This is Mia. I took her to get a regular face, paw and fanny grooming and bath.. she went in happy and normal and came out with her paw pad completely cut off..never again will I ever take her to groom anywhere other then doing it at home. This is not ok. She has to come get her bandages changed 3 times a week, take strong meds and all. I hope before you take your dog anywhere, you look at this pic and think twice. I even told the lady to be extra careful with her because she’s little and her skin is a little sensitive and this is how she left my baby. .

Yesterday night, I stopped by the store to buy some gravy pouches for my cat, thinking it was the last time I bought food for him. A girl took care of me at the cash machine, and she very enthusiastically said, "These are the food my cat loves! He eats this color; otherwise, he prefers to die and not eat!" She is an actual cat owner because that's how they are... same as my cat. I told her my cat also loves it, and he eats almost 8 per day. She was amazed and asked if he was very big. I said, "Nope, he is just bones. He is very old; he is 18 years old." Then she said, "Follow me!" and I did. While she was walking me into the aisles, she explained that she has a great product that makes them retain the vitamins and nutrients from the food. I stopped her and said, "No, thank you. It is not necessary." It was so difficult for me to say to her, "He will be gone this coming Friday." She immediately understood and hugged me. OMG, that was a much-needed hug! Whoever you are, young lady, THANK YOU! From the bottom of my heart. Not just for giving love to your customers, but also for giving some comfort and rest to my heart and mind by sharing your experience as well. Thank you!

Petco stores seem to be in clean and safe areas; the stores themselves are sizable and clean; there is an absolutely amazing inventory with selections of each item made by many different manufacturers so the choices are stunning. One is comfortable in the store with an accompanying pet. I am taking my 12 week old poodle for weekly kindergarten obedience, just enjoying it so much as it is Tinker Bell. The instructor is kind, extremely proficient, and makes it very pleasant time instead of something to be anxious about.

Alot of the isles were blocked with restocking items making it difficult to look at the diets available. The diet I needed was not in stock with the smaller bag size and the attendant that helped me couldnt tell me when it would be back in stock. The cashier had me wait 10 minutes for her manager (after I spent 5 minutes looking for a copy of my coupon on my phone at the cashier's request because she couldn't read the numbers on the printed manufacturer's coupon I brought) so that the manager could apply the coupon manually. My whole experience was very irritating. I do appreciate that petco Carrie's a decent variety of freeze dried raw and limited ingredient raw diets.

I've been there once for a grooming service. I have no idea what happened but they don't allow me to schedule a grooming appointment again without any explanation. What's wrong with my dogs? There are small, nice, and healthy labradoodles. I'll never make a purchase at Petco again!

This store is better stocked for my pet needs. I breed jumping spiders and they have an assortment of food items available including; crickets of various sizes and flightless fruit flies. Staff is courteous and helpful. The store is always clean.

CUSTOMERS BE AWARE AT THIS LOCATION.I Went to the Animal Clinic today 3/11/24 @10:00am & Vet Tech/assistant older white woman she manhandled my puppy and then was being forceful and hurt my puppy with the Benadrylshot that my puppy screamed. Puppy had this shot b4 and the people were gentle but NOT this woman. Afterwards she went to this guy named Dr. Leung and LIED and the doctor was RUDE to me too like her. I PAY MY $$$ I WILL NOT BE DISRESPECTED. PERIOD!I told them I do NOT want anything done & left.Prior to me leaving my husband came in to talk to her about the puppy and girl at front desk said she refuses to come out. My husband said "lets go elsewhere & never come here again ever."We left and went elsewhere explained the situation and they seen our puppy immediately. We got EVERYTHING my puppy needed and cheaper too, ALL vet techs, assistants ALL were polite. I am very happy for my fur baby.* I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PETCO CLINIC. THEY WERE VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND THAT MIDDLE AGED WHITE WOMAN NEED TO GET FIRED. CLIENTS BE AWARE THAT EVERY PETCO HAS A DIFFERENT OWNER AS THEY ARE FRENCHIZED. SHOP AROUND FOR THE BEST FOR YOUR FUR BABY.

I’ve been to this location countless times for my animals supplies. I always visit the small critter section and they have been looking nothing but horrible and sickly. It’s inhumane to have sloppy and dirty cages for the animals they force to be there. Do better Petco. SMH.

I ordered 14 tubes of VitalFresh puppy food. Upon picking up, NINE tubes were expired. The person checking me out gave me a ripped bag because she "didn't have any" to carry out to my car. I had to ask for a bag that wasn't ripped so I could utilize the handles.

Hadn’t been in since they remodeled, but after winning THREE goldfish at the FL State Fair today, we headed to Petco to buy a fish tank and supplies. The clerk, Brian, was very helpful and guided us to a reasonable tank, gravel, water conditioner, artificial plants, and fish food. He also explained that the breed of goldfish we’d won were likely going to grow to the size of koi pond fish (and offered additional advice on that too). Super nice to me and my 2 little kids. Especially when another shopper grabbed the last tank on the shelf (when we weren’t looking) that we’d planned to buy, Brian tracked down another one in the store and brought it up for us. Very good experience because of this kind and attentive staff member!

The associates were very helpful and friendly. Petco is the only store that has the one brand of food that is almost exclusively sold online which is Ollie. Props to Petco for carrying this brand. Now I can buy from Petco instead of having to order from Ollie in bulk. Thank you Petco!

We had a great experience with the aquatics dept at this Petco. The two staff members with whom we interacted were both knowledgeable and informative. It was clear that they cared about their animals and wanted us to have the best experience caring for our new freshwater fish. Riley ended up being the person to help us select the fish, and he really took the time to go above and beyond in making sure he could give us the best information possible when deciding which combination of fish would be best. Fish seem to be healthy and adjusted well to their new environment. Thanks!

I needed to get some dog food, Fresh Pet, so I stopped in here. There were 2 employees there, neither one was very friendly. They were both putting merchandise out and were more focused on that than the customer. I knew what I was getting so I didn’t need help. The store has a good selection of food, treats, collars etc. The prices are the same as other pet stores. I got this great toy for my teething puppy

Veterinary vet was hurried and the assistant did all the explanation of my Lab s eye stye as the vet hurried to his next patient.I will never return to this clinic again.. Totally unacceptable.
