The biggest stateside BX I've been to. They have a ton of shopping kiosks, a large traditional BX, optical and dental for military family members, a Travel Center, and even a tattoo parlor. I almost want to get stationed here just for the BX.

We had to go to MacDill Air Force Base to drop off some paperwork and while we were there we purchased 2 cooling Ice King pillows from a vendor inside of the MacDill Main Exchange. The receipt was from World Wide and they are absolutely the best pillows I ever bought. They stay nice and cool in the Florida heat. It was worth the 2 hour drive.

This location has amazing customer service.. an associate named Louis in the exchange store on mcdill Airforce base ... was truly helpful and soo pilot, he went above and beyond to help me ...its so hard to get outstanding customer service now in days ..thank you for all your help and service everyone on mcdill airforce base. I salute you all and thank everyone for their service

For military members, always a great place to shop (tax free) with mostly competitive prices. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The associated liquor store has good selection and often has samples being given out.

Hrs are not the same there way off. Also this BX/PX also clothing section is manly for senior citizens So if you're under the age of sixty, you're probably not gonna find anything that you will like. Just go a store off post there's a better selection there 100% guarantee it. The food court is a joke seams like only one is open wen there for lunch the other day and my only option was Charlie's.

Layout of Exchange is similar to Offutt and Kessler AFBs. Staff super friendly and helpful. Spent way too much on seasonal items and they had all kinds fro candy, perfumes, clothing,very affordable...and everyone so helpful. Items do not include tax for items which is a savings to military members.

MacDill main exchange is really nice, prices are high, so i really dont see any savings, however the class VI store is good and prices are good. Also one more thing.... Burger King is fine... except the staff is the unfriendliest people on the base, they dont greet anyone upon entry, and i've gotten more emotion talking to a machine. Someone needs to have a talk with them and explain customer service skills.

All the employees are nice, prices are good. However, almost every time there is a discount on an item at the main store, it never shows up at the self checkout and/or cashier checkout. I usually have to go to the customer service counter for them to put it in manually. I wish they’d update the pricing before putting the price on the shelf. With that being said, everything else about the store is wonderful. Lots of local shops too! Everyone is always nice, even when it’s busy, they keep the place very organized. It’s not gigantic, but you’ll find what you’re looking for.

I don't mind supporting M. W, R, but you guys are out of hand with the pricing. It's supposed to be cheaper but it's not! The fact that I did not receive a receipt That was paper is unbelievable by the Is federal government! I don't think I'll be going back there!

The individual that says the hours are incorrect and the only thing carried in clothing is 60+ is completely mistaken. The store opens as listed. However, from 0730 to 0900 the store is self-checkout only. On Sundays, the store is open at 0930 for Self-checkout.Additionally, the name brands that are carried in the store are comparable to Macy's, Dillard's, etc. These name brands include American Eagle, Aeries, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, and Calvin Klien, Carhart, Dickies, Levis, Salt Life, and the list goes on.

Not sure why so many firearms available online are not available to be shipped here but hope they get that figured out. Also not the same as it was 20+ years ago but still an excellent place to shop. Mostly bigger name brands and still tax free

Huge parking area. Large px/bx mall. Many smaller vendors and shops. Many things to purchase. Very clean and well light area's. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. Great way to spend a day. And places to eat. Also within the mall there is a commissary (supermarket. )

Plenty of variety inside the exchange. The vendors are great and have plenty of interesting goodies. Wish they had a better variety at the food court but it has a bit of variety for a quick bite.

You can't beat the prices. Always clean and friendly. Well stocked especially before a holiday weekend. All the renovations at the food court are complete. Plenty of vendors outside selling from their stalls too. Best thing is they do price match and all tax free.The food court had been remodeled and moved in the mall area. More specialized shops in the new mall area also. There is even a Tattoo shop...ya can tell the military has changed when you see a tattoo shop on base!

Well stocked and larger than the one I use back home. Prices are reasonable and the facility was clean. There were hardly any lines midday, which was unexpected. I was pleasantly surprised and will shop here again. Highly recommended!!
