We pick up crickets here for our Chameelon each week. It gets crickets in on Tuesday and Thursday. Depending on the time you go, there are only 2 employees working, so you must be a patient if you are trying to get in and out.

I've been saving my review for this store, because what an incredible place with some of the friendliest staff anywhere. As soon as you walk in you're taken away by the variety of foods, toys, accessories you can ever want for your pet.I originally stopped in after they opened a few years ago for freeze dried shrimp for my turtle. Since then I've returned almost weekly. They carry accessories that you will not find at conventional pet stores. They've got all types of insects for lizards and reptiles, live fish and aquarium supplies. Live birds and feed. Finally the best selection of holistic dog & cat food in town! All at fair pricing 🤑Lastly I have to mention the pet rescue they work with, A Promised Land rescue. Very cute kittens who come into the store for adoption. That's how I was able to adopt my little ginger guy Knuckles back in June 2022 🐈You will not be disappointed just stopping in. Best wishes 🐱😎✌🏼

I had an amazing experience at Pet Supplies Plus. I took my 7 month old pup for his first grooming experience and it was wonderful! It took a little more time than I expected but that meant I had plenty of time to do some Christmas shopping. Their stock was great. I even found some things I didn’t know I needed. The most incredible part though was the grooming my dog received. His groomer made sure he had a good time and that he was not frightened by anything. He came away looking great and having had a terrific first experience. Lenny was great to him.

We have been loyal customers of Pet Supplies Plus for 8 years. We are so impressed with Jarred the new groomer. All our dogs love him! He is kind, considerate and takes his time with our dogs that have high anxiety. Sandra has been a friendly and welcoming face at store for the past 6 years.

This is the second time I've posted.Both times it's concerning customer service.I walked in today. to ask if they had any shopping carts.The employee didn't even let me ask and told me he was going to lunch.I spoke to the owner and felt like he moderately cared.Its his store so I guess if he doesn't care why should anybody else.I can only let them know until I've had enough I hope they can get it together.Ive noticed other reviews regarding the same problem.I will give them another shot and then I'll decide.

Having a 90+ lb dog and a wanna-be high maintenance cat we go through food & cat litter quickly, so we're constantly doing the curbside pickup when ordering. We've always had wonderful experiences (both in-store and doing online orders) with the store we frequent, and the staff are Rockstars when it comes to service! I would DEFINITELY recommend this store to anyone questioning whether to shop here or at a bigger petstore chain!

Racially profiled a few months ago by a young employee. Didn't care about it because all she would do is freak out by me showing up. So I just have fun being the scary guy that buys his dog food. But got confronted today because she freaked out about me saying "oooh imma stalk my prey" never going again. Might persue legal counsel🤔

Great place to groom your dog. Pay $10 each time you go, or you can buy a card for $25 that is good for 5 visits. They supply shampoo, towels, and the hair dryer. You really only have to just bring the dog and a brush if needed.All of the associates are nice and friendly.

Most expensive products in the area and the hamsters' environments are not being maintained well with water bottles near empty and some not even in an upright position for the hamster to reach comfortably.

I shopped here the first time last week. I must say, I'm impressed! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted. In my book, that's a plus. I was there to find Orijen and Earthborn cat foods, I've been unable to find them at any other local pet stores. I found them here..on sale too! This is now my go to for all pet supples. The cashier was great and explained the benefits of signing up for the free discount card. I'd never heard of this store before (I found out there's one in Clearwater) but I'm glad they showed up in my neighborhood. They are even closer than the 2 other pet stores.

Pet Supplies Plus is a nice neighborhood store. It's a family-friendly place where you can find food, supplies and more, for cats, dogs, birds, fish, and a variety of other pets, as well. They often have cats and kittens for adoption from a local rescue. Come see for yourself!

Sandra is incredibly rude to customers and the younger employees working there. I’m generally a very nice and easy to please person but when Ky’ell couldn’t help me (he was super sweet and tried his best to help) he called the manger Sandra and she spoke to me and the employees very disrespectfully. Apart from being rude she seemed like she really just hates her job and overall life. I was not the only customer who noticed either which is really saying something.

My first time at this pet place I didn’t know I had one so close to me. It was a smaller store had everything I needed and could need for future thanks for all of my pets. I have dogs cat and a gecko. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a new person a young man that Wanted to help but he wasn’t trained and didn’t go above what he knew. He seem to be very courteous and he’s going to make a great employee for the store and the customers. This will be my go to store for everything. I seem to have amazing quality of things
