I bought 2 harnesses. Unfortunately 1 of them the stitching started to come adrift.Overall I think these harnesses are better than the K9 brand.So I contacted Kat and she was brilliant and efficient.Kat arranged for a replacement which arrived in just a few days.I can accept things can't be perfect all of the time. Which is why after sales is so important. I can recommend Embark. Because their harnesses are great and Kat provides the best after sales.I now have 2 harnesses for my 2 dogs and they are used daily with no problems at all

Embark make some great quality products, and also have regular discounts and bank those up with great customer service. So far I have two leads and two harnesses all going very strong after two years of hefty use with my working spaniel. He loves them, as do I.

Love the color, fit and functionality! Rugged enough for Teton hikes!! Indy doesn't even mind putting it on - it usually means she gets to go on an adventure :). Kat provided excellent customer service!! THANK YOU!

Great fitting harness and easy to put on and off. It’s easily adjusted and comfortable to wear. It’s nice and strong and has strong fixings. Kat at Embark was helpful when we had need to contact them.

Dude loves his Embark Urban harness. Great for all our adventures - their warranty is fantastic too, customer service from Kat got me a new harness in no time when I had some issues 😎 10/10 for me!
