Have been going to lucky pet for years and I've always been pleased with Cookie's haircuts. Today's haircut was awesome! Michelle did such a great job. My dog is exited to see the groomers which shows me they treat her well when i'm not around. Place is always clean. Gerardo and his wife are amazing people, staff is friendly and attentive.

First time at Lucky Pet and it was amazing. Starting with the appointment where they ensured they answered all my questions. Nicole (groomer) came out to meet and get to know my dogs and made them and me - feel so comfortable. Gerardo, the owner was there and also explained their services which includes lots of breaks for the dogs if they get stressed or tired. They looked so adorable when I picked them up and their pricing is at or below the prices I’ve paid in the past. A must try!

I LOVE our yorkie’s haircuts so much!! They came out exactly as I asked. It is so difficult to get a good cut for a yorkie but Lucky Pet did an amazing job. My puppies were happy when I picked them up and didn’t seem distressed at all. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them regularly. Thanks so much Lucky Pet!!

I was very pleased with my experience yesterday. My dog had not been there for a while, and I am so glad I brought him back to Brittany. She did a fantastic job on him considering he had not been done for a while. I got a call while he was there from Morgan who let me speak to Brittany about the condition of my dog’s hair. I thought it was so nice and considerate that they took the time to call me to let me know how my dog was looking and how he was acting. I will continue to go there and have them take care of my dog always. My dog looks so adorable.

Our Casey has been going here for grooming since her first haircut, almost 2 years ago, and we have always been extremely happy with the results. The owner and the groomers are great, and Casey loves the bones and other healthy snacks from the store. We would not take her any other place ❤️.

We LOVE Lucky Pet grooming. The groomers do a great job and are always careful to ask how we want the haircut to look. They are also very gentle and patient with our little rescue dog, who gets anxious and is not the easiest to groom. Staff is quick to respond to messages, very helpful and professional. Great little grooming/pet store. Been coming here off and on for almost 2 years now. They get booked up quickly and I'm a bit of a procrastinator with grooming appts, so I tend to go between them another groomer when schedules just won't work. I believe most of the groomers here have been used for my two yorkipoos... and all of the ladies are fantastic! They are attentive, caring, and honest. Customer service is always on point and despite the recent price hike, they are still pretty fair and competitive.

I love them!! This is the only place I trust with my baby theo. I’ve has so many other groomers clip him on his tummy and this has never happened here. The website is easy to navigate to book an appointment along with text notifications for appt reminders and pick up times. The staff is always very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. We just did his grooming along with the Christmas package and we were so happy with the thought put into it. They truly care about their clients! Highly recommend :-)

I was visiting from out of town and did research on best rated groomers in the area. I selected lucky pet and it was so worth it. My Yorkie is 10 years old and her cut is by far the best that she’s ever had. The staff is friendly, kind and very caring. I now travel 2 1/2 hours to visit family so that my dog can be groomed. Would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!!

I discovered Lucky Pet right next door to my nail salon so I stopped in. I literally know every pet place in town. I was curious to see something new. I talked to the owner and was very impressed. He's really knowledgable and down to earth. He sold me just on his customer service and personality. It's a really cute boutique like shop with all of my favorite brands. I bought a bunch of stuff and decided to take a chance with their grooming. I brought CoCo in and Brittany took her and did such a fantastic job. She looks amazing and was so happy. I love the special touches like the sign out front welcoming her, the report card sent to my email and the Easter picture that they gave me. Five stars all around for this incredible find. The price was so reasonable and you definitely get more than you pay for. I'm truly happy and will continue being a regular. Thanks Lucky Pet for bringing this store and great customer service to my area.

Lucky Pets is simply amazing!! I am out of town and came to Tampa for two weeks to visit my family. The Florida heat was making my Schnauzer very hot and luckily Lucky Pets was able to accommodate her for a grooming service. They were so so nice and kind. Treated me and my baby with so much love and patience and I can’t recommend them enough. My baby looks beautiful. Don’t hesitate, take your furry friends for all their needs!!

