The store manager here is wonderful and truly cares about the animals. I come here once a week to get crickets for my bearded dragon, and they are always super helpful. They have a much better price for crickets than Petsmart. Their fish selection is quite big and they carry more exotic fish than most petsupermarkets.

Staff was quite knowledgeable about their aquatic section and very helpful in getting what I needed. A few "floaters" and some pond snails, but the tanks seemed mostly healthy. The whole store was clean, organized, and well stocked with quality pet products.

Very nice well kept store, associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. Only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the item I purchased did not have a wing nut to complete the feeding dish and store was too far to go back to, so I just picked up one myself.

If you want to finally have a good experience in a pet store, where the staff are knowledgeable about the animals, the products and actually keep REALLY good care of all their animals, go to any pet supermarket.I have been to several and in all of them, the animals are well taken care of, active, get handled on a regular basis and the staff are super kind.

They carry many varieties of Taste of the Wild dog food - family owned and operated. The other big Pet store doesn't carry this brand. Seems to be liked by my dog. Replaced Iams with this brand and improved bathroom habits enormously.

I just want to say for the record. I love this store Alex and Matt are the best. They have supported me in my fish journey and made it so exciting. They both are very knowledgeable and so easy to understand. If these two don't get a raise or have received raise they definitely need it. They are the greatest. Thank you guys so much.

I sometimes find when I'm looking for here unfortunately they don't have everything.Being a corporate owned company, they only receive certain items in their shops.I guess that's why we have the privately owned.. more personalized Boutiques where you will find 1 of a kind specialty items. As well as more health conscious food selections.Staff is always very courteous and helpful.

Really great staff! They are always kind to my dog and willing to answer any questions. They give honest advice on what brands work better than others. Store is kind of small though. Parking is usually limited and tight but overall not a bad pet store.

I’d say that I like shopping here, I guess. My first couple of times coming here the service was subpar. The employees weren’t really attentive and they seem to not have much knowledge of the aquatic life. One time I stood waiting to get help for a while and finally walk to the front desk to het assistance. My most recent visit there was great. I met the aquatics expert there who helped me tremendously (thanks dude). Had an issue with my fish dying and he gave me good advice. I’m a beginner aquarium hobbyist so it was good to have someone break down the best way to start out a healthy atmosphere for my tank. That experience redeemed the location for me.

Lip ring assistant store manager lady is so lazy she was willing to straight up lie to me in order to avoid processing a manufacturer issued voucher for a replacement bag of dog food.Her behavior devolved into a pretty shameful demonstration in front of other employees. Whoever the general manager of this store is should follow up with lip ring lady, and maybe consider drug testing.Normally I would try and shop with this regional smaller chain when possible as opposed to a national outfit like PetCo, but if this place doesn’t care why should I.Edit: Went down to one star. Phone number listed in reply goes to a voicemail that is full and cannot accept messages. Went to PetCo and voucher was used without a hint of trouble.
