I’ve been coming here for awhile now and I absolutely love shopping here for my pups food & toys, today I had my puppy groomed. The groomer was super understanding of what I wanted for him and definitely delivered. (Before and after pictures attached) they’ve got the best prices as well. Everyone’s always super nice when we go here. 10/10 recommend

This store is small but has alot of stuff. Got my new play pen for my guinea pig🐹 here. Mainly a dog🐕 🐕‍ and cat🐈🐈‍⬛ store tho. Knowledgeable staff and if they don't have something they will special order it for you. Organic stuff around. And regular items too. Anything for your furry friend and you could imagine it's here!

Cannoli and Gigi are all fresh and groomed! We love Petwize! I purchase all of my pet food and supplies from them. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable with any questions I might have. Cannoli and Gigi have only been groomed by Staci, cannoli is 4 and Gigi is 6.

Pet Wize looks unassuming from the outside, but the store is filled to the brim with pet supplies at amazing prices. Our dog had a blast sniffing around and left with quite an impressive haul. The employees were friendly and attentive—especially to the pup, who had a huge smile the whole way home. Highly recommend!

Go to this pet store!! They are so kind and knowledgeable, plus locally owned so you get a personable experience!We’re new to the area and came here to get a couple of things for our dog. We brought our dog with us and the employees were extremely great with him and even gave him a treat (:They have really great deals on their products and gave us some great dog food suggestions specific to the breed of our dog and even offered a few samples which was so kind!Definitely one of our new go-to pet stores (:

First time visiting and was very pleased with the product selection. Everything from dry, freeze dried, fresh raw and more! All sorts of treats are also available as well as supplements. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Being a multi pet home, their prices make sense. The store is a bit of a drive for me, but it’s well worth it! They have gained a new customer today.Highly recommend.

What a wonderful and informative shopping experience. My PCP is a great friend now and we were talking about our pups and she advised that I shop here for a new dog food. Robert was amazing and I will definitely be going out of my way and shopping here from now on. I love the information on all of the different bad dog foods. He didn't just say "oh they're bad" he told me why. I feel like this is a step in the right direction as the vets haven't helped him in over 4years.I will update my review in 3 months!Happy shopping!

I took my golden retriever here to get him some toys for his birthday. Alia, Kayla, and the rest of the Pet Wize team were so friendly and helpful. Alia treated Cooper to a quick groom, and helped me find proper tools to use with his coat type. Kayla helped me pick out toys for the birthday boy, and everybody spoiled my pup with lots of pets and love. Thank y’all so much for your kindness, I will definitely be back!

This is the best place in Tampa to shop for your pets food! Their prices and bogo deals are unmatched anywhere else. I’ve saved so much money on pet food since we started shopping here! Plus all their selections are a wide variety of ethically sourced, species appropriate food that will keep your pets in their best health, thus living a longer and happier life! Our cat has urinary issues, he used to be on all kinds of meds and got many repeat flare ups with a “prescription/veterinarian diet”Ever since we started shopping for his food at pet wize, he’s been flare up free, has a soft and shiny coat, less stress grooming, and most importantly he’s now off of his meds! The staff is very knowledgeable and super courteous start to finish! It’s always a pleasure shopping there! If you have cats and need help, ask for Kayla! She’s the their resident cat lady!

my new go-to place for my cat’s food. probably never going back to petco while i’m here in Tampa. the prices alone are incredible (constantly 1/2 price items, bogo deals, etc. on a large variety of food, treats, etc.) and every employee i’ve interacted with here has been so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. they really only offer the best kind of food for your pets. (lots of high protein and raw options) so grateful i found this place!

I just called to make a grooming appointment for my Yorkie. I had gone to Pet Wize for grooming pre-pandemic but have been using an out of town groomer since. When I called to make an appointment I was told by the woman who took the call that she would have to ask the groomers if they would take her. When I asked why, she said that dogs that haven’t been there or groomed regularly (incorrect assumption on her part - my dog is groomed every 2 months) pose certain ‘hazards’ to the groomers. What in the world? When I asked what she meant, she mentioned matting (my dog is a silky without a single mat), behaving badly because they aren’t used to the groomers (my dog is happy and squirrely on a regular basis and is a total sweetheart), and ‘other behaviors.’ Truly, what in the WORLD?! Does that mean they never take a new dog? All of those ‘hazards’ could possibly be present. I am shocked and disappointed. I buy all my food there but wonder if I should patronize them at all.

Happy and clean! Just the best mix for my baby!! The groomers are always so pleasant and informative. They clean him very well and his nails are always trimmed perfectly. My doggy isn't always the nicest and he has had accidents and there is a fee for that but they are awesome with him. You don't always need an appt they will work with you based on their availability but they really try to work with you on getting your pup in. Truly a great and trusted location plus they have the best home made treats costing almost nothing for your pup, just a really good one stop shop for your pet.

Just love this store! Nick, Elizabeth and the staff are just great!My family has been a customer since 1997. I used to love going to the store on E. Busch to spend hours checking out the fish tanks.Petwise is the only place where we have our three fur-babies groomed.We bought our chinchillas from Nick. Great pets!The food prices are the best in town. Can’t beat B5G1F!Thank you so much for servicing our area!

On my way to Pet Supermarket but live down the road from this place and have always said I should check it out. Sign from road says open so I swing in. I am in the parking lot getting my two small children out, I see a man open the door which appears he’s unlocking it. We get to the door to find out he was in fact locking it. 15 feet from the door, he choosing not to say a word to me to give me a courtesy heads up they’re not open until 11am (just looked it up). First time here and was looking forward to shopping locally but no thanks now!

Awesome pet food store with staff that knows their stuff. You can get some really premium brands for easily $10-30 dollars less than Amazon Prime. Since we’ve start buying nutrisource here, our dog has stopped having a weird smell and has been passing way less gas. Every few months, we travel an hour and half just to come here and get our dog food cause it’s so worth it!

The owner Nick is an absolute wealth of information and knowledge, and so willing and available to chat and informed about what's best for your pets and their health! They carry amazing natural products and are super knowledgeable about why those products are the best for your animals. Update: We’ve been PetWize costumers for almost 5 years now and our experience hasn’t changed - if anything it keeps improving . The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as usual, their products are always great quality, and Aleah is the best groomer you could ever ask for. My dog is 10 y/o now but every time I pick her up she looks like a puppy again.-I’ve been taking dog to PetWize for grooming for almost 2 years. The staff at the front desk and the groomers are always great. You can tell that they take the time to get to know your pet. Every time we walk in they immediately greet us with a smile, they remember what haircut she gets, and other details about her. Pet Wize is everything you expect from a local business.