After visiting the same groomer in Oldsmar, I decided to bring my Standard Poodle Oliver to Lucky Pet after hearing great things. I’m extremely happy I made the choice to do so. I accessed their website and easily made my appointment. Upon entering the store you quickly notice the cleaniness and great assortment of products that are offered. It’s a small area but it’s packed with multiple choices of foods, treats, and other necessities for your pup. I haven’t seen many grooming places have too many products for sale let alone such an extensive selection. I talked with the very pleasant owner, Gerardo, who told Brittany I was there. She asked what I was looking to have done to my dog and she called/texted me about 2 hours later to let me know he was ready. Returned back, looked my dog over, and was extremely happy with what I saw. Brittany did exactly what I asked her to do and Oliver looked awesome. Before leaving I talked with Gerardo again for at least 10 minutes about different dog food choices and he provided me with a great deal of information and was happy to answer all of my questions.The cost of getting my dog groomed was a little towards the higher end but if they’re delivering quality and perfection I honestly think that it’s fair. I’d rather pay more and get what I ask.Right before leaving I found out about V.I.C Dental Care from a pamphlet displayed by the register. They offer non-anesthetic dental cleanings. Reached out to Vicki who promptly got back to me and we scheduled an appointment. She performs the service at different places but Lucky Pet is one of them so I had it done there. I’ve spent $300+ for anesthetic cleanings which is costly, takes hours, and leaves your dog out of it. This took about 55 minutes, was half the cost, and Oliver’s teeth were pearly white.Super grateful for giving Lucky Pet a chance and would highly recommend their services. Trustworthy, efficient, and very passionate about what they’re doing. Thanks for everything!

I cannot thank you enough! What a wonderful place! Excellent customer service which is very rare these days. I called for a last minute appointment for a bath and nail trim for my little Luna. Not only was I accommodated but Luna face was trimmed perfectly and had further trimming as needed. Luna looked happy and so relaxed when she arrived home. Thank you so much Gerardo. I think Brittany does an amazing job with my high energy puppy. I’m sure she’s a handful to groom but she always looks beautiful! I love that I know when I drop her off she’ll be ready for pickup in about an hour. No waiting all day for the call that she’s finally ready for pickup. Highly recommend Lucky Pet!

Paula groomed my anxious Lhasa for the first time this week. She did an excellent job and was even able to clip his nails without help! Brittany has been grooming Tashi for almost five years. Now I have another great groomer to add to Tashi's crew! Tashi is lucky to have Lucky Pet and so am I!

After it took awhile to find a groomer that was good with reducing how much my furry friend sheds, the one groomer I found and loved decided to retire. I took a chance by walking into Lucky Pet Grooming to ask questions and check the place out and I sure am glad I did. They were extremely friendly, the facility is clean and welcoming, AND they had time available to bath and FURminator my girl. They did a FABULOUS job. My 14 months Australian shepherd is anxious when meeting people. We’ve been to different groomers. Some made my dog more anxious and some sent us home. It was our first time going here. The people in here are awesome and they’re very knowledgeable at dog breeds! They knew how to greet my dog the first time especially when they knew my dog was anxious. They knew that my dog is actually a good and sweet pup. (This is what I have a hard time trying to explain to other groomers). I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! They even gave me a few food samples because I told them, My dog is picky and I was having a hard time looking for food that my dog will like. Definitely our groomer from now on!

This is seriously the best groomer in Westchase. Super convenient between Publix and Lowe’s on Race Track Rd. Awesome store with high quality pet food and treats and the best service for our dog. Great communication too. We love the service we get at this business. Great people.

Took my puppy here twice. First time there were a couple red flags with the groomer. Decided to try again with another groomer. My puppy wouldn’t go inside the shop and didn’t want to leave my side. I usually shave him down at home because his hair grows so fast and thick making him super hot in Florida weather. He was shaking when I tried to shave him a couple days after his grooming appointment because he was so scared. He also has some cuts and burns in the sanitary areas. I understand he’s a puppy and he might be scared but he’s never done that before with me. I also understand he will move a lot and maybe nip as well but there are quite a few cuts and burns. :/
