We were really impressed with the staff, price and cleanliness of the facility. We loved the report card our puppy received after his first day, and was really fun to look at all the pictures of our puppy that were posted on Facebook. We have a rare bread and the staff took the time to research our breed before his first day. AND, our puppy had a great time while there. Would highly recommend.

We adopted our 8 year old dog Nala from someone that took her to Perfect Pets on a monthly basis. We wanted to continue so have now taken her twice and we love it. I love this place and I love these people! They take such good care of our dogs. Our Lexi is somewhat nervous around people and strange dogs but she loves going to Perfect Pets for doggy daycare where she gets to play all day.

Perfect Pets is amazing with absolutely amazing staff. After reading some of these reviews, I am shocked at the few poor ones and I would like to share our experience. We were in search of a new groomer...our 1 year old pup became frightened of the groomer she has had since 16 weeks old. We didn't think it was the groomer, but certainly something was off given that she loved water, let us bathe her without a peep or nervous shake, and even let us trim her. She loves 99% of people and dogs...so her running away the moment she saw him was unnerving. At this point, we had to explore other options...it could be her nervous personality that she was newly adopting or it could be that she just doesn't like that groomer. We fell upon Perfect Pets. I first went in to check it out with our pup. I told them of her recently developed issues with grooming. Shelley and Greg were more than helpful...they listened and offered advice for our new problems as well as gave us a tour (pup and me). We then revisited with daddy a few times per week for a couple of weeks. They let us just walk around the store front and the property...we wanted to see if our pup would stop being nervous just visiting. Then we jumped in....day care first so it was all about fun and then grooming. I would have to say I was very nervous about the crated rest times as our pup is not crate trained at all. Fast forward almost a month of twice per week...our pup loves it there...cannot wait to get out of the car to go in (one who used to cry going there at first (or anywhere else for that matter) when she realized we were leaving her), they post awesome pictures of their daily events (best part of my day is stalking her activities 😁), she behaves in the crate, she comes home exhausted and hungry from playing her heart out all day with her pup friends, she is learning how to be without us without anxiety, and she is not frightened of grooming anymore. Perfect Pets won our pup's heart and our business for life. Thank you Perfect Pets for being amazing to our fur baby.

We bring our dog here all the time for day camp and has boarded here now as well. They do a great job of taking care of him. The staff is very friendly and they treat your dog like their own. We love seeing pics of our dog on their Facebook page especially when hes boarding for several days. They have outdoor and indoor play areas and all the dogs really seem to love it there. Ours does! He comes home nice and tired :)

Super nice and did a fantastic job grooming my pup, even with terrible mats. Did not use the daycare services but dog stayed for grooming and when needed a slight adjustment to the cut she was happy to go back in. To me that indicates they were good to her and she wasn't scared to see them. That's incredibly helpful for a new puppy getting used to the procedure.

I didn't get a chance to write in my review for some reason.Before starting with my real review, just a little background:We boarded our puppy with another dog daycare business in the past, and although their prices are very affordable, we had concerns with how our dog was returned to us at the end of the day. She seemed very overheated and exhausted (tired is good, but too tired makes me a little concerned) and would come home smelling awful. The facilities were no-access for "parents" but the places we did drop off smelled overwhelmingly bad. That prompted us to start looking for another daycare.~~~After searching around and looking for alternatives, we were pleasantly surprised to find Perfect Pets very close by to our neighborhood, and received glowing reviews.After calling and meeting up with one of the owners of the business, which I greatly appreciated they took time at the end of the day, twice, for both myself and my wife included. We went through some of the rules and regulations. They are little different from other dog care places, but their reasons were explained to me pretty well, and I feel that they are good practices that separates them from other places. It makes me feel more comfortable about the relationships my dog forms with "the pack."Touring the business grounds you get a strong sense of how well they take care of their customers, facilities, and our four-legged kids. The facilities are well maintained and very clean. You do smell the fact the place is meant for dogs, but it's a clean smell. No harsh chemicals odors or anything. It's the kind of feeling you get where a place is actually used, not just put on for show, but regularly and diligently maintained. Off this one fact alone is what sold me, but the other benefits greatly improved on our experience with Perfect Pets.Our dog is regularly watched and cared for, allowed plenty of breaks and cooling off. She comes home smelling nearly exactly the same way we left her. She comes home happy and tired, satisfied with her day.We receive plenty of photos of her interacting with all the other dogs in the big outdoor play area, my wife's favorite part (okay fine, mine too. She's a cute ham who loves the camera and attention). We regularly receive little photos and knicknacks that are very adorable and we love putting them up on the fridge.Their grooming services are fantastic as well. Our dog comes home looking and smelling great. I've had experiences before where I took my old dog to get groomed at big box store grooming places and he immediately developed a fear of baths at home. Not the case here! No trauma reaffirms my beliefs that Perfect Pets really keeps their values and care for our dogs as top priorities.Compared to the other daycare, prices aren't much higher for the exemplary care our dog receives and Perfect Pets really comes out shining above.I highly recommend Perfect Pets, and so does our dog, she KNOWS Wednesdays are her Happy Place days!

Perfect Pets has taken such good care of my dog Magic over the past couple years. Greg and Shelly are truly amazing people and always keep me updated on how she is doing while I'm away and almost feels like I never left her! Couldn't be happier with my service and look forward to many more years of it. I'll be bringing her to Perfect Pets new facility for day care!

Very scary nowadays bringing your fur baby places (from what you hear) but I feel 100% comfortable at perfect pets ! They keep you updated , very clean , & organized . Once my dog hears “doggie day care” she runs around in circles . Great job guys ! 👍🏼

Perfect Pets is a wonderful place to take your pets. The owners are caring and gracious individuals who truly care about animals. The staff members always have a smile on their face and are happy to take care of and love on all the animals. We love using Perfect Pets for dog walks and grooming because we know our dogs are in good hands and are well cared for. I would highly recommend Perfect Pets to everyone.

