Great Customer Service by everyone on the shift. They definitely work as a TEAM, placing Customer needs before anything else. While Carlos Enrique was ringing up my purchase, I mentioned my (4) yr old pit bull has been itching like crazy. I aaked aboutvit, to no one in particular, when Anthony immediately asked me 3 or 4 questions, walked me over to the dry food brand I serve Gigi & BAM!We figured out by the dog pictured on the bag of dry food, I had been giving a (4) yr old adult pup SENIOR dog food for the past few months. OK, now I had some direction. I purchased a small bag of the correct food to try for 10 or so days. Anthony suggested I chart her activities to narrow down what could be causing the insatiable itching. He did NOT pressure me to purchase anything. I had already checked out, remember? 😉😉The dry "grain free" food was 15% off & in addition to the manufacturers discount, the Manager honored my 10% off "IN STORE ONLY" coupon from "Retail Me Not"Side note: Download RMN before you purchase in store or online ANYWHERE.90% OF THE TIME, MINIMUM OF 10% OFF. Savings galore $$$$ Very cool.The inventory at this Pet Supermarket location was good, considering.Some sales, which I took advantage of & of course, the Loyalty Program ($5.00 off coupon for every $100 in purchases)Love this location, thank you Anthony & Carlos Enrique! Came in today to do a return on fish that were attack by my black shark. Thinking it would be no hassle do to me bringing everything that is needed. But no Miguel the supervisor on duty gave me the hardest time in the world mind you pet supermarket is the only place I buy my pet goods due to the resources that they give you. He told me I wasn’t listening to him and he didn’t care for what I had to say about the situation and told me to listen mind you in situations like this you should never tell a customer to listen and you don’t care for what they have to say. Called his boss and didn’t explain my problem and told his boss I was trying to return the shark when I told him I wanted to return the fish that the shark killed. I asked for customer service number and as I was trying to still explain to him he interrupted me and said “do you want this number or no very rude. I’d advise someone talk to him about customer service because that’s not how it’s supposed to be properly handled may if he explained it and not ignore me and give me attitude I wouldn’t be writing this long complaint. I highly recommend to be attended by someone else do to his attitude problem that he will give you and tell you that you need to listen to him and not him listen to the customer that is having the issue.Ps I still bought things from the location but with the help of Kate she is so sweet and patient

The lady Mimi is extremely rude. The sign says 5/5 on the canned cat food and when she rang them up they are not you have to buy 5 of the same one when the sign doesn’t say that . She was extremely rude about it and I asked her why it don’t say it and she’s just all around not a pleasant person

Very clean, very well stocked with everything, no gaps or empty spots on the shelves. Even the bird, hamster and cat cages that hold the animals look like they're cleaned thoroughly every day.

Friendly staff, clean store. Fish quality is good so far. I've bought a total of 12 over the last 2 months and they are thriving. Not a huge selection but plenty of your basic community fish and a few of the more aggressive species. If you need fish there sometimes you'll have to grab somebody when their busy but I never wait too long.

It's okay if you want to just buy food and not pets.... Barely any fish I took a few pictures of the best fish but still not a wide variety and the hamster and bird section was completely empty.

I regularly go here for my pet supplies. The staff are the nicest people ever, and the store always has cute animals for adoption. The product selection is extensive, and if something isn’t in stock they are happy to deliver it to my home instead. There’s a regular vaccine clinic every other Sunday they offer to anyone who comes in. If I could give more stars I would. I love this place so much.

I come here for convenience. However, that comes with a price of convenience. I've noticed over the last couple of years that Pet Supermarket is taking full advantage of rising rates and inflation. Their prices are extremely high compared to others.

Very friendly staff and great prices! I am a big fish keeping hobbyist and I at this location they take great care of their fish and aquatic plants. I have been going to the same place for 5 years now and I won't go to any other pet supermarket locations.

I went to the store today to buy food for my python. The cashier was very helpful and did a great job in answering my questions. The store was clean and well stocked. So happy to find this store for my animal needs.

Not huge in size but definitely well organized and they have everything that you will need for your pet. They're aquarium and reptile section is definitely small but they still have a good variety. If you're looking to drop in real quick and pick up that item quickly this is the place for you. Not as large as some of the other big box style pet stores but what it lacks in size it definitely gains in quality products

Huge store with tons of options for various pets. I prefer small town type stores vs big chains for my pet supplies. They offer great options that you find for the same cost and sometimes cheaper! Support small stores!

Super friendly staff. Stocked with everything I needed for my new puppy. The selection was amazing. I was able to get him a collar, leash, treats, tag and toys and the prices were reasonable. I was able to take my pup inside with no issues. They're covid conscious which is a huge plus

Not the greatest place, you should not buy pets from any pet store in general. As they all come from mills and are usually not the healthiest. Also I discovered that the prices there are not always the best bargains and they fail to remove old sale signs and they will not honor them either. But if your looking for something specific that you probably won't find at say Walmart or other retailers. Then yes they carry a very wide variety of products for your furry best friends!
