This location is way better sense the remodel!The people that work here are amazing. Very friendly. However i cant stand going to this location. The isles are always crowded with boxes. There is hardly ever more than one person working when i go. On my latest visit a few isles were blocked. Its annoying. I only ever go because it’s the closest to my house.

I walked to the register. The cashier was in conversation with who I thought was a customer. She didnt acknowledge me and my wife's presence at all and continues talking. We placed our stuff on the counter and waited patiently for her to finish up with who we thought was the current customer. After about a minute a gentleman walks up and is immediately addressed and asked if he's ready to check out. We were never even spoken to. So we opted not to make a scene and just left. I will never be a consumer at this location again......SOME EMPLOYEE HOSPITALITY TRAINING IS DEFINITELY IN ORDER FAMILY DOLLAR!!!😤😤😤

Brought my almost 2 year old nephew and he ended up getting a balloon, Valentine's day whatever. As we walked out the door the balloon almost instantly unraveled from the string and took off in the wind. Baby crying naturally u go back inside. Was told well that's not my fault and was charged and paid for another balloon. Not being petty over a dollar. But who in their right mind sees a baby crying and makes someone pay for another one when clearly the balloon shouldn't have come off the string to Begin with. Sorry stressful uncle life lol

Prices seem to be higher on Saturdays and when it comes to gallons of water, you'll save $0.79 on one jug just by walking next door to Winn Dixie.

The prices are very reasonable, The Associates are very friendly and Helpful, You can find just about anything your looking for, Great prices on thier Dog and Cat food, I would recommend this store.

Poor customer service. Aisles are always full. No cold food available like other stores. Small store. The only family dollar that i have ever been in that does not accept ebt food.