While the dog walkers are very friendly and my dogs love them we complained when they made our dogs wait 14 or 15 hours in between the evening and morning walks. Not only were we told that’s part of their schedule, we were then fired by the company because “this (the schedule) wasn’t OK with us“. There was no discussion, no trying to compromise, and definitely no the customer is right in this situation. After talking to numerous other dog walking company‘s and friends all of which unanimously agreed that 15 hours for large golden doodle, or any pet for that matter, is way too long, I figured I’d make this complaint. In addition When we wanted to have someone stay at her house for three weeks when we are away instead of having the dog walkers come three times a day, we wanted them to come once a day in the middle of the day when our dog sitter would be at work, we were told that’s not healthy or good situation for the dogs. And that sharing responsibilities not good. What were we supposed to do have them sit around for 15 hours a day for three weeks straight and destroy our house? I cannot believe how rude Greg was to my wife during that conversation

The place is clean, my hot Italian sub was Delicious. No dining in right now, but I sat at an outside table, in the shade on a warm afternoon and watched the birds fly around while I ate. Quick and polite service, great food every time that we have it.

Very uppity and pretentious, my dog got kennel cough while here and when we took him out to get better and not spread it around, they said we couldn't bring him back because of IT issues then after a while we tried again and they said we couldn't bring him back because of a waiting list, and after trying one more time they said he had behavioral problems and needs to be re-evaluated after never telling us about said issues even when blatantly asked about it. They would rather push out dogs and sell their products than help puppies get better, my dog is 1 years old..

Perfect Pets is the PERFECT place for our Burhni. We've been to 2 other day care facilities in Tampa & our little Jack Russell started having behavioral issues & became skiddish. After just a few days with Greg & Shelley, I knew we finally found the RIGHT place for us!The entire staff is fantastic & our little guy can't wait to get out of the car & see his friends.You can tell Greg, Shelley, Christina & the entire team loves what they do...and I couldn't be happier with their care & attention...even with our very high energy jack!They have a customer for life & I recommend them to our friends & customers.

Top Notch Grooming!!!I took my yellow Lab Luna to Perfect pet yesterday for the 1st time for a hair cut and groom. I have to say this 10 year ole girl has never had a better hair cut. She's fit for the runway in Paris. These guys are running a very clean and well organized Doggie day care and groom shop. I have to say you feel like you're at the pediatricians office for the first baby visit with all the questions they ask about your pet. I consider this to be thorough and leaves them well prepared to have a positive stress free experience with my pup. Thanks Greg and JEN you're a ROCKSTAR Groomer.

Shelly and Greg are the best!!!!! They do such a great job with the pets. Their not just your normal pet walkers...they truly take care of your pets like they were their own. The daily reports and pictures makes you feel connected to your babies even if your thousands of miles away. Callperfectpets goes way above and my pets love them and so do I. I would give them 6 stars... but its not an option.

Greg and Mary Beth are so thoughtful, kind, and responsible when they do home visits for my four dogs, two cats, and my bird, Gracie. I wouldn't leave the care of my four-legged or two-legged family members to anyone but Perfect Pets. My pups love day care with them, too, big happy smiles at the end of the day.

(Some advice: Camp Bow Wow does free trial visits for your dogs and is a great facility) :)Had my dog come here for a while, was always told he had a great day and was wonderful. Things were good. Except when my dog got kennel cough. $300 later in vet bills.... Then one day I wasnt able to log in to my account to schedule my dog for an appointment so I went by the facility to see what the problem was and they said it was something with IT and hopefully it would be fixed soon but also wanted to mention that my dog was almost starting fight because he liked barking in other dogs faces and that he might need obedience training or he could get kicked out. None of this had ever been mentioned before but I said I would try to schedule him for some. The account still wasnt letting me log in and the next time I called there was a waitlist to get him back into daycare. I said I would wait a bit. Several months later I tried to get him back in and theres still a waitlist and I'm being told he will have to be reevaluated and all this other nonsense. Waste of time. Do yourself a favor and just go elsewhere.In response:Nothing I said is a lie. And my dog is actually extremely well behaved and playful and 'had a great day evertime' (as was told to me by the staff every time i picked him up). I know he gets excited and barks at other dogs playfully but they never mentioned this as being a problem before the time i mentioned. He's a golden mix. Never had an issue with him ever.For those interested Camp Bow Wow does free assessments and is a wonderful facility. Just something to consider when choosing a place for your pup.Have a wonderful day :)

Toured to check this place out. Looks clean & well run. Staff friendly & inviting. Outside play areas have little to no shade. I will not be trying this place because dogs put in cages to rest for two hours in middle of day. I understand their logic, but this will not work for my dogs - they would be miserable in the cages. This was a huge turn off.

Perfect Pets is AWESOME ! My son's two dogs dug out from under my fence back yard and were cruising the golf course and having a great time. It was over an hour before it was discovered they were missing. Needless to say, we had the posse out looking for them - to no avail. I happened to run into Greg as I was driving around searching for the dogs and asked - Have you seen 2 loose dogs and to my excitement he said yes - they're at my house. Perfect Pets made sure they were hydrated and were in the process of posting their pictures on Facebook to find their family. Thank goodness the dogs knew what house to go to. Thank you Greg, Shelly and Perfect Pets for a Happy Ending. Perfect Pets ROCK !!!

This is truly home away from home for our Cora Belle. All we have to do is say want to go to Perfect Pets? She runs to the front door and sits for her harness and leash. We always feel comfortable leaving her there.
