I love shopping and also taking my puppy to get groomed at the PetSmart located on Del Mabry Highway. All the socials are very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone who works in the grooming department hours are so welcoming and I look forward to always taking my pet for any needs in the future. Thanks again for making my puppy Ace cute!

Love it, one thing and is unfortunate my hyper energetic loving service dog is very strong for my grooming lady. Is not an issue really, but a strong grooming man should be hired so my American bully can get a proper nail service. He's just very playful and manage to ignite that spark, every time we have 25 minutes run before I take him to the petstore. Great team

I went there last night to return something, nothing was wrong with the product. I ended going right before they closed and felt really bad because I know how to feels to help customers when you’re trying to close. However they were super accommodating and chill about it. I didn’t catch their name, but they had glasses and black hair. This person helped me carry the item I was returning from my truck and they were so helpful and nice! Best petsmart in Tampa for sure!!!

Grooming has terrible service the guy just reached out his hand for his vaccination no words exchanged out. I step next for 10 mins I get a passive aggressive voicemail from Kaitlyn saying my dogs service couldn’t be completed a simple nail trim. I picked him his SIMPLE harness is around neck twisted and no explanation at all. Emphasis on terrible customer service the manger was minimal help as well.

It's a normal PetsMart. My 3 star rating is because they are often out of the dog/cat food that we need. Even certain brands of cat litter are often out of stock. We have to go to more than one store to get them. This has gotten much worse post-covid.It's a pity that they don't have adoptable cats/kittens on-site more often.

Jim V was incredibly patient with my pup made her feel comfortable before attempting anything. Did a nice job on the haircut and even though I warned him she doesn't do well with nail trims he got it done.

Mishell is the best for grooming! I took my two pups here today and she took the extra time to check my dogs out thoroughly to make sure they didn’t have any injuries or wounds. She was so gentle and sweet as well! Thank you so much!

Do not get your pet groomed there. 3 times we have tried over the last year. 1st incident, they canceled the appointment bc my husband was 8 minutes late when the first time we took our puppy they made him wait 30 mins. Second incident, we booked a service and they did nothing as requested. Third incident a girl with blue hair chimed in (who was not the groomer) and stated our groomer couldn't trim bc it wasn't included in the package that we picked when I SPECIFICALLY put in the comments I needed a facial trim. Also, our groomer wasn't qualified to cut or trim our pet (???) She was very rude and disregarded any manners.

Good selection. Most merchandise available at Walmart, Target or Amazon at lower prices. Used to have my dog groomed there. They severely burned him. Would not take responsibility or cover the Vet bills. This is a great place to avoid.

Devin take such good care of Angel and Sadie. They come in every 3 or 4 months for a shaving By getting them trimmed has helped with them being a clean themselves and use the bathroom without getting poop stuck in there butt hair. We love miss Devon and she takes such good care of our girls.

My first time at this store and it was the best experience I’ve had! Amberly acknowledged me and my puppy Mia and provided us with extremely valuable knowledge. She stopped what she was doing to just advising me on great products for my baby girl and amazing insight on what Mia needs regarding training, food, toys etc. The cashier was also super kind to us and made our experience more than 5 stars. Clean location but it’s the worst because I need them all 😩😩😩. They have the whole rainforest wall as well but did not see many, or any, small fur babies like the rabbits, gerbils, etc. that other locations have. My visit was during covid so that could have impacted what animals etc they normally have for adoption

If I could give this store 0 stars I really would ‼️I’ve called up to this store 3 times in 3 different situations and asked the workers if there were certain items available in the store that I needed and they physically walked to the item and said it was there and would hold it up front or there was multiple on the shelf so it would still be there by the time I get there … so I drive 30-45 minutes to the store each time just to find out the items are not there and they have no clue who I spoke to or why there’s nothing up front or on the shelf and this time it was the MANAGER !! It’s ridiculous STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME!

I needed help with an item today and asked a young lady (Jennell) stocking. She was very helpful and most importantly she stopped what she was doing to address me, and took time to walk over to where the item was. (a few aisles away I might add). She was kind and helpful to say the least.

I had a 9 am appointment today 7/29 for grooming. I was called at 820 by Jaime asking where I was. I stated I was about 15 minutes out. She then proceeds to tell me my appointment was at 8. I have the confirmation of a 9 am appointment via email. She then very rude and unprofessionally tells me I have to reschedule for another day. I HAVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF A 9 AM APPOINTMENT. She didn’t offer me to come in and take a look at my email or send it over to them because of a possible issue with their online scheduler. I am a frequent petsmart shopper, since I have 3 dogs. But will take my business elsewhere. If they treat people like that over the phone. I could only imagine how they treat pets.

We went to buy goldfish for our pond. The lady was super nice and helpful. We talked about other pets we both owned and she was knowledgeable about all of them. It's great when you meet employees in a pet store that actually know about pets and can advise owners if that pet would be a good fit for them.

Unfortnately this is not really a review of Pets Mart, however a review for St Francis Society Animal Rescue since Pets Mart allows them to come to adopt out animals there. This was our experience and very disappointing...Went to Pets Mart to adopt 2 kittens (they had to go together since they were sisters and bonded) today from a foster, but came home with neither one. My son was looking forward to bringing them home and left disappointed. We went into the meeting room to play with the kittens and in conversation was mentioned we had 2 other cats at home, but one of them is happier cat to go outside for a couple of hours in the evening. So since she went outside we could no longer adopt them, even though she liked us a family. St Francis may want to rethink their rules as this doesn't look like the first time this has happened to a family. No wonder why there are so many cats and dogs that can not find a home. If a family is responsible and takes their animals to see the vet and care for their animals why should this matter just because your worried about them catching a disease. At least I was honest....I could have lied about it and you would have never known!!
