I waited 3 hours to check in 2 ferile cats. The staff covered them with towels; and I enjoyed meeting other cat and dog owners. I guess I can be social with more feriles to be brought in, then by continuing to do it, but not on a Busy Monday again. Bring a book and help keep cats from multiplying.

Very well kept facility with hard workers, I enjoyed my visit there. I got to bring home an absolutely amazing family oriented good girl.Staff was very informative and honest. Hello I’m late haha I forgot the website to send updates of our fur babies.. here is hunter and nova!! Nova is the orange girl cat that does nothing but be lazy haha and hunter is the white and gray that is a hunter alright haha I love my babies I have pictures of them in the kennel when they are outside enjoying the wind because I will not let themRun loose nope sorry haha they only can run loose in the house or camper when we go camping haha

Adopted this loving boy from here. Staff was overall nice but there was very obvious miscommunication. For starters they said he was a little aggressive and he doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body. Second, they use a topical flea, tick and heartworm preventative; however topical solutions don’t work in the state of FL because of how bad our fleas are. They’re simply resistant. With all that being said, don’t let any of that stop you from adopting a pet from here. I found my forever boy here and you probably can too!

Don’t waste your time coming here, a stray came to our door and wouldnt leave we brought her here, the best solution they gave us was to let her back outside while it’s storming and simply ignore her meows.

Terrible place. If you bring a lost pet here that doesn't have a chip, they make you sign a form essentially saying they're going to put the animal down if it's a dog. If it's a cat, they're going to spay or neuter it, then release the animal to continue wreaking havoc on the native species and eco systems.The waste of space of a person known as the police officer that guards the blue door will threaten you with a crime and arrest if you don't have the time to wait their multiple hours. The waiting isn't anywhere comfortable, either. It's outside in the sun with no easy access to bathrooms.This place is one that gives all shelters a bad name. I encourage everyone to go elsewhere. Take animals to rescues and shelters that actually care for them. The humane society in Tampa is a great alternative.

They need to update hours of operation my husband and I were very keen on coming in to check out some dogs and yet only one car is in the parking lot at 5:15 pm when they supposadly close at 7 pm which was confusing if they are at full capacity closing early instead of giving adoption opportunity would not be in their best interest. Please change hours of operation so I don't waste gas.

The staff here is amazing. They are so helpful will stay with you while you see all the pets you need. I met a wonderful little big guy who will hopefully be coming home with us tomorrow. He is timid and likes to play a little. The staff was able to give suggestions on which type of dog would have a good temperament with my current dog in my home and the steps to get them acquainted. The whole process is pretty simple it's just all about finding your perfect match.

I am very disappointed by the customer service I received February 23 2023. I was disrespected and screamed at for bringing 2 stray dogs. I was told that the facility was at full capacity, and when I stepped outside, I found one of the workers taking a picture of my license plate. When I asked the reasoning I was disrespected again by the guy and I wasn’t given a proper explanation. I could not reason with the people working in the front and they had no type of compassion. It looked like they hated their jobs and they had no customer service. I am DISAPPOINTED in the super visor for not speaking to his group after I reported the incident. DO BETTER PASCO ANIMAL CENTER!!!!! Traumatizing experience

I adopted a dog It didn't work out in the end but the staff was extremely nice and they seem to be able to get me to a dog that seemed to be a perfect match. I had a good experience overall. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent place. Very caring staff. I volunteer here, and volunteers are treated with the utmost respect, and are very much appreciated!! Come on in and adopt a dog or cat! I adopted my dog from here 3 years ago, and the process is easy, and the animals are spayed/neutered and have shots necessary. Once again, and excellent place!

An ID, 20 dollars, and 20 mins after we chose our adoption we were on our way home with our new cat. Dogs are significantly higher especially puppies but still way less then any other source. Super easy process and spending time with as many animals as you want, getting to know them, helps your decision making process. Super friendly/patient staff

A year and a half ago I adopted a sweet puppy from them. He died to days later... From PARVO, despite being told her been vaccinated. I decided to try again, but I shouldn't have. Misinformation by staff. Website was wrong. Rushed home from vacation with the expectation of adopting a specific pet only to find out it wasn't even there despite the website saying she was AND a verbal confirmation.
