria is hands down the best groomer. My pup can be a bit cranky when he gets groomed and Maria handles him so well. She explains what is best for him and he comes out looking amazing every time!! I cannot thank her enough!! Charlie loves her too!!!

Nice enough staff but half-a$$ grooming department. The grooming appointments for my greyhound are not cheap. I normally take him to another location where the groomers are stellar but decided to come to this location for convenience that day. I usually do the deluxe package on top of nails/teeth cleaning and he always comes out smelling nice and fresh with much better breath. This was not the case after the appointment here. My husband was the one who picked him up this time so I didn’t see the dog til later in the day. He smelled ok but still had a bit of that musty dog smell and his breath smelled the same as it did before he went in. I spend a lot of money to get him fully cleaned and I can’t help but think they skipped a few things that were supposed to be included. They obviously did not brush his teeth even though I paid them to do so and it makes me wonder what else they skipped. They only took an hour and now I know why. Usually his appointments take longer. I think I will stick to the westchase location where my dog actually gets the full treatment..

I find your name “PetSMART” hilarious!!This store has a friendly staff and fair prices.HOWEVER the company’s opinion on Pit Bulls, and their restrictions to them are pathetic, immature & down right wrong & stupid (not smart, like your name suggests).Please go do your research and change your policies. The dogs aren’t the problem, their owners are! Why don’t you restrict dumb dog owners who can’t control their dogs?You’ve lost a family of customers thanks to your opinion on Pit Bulls! We won’t be back until you gain a certain level of knowledge!By the way, that’s my Pit Bull in front of 150+ people on our wedding day, being more obedient than most 4 year olds. Everything is relative. Learn to be accepting and you will get you Pit Bull customers back!

Employees here are super nice but the grooming department needs work. I brought my dog in to get his nails clipped walked out and it looks like his nails were never clipped. Told me I should probably go somewhere else to get his nails done next time mind you my dog does not move.

This is at least my third visit to have my dog groomed. I had an unusually bad experience and I'm very disappointed and will be seeking another groomer as a result. The dog looks fine but the lack of concern for her and actually for me was disturbing.

I went in for prescription food for my cat. I've never done so before and I needed help from . the tech Jessica who waited on me. She made my label and pointed me out to dog food instead of cat food. I told her I needed food for my CAT. She topped her poor customer service off with pointing out the WRONG food then shuffles me off to another associate whose answer to me was "we don't have any". On top of being extremely stressed out with my beloved cats illness, these 2 individuals made it even worse with their lack of service and stupidity of pointing out the WRONG food.

5 minute cat clip. Saves me from major medical .... kitty won't let me clip his nails. He seems so much happier since the clipping. They did a great job, fast, professional and most importantly ... friendly.
