I own a LOT of various types of animals, so I shop around a lot of different pet stores and this specific location is my absolute favorite. The prices range from $-$$$ (depends on what you're looking for). But, the staff is what really keeps me coming back. I absolutely adore themNATE, is super friendly and knowledgeable. Always polite and smiling with a super positive attitude; you can really tell he has a passion for aquatics. 💙🐟🐠JENNIFER, is an absolute angel. Very knowledgeable as well, great with crowd control/management. She is a Rockstar. 😇💚 🏽🤟🏽JAMES, at the register is always amazing. Always polite and friendly and willing to assist. I always feel super bad because I'm usually one of the last people in the store (I get off work right before they close) but they've never once made me feel unwelcome or a burden.There is one other woman that works there, I have to get her name but she is a sweetheart as well. But these three I mentioned here, are the reason I continue to come back to this location. 🏽🖤

Got this cutie from here. She’s a lutino budgie with a major attitude but I was able to finger train her in 1-2 months. The staff was helpful :)

I visited the store a couple days ago to get my dogs fitted for harnesses. It was very difficult due to their body shape. Jennifer went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and trust me it was not an easy task. After many fittings and much effort, she found something that worked for both of my babies. She knew my pups were stressed out as was I. She continually checked up on us while we shopped, answered my questions, and gave recommendations. She is a rockstar, and she deserves to be recognized.

I have moved all over Florida and I used to try all the shipping services, family-owned pet stores, pet store chains, etc. - Once I found Pet Supermarket I have not bought a single item for my two cats or my partner's snake at any other pet store.There is a Pet Supermarket in pretty much every city or big(gish) town so that's usually the first place I seek out. The employees at this location are so incredibly friendly and helpful. I have anxiety so I hate having to ask for help but as soon as I seemed the smallest bit puzzled or confused the employees jumped right to attention and approached me to help me find exactly what I needed and they were just so kind about it.I feel incredibly blessed to live closest to this location and I will continue to visit it for all of my pet needs. I wish I got the two young ladies' names so I could shout them out.The cashier number on my receipt is 020683 at store 213 on 1/28/23 and her coworker working that same evening shift. I say give that woman and her coworker a raise, a bonus, some extra vacation time, or something!! They were amazing and went above and beyond to be sure I got what I needed, was comfortable when I left and it will show as I continue to return.Also, they have Vet Clinics and I believe they're hiring as seen in my photos.

The lady that was helping me with fish literally stuck her hand inside the tank and was chasing the fish around. Within 2 days, I started noticing the fish getting sick. Within 6 days all but two fish had died ( I purchased 4 that day and had 3 prior).

Hello again , hope everyone's thanksgiving went well, but even our dog needed to celebrate as well , pet supermarket running great adds , and discounts for blk. Friday , says alot compare to other large box stores , l won't mention names , but staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, and friendly , sad to say when you go into these pet stores , can't find a associate which to us is sad , l definitely highly recommend, have a blessed holidays and stay safe.. 😁👍🙏

I bought my 3 beatiful, sweet rabbits from here and they are amazing! They sell all their animals in perfect health and have a good return policy. I get all my pet supplies here because of the great rewards and quality supplies. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are fair (better than Petco prices). Far better than Petco or Petsmart by 100x!

Staff there are always friendly and so help. They really care about the customers. My grand daughter had poured all my aquarium feed in a tank. One of my daughters bought for me. That had small fishers, snails and tiny shrimps. I showed her the video of my aquarium. And she new just what I needed by looking at One of the fishes in the video. Thanks Pet Supermarket

Went to buy a tortoise as my family would like a pet to last several generations spoke with Chris regarding the price his response was “ Well you shouldn't be concerned about the price you need to know that they last over 200 years” this comment could have been worded more professionally and if he wanted to bring up important facts about caring for a tortoise he should have also informed me on how large they grow or the habitat they need which i already know because ive been researching for over 5 months he was very rude from the first moment i encountered him he didnt say hello or anything and his informal slick remark just put the icing on the cake … i will never return to this location again

Wednesday is the day that they receive their new inventory so they tanks are marked with ❌ that means they can't sell them.and they don't know how long its going to take an till they are ready to sell. If you looking to buy fish I will call them first or something.

I’m a jumping spider breeder and I’m able to get a variety of supplies including small and large crickets and mealworms from this location. Staff is pleasant and helpful, store is well organized, animals are well taken care of.

The truth is I didn't like the experience, they pay attention to things other than work, they throw animals at you as if they were things, the truth is I don't recommend it and the prices are excessively expensive

Good pet stop ... I can usually grab little essential items.. I get my misc fish needs here. Plus a cute betta here and there 😊 They have a good selection of fish to choose from.

First time in this store, they had just gotten a shipment of fish. There was a discus fish still in the bag, just put in the tank. I asked to buy it and the store associate refused saying that it was bad for the fish to let them travel that far. I live close so it would have been no problem. But according to him it’s better to release the fish, make them feel safe, and then chase them around with a net and traumatize them in that bag again. Oh and he kept saying it was because he “cared about the fish” as there was multiple dead fish in the tanks and glass containers around him.

Not a great selection of cat food because I was looking for cat food. The employees are very helpful and very nice. It is a convenient location to where I live. But I was looking for some higher quality food and the prices seemed a little steep.

Prices are fare, a couple things a little more than Wal mart but they have items you can not find no where local. They have a point system that makes up too n gives you free things. I live on a budget and have many pets that all have specific needs. The best part I believe is the customer service, I really dont mind paying a little more when the service is kind, helpful and pleasant. Everything neat and easy to find. They also help and house no kill shelter cats and thats a blessing. Great store to support and shop at. Appreciate you all

Love this chain of stores. They have all the things my spoiled and picky cats need. The employees in all the stores are so nice and they always go above and beyond without fault. I have finally got my overweight cat on a diet with their help too. I had been trying for a while to find a diet food with no luck. I appreciate all the employees at these stores
