Family owned pet shop. Berry friendly and helpful. Very large selection of beautiful bites asst affordable prices. They showed me two birds that were being hangs feed and trained. Veariety scanned from finches tho parrots tho exotic love birds. They also had young and adult chickens. All three cages were clean. It was clear that they care about their pets. They a also had chinchillas, rabbits and other animals. I would feel very comfortable buying from here. Large selection of foods also. Worth the visit :-)

If i could give a zero, i would. Website advertised reptile supplies but store was extremely tiny and crammed, with a small section on a wall with outdated reptile equipment. The place reeked and was FULL of birds, in horrible conditions. wasnt in there long because there were about 8 dudes just standing all up front, watching us look around and the conditions were sad. One bird was in a literal 10 gallon REPTILE tank. birds in tiny square cages hanging from ceilings. Very dirty. I have no idea how this place has good views.

I'm very pleased with the purchase of two budgies. The staff is very knowledgeable and they helped us to select a young couple to possibly have babies in the future. They have low prices and a wide variety of birds to choose from.

Cute shop with a wide selection of birds. They carried supplies for birds as well as a huge variety of bird cages. All in all I'd say this is a bird store primarily.

I bought two love birds same color beautiful. Plus the cage ,food ,and some toys . The lady suggested to get both birds together cause they are bond . I asked her twice if is a boy and a girl . She’s said yes . Is a boy and a girl and if you want to breed them they must stay together. I even asked her how can she tell there gender . She explained to me how . So I decided to buy them . 6 months later one of the love birds had eggs . I was exited thinking soon they will hash and have babies . Months went by and nothing .a friend told me that love birds can have eggs and made with same gender but with no babies in the egg . So I took them both to the vet. I spend $ 150 for the test . And both love birds were girls . Big disappointment. 👎

I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews. Where do I begin? Let’s start with the rude staff. Following us around the store and passive aggressively saying “may I help you?” Anytime u touch an animal to indicate not to. Even though there are no signs that say not to. It’s also completely normal to want to hold the animals if you are thinking of buying oneNext, the birds are literally crammed in small cages. Like 20 in one small tank. Flying around hitting each otherLastly, I’ve never seen hamsters and bunnies so terrified of people in my life. Ever. The hamsters here literally hissed and at me and showed their teeth just from getting near the glass. The bunnies were shaking and mortified by my presence. This was weird to me because it makes me wonder why…what conditions are they being treated with behind closed doorsAll in all. We did not feel welcome here. The staff is down your back and they don’t want you looking or touching unless you are immediately pulling out your wallet. Lame

i bought my little bunny miku from here and they have perfect service !! overall the BEST pet shop i have ever been too. they take care of all of the animals and i can tell :) they’re all perfectly healthy and not expensive. the cages are perfect for your pet, and i definitely will be coming here soon again :) <3

I paid $662 for a cherry head parrot from here. I followed their instructions exactly on taking care of it. I came home today and the bird was in it tank dead. The one they told me to buy, which I thought was WAY to small. I called and they basically told me too bad, it was my fault, I did something wrong. Buy beware. This guys are crooks. I had this bird 4 days, and they didn’t do anything. My wife and I are heart broken, I waited 35 years to finally purchase this bird. Just sad.

It’s a sweet little shop. Yes it’s a Spanish shop & they do speak English as well. I brought my pet bunny from there & I love my little baby bunny so much she’s happy & healthy. They sell a wide range of things from cages to pet birds & rabbits & food as well.Definitely a place to look into if your low on funds & want a cheap quick adoption.

A month ago I gave the owner a cage and 8 finches. Free of charge I might add. This morning I found a Lovebird. After posting signs and posting on Lost and found Hillsborough County I needed food for this bird until its owner was found. I explained why I needed the food. I really can't believe they charged me. Will go elsewhere from now on.

Bought 2 love birds from them and both died within a week of having them. Lady barely spoke English and refused to replace my birds. Their parrot cage is filthy and its very overcrowded in there.

Do NOT buy from these people. We bought a rabbit and nobody told us it was violent. It killed our other rabbit. When we called them about the issue, the guy just laughed about it. He actually thought it was funny.Horrible people and don't know anything about the pets they sell. They couldn't even tell us the gender of the rabbit.

This shop has very nice customer service and they know much about animals and how to take care of them. They have a lot of birds, bunnies (and sometimes other furry pets), and they also have fish. They have fun pets to choose from and again, very nice and knowledgeable place.

This place sold me a sick bird that died after 6 days. After calling and talking to a guy they did not even care that my new baby had died. I am not a novice when it comes to birds. The only sign he showed was being abit tired. I am very upset and very mad at there lack of care and concern.

This is a horrible place I bought 3 baby birds at seperate times and I followed their instructions on how to take care of it and even did more reasearch before and I have a lot of experience with birds and all of the birds died after a couple days all of them died. They have horrible services.

There were 2 dead turtles starting to stiffen up from being dead for some time in a tank located toward the back. A few of the birds I looked at showed some clear signs of either stress or being bullied by birds they were caged with (feathers plucked in various spots). I support family business but i cannot condone any pet shop that doesn't even take time to take care of their animals or notice things like this.

Workers are friendly but lack knowledge on Avian husbandry and are more just about the sale of the animals. Not sure if I would give business as I feel like they propagate breeders just interested in capital.
